Dear sir
we like to bring to your kind notice that the the problem of Rapid voltage fluctuation is still continuing for last two years of making a complaint in this regard . We all block rsesident facing the problem even using our ceiling fan in this hot & Humid climate . The Electrical equipments are getting damaged frequently . We expected that your high office will take initiattive to resolve the crisis which is continuining for last otwo years . In this regard we met you in your office one year back and explained you the problem and you assured to help us in this regard . You have have referred the matter to yur Asst Engineer and directed to meet him also personally and we met and nformed the situation . Un this area lot of New houses have come and situation is is getting worst .
The complaint made on several occasion ie complaint no 011691 dt 6.6.13, 016302 dt 19.5.13 by neighbours .
The solution to problem of voltage flutuation can be resolved only by Immediate Installation of A adequate capacity Transformer near to our vicinity will help and resolve .
May we therefore request your office to help on priority and save us from financial crisis . .Huge amount of, oney is drained to failure of electrical equipment .
Hope you will come forward and do the needful .

    Hi, This is to bring to your notice that my electricity bill has shot up abnormally for the month of may 2014. My previous months usage were always around 200 to 220 units, but this time it has shot up to 630 units and bill amount is 5210. The surprise factor is that we have not added any new electronic item in home, we don't even have an AC at home neither a washing machine, the units consumed is of tube lights, fans, TV and fridge only.         Excess Billing extra billing dear sir, I Kali Prasad Gupta consumer no.[protected].I have received Higher Amount of bills every month due to irregular reading of meter, more than of my uses and other causes.         We observed last few months that our electricity bills are higher. We try to minimize the billing range but all our effort goes in vein. We do have following electric points. Billing ranges are Rs. 3000- Rs. 4500

        1. 2 fans runs 12-14 hours daily
        2. 2 lights runs 8 hours daily
        3. 1 kitchen light not more than 5 hours daily
        4. 1 AC (.99 ton) runs 2-3 hours not always
        5. 1 TV set which runs 5-6 hours (max) daily

        I will request you to check the meter and replace a valid meter.

          To The General Manager, Customer Relation, This is to inform you that my CESC electricity bill for the Month of May goes up to Rs 5550.00, and the consumed unit was 676, whereas unit consumed in April, 14 was 140 unit . I'm using same electric equipments for last 2 years, but suddenly the consumption went up in this month. Is it possible??? There must something wrong with the system.               I have astonded to find that the electricity bills for the month of April'14 is Rs. 4573/-& May'14 is Rs.7731/- are extremely high and beyond my comprehension of actual usage You may be noted that the corresponding billing for the month of April'13 was Rs 2870/- and May'13 was Rs.3060 Kindly check the bills immediately and arrange for immediate refund of excess billing amount failing which I have no other alternative but to refer the matter with appropriate authorities.                       to General manager, customer relation, kindly explain how did my CESC electricity bill for this month goes up to Rs 3000.00, whereas my previous month bill was only Rs 1250 (approx).                           I am very sorry to draw your attention repeatedly regarding the power thept. I already loged a complaint in 28th September 2012 by submitting a hard-copy of my letter that I am getting excessive meter-reading that I never expect. I know very well how to estimate the power consumption.
                          I am unsuccessful to get your kind attention.
                          Please note my meter readings how it is increasing day by day. See my readings in 2011, then 2012 and then 2013, then 2014. You can understand why I am so anxious. I am a single person staying at my home. I have NO AC. Can you say how can my meter reading can exceed 70 unit even in summer. But you see it is almost the double that I can spend.
                          I am now sure that it is thept. So you please take immediate steps to cure my problem.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, I have been noticing excessive and irrational billing for the last one year. Even when we were out of the town for 14 - 15 days during the Pujas or summer holidays, the consumption o[censored]nits shown in the bill could not justify our absence. I don't know what kind of meter you have supplied where a person's absence is also taken into account. In the last month, (May 2014) we were out of station for 12 days. But to my utter disgust and shock I found my electricity bill has reached its lifetime high. I am afraid what is waiting in the future.                                     Heavy meter reading showing these days though our house mostly unoccupied for 8/9 hours daily.
                                    No heavy electrical accessories used ever. We are mostly use fan, light and computer but not 24*7. We keep away from our house daily for 8/9 hours.                                       We are observing an excess bill amount has already been printed in Electricity bill for the month of May, 2014 and same has already been observed in last month bill i.e. April, 2014. Electricity consumption rate is common for last 3/4 years and we are not using any extra electrically operate equipments in these days. Monthly Unit always showing high for last two month and as according to last year consumption it crosses the boundary. We are suspecting for power theft from our line because we are not using any extra electric equipment. So I request you people to come down in here and kindly check my line for power theft.                                       We are facing heavy Electricity bill for last two month back to back. As per bill our consumption for last two month is increased by 21, 29 unit as compared from last year consumption. We are not using any extra electrical equipment for last 1.5 years then why our meter added 21 &amp;amp; 29 extra unit in this year.

                                      We are suspecting power theft from our meter has been happaining. So I request you to please address my issue carefully and please resolve this matter as early as possible.
