We are observing an excess bill amount has already been printed in Electricity bill for the month of May, 2014 and same has already been observed in last month bill i.e. April, 2014. Electricity consumption rate is common for last 3/4 years and we are not using any extra electrically operate equipments in these days. Monthly Unit always showing high for last two month and as according to last year consumption it crosses the boundary. We are suspecting for power theft from our line because we are not using any extra electric equipment. So I request you people to come down in here and kindly check my line for power theft. Sir, I hope you will review the matter sincerely and kindly do the needful action against my complaint. We are facing heavy Electricity bill for last two month back to back. As per bill our consumption for last two month is increased by 21, 29 unit as compared from last year consumption. We are not using any extra electrical equipment for last 1.5 years then why our meter added 21 & 29 extra unit in this year.

We are suspecting power theft from our meter has been happaining. So I request you to please address my issue carefully and please resolve this matter as early as possible.

      We applied for new meter against above mentioned Ref. No. 02/03626/14 on 12.03.14 and against this application as per CESC instruction we deposited Rs. 1550/- against Receipt No. P27 at Taratala CESC office. They supposed to come and installed new meter on 04.06.14. But no one came on that day. Full day I waited for them. On 05.06.2014 again I visited Taratala CESC office and they informed me that they came to our place for installation but they failed to do so because "NO ACCESS TO METER BOARD POSITION". But installation area is a new residential flat and meter place just left hand side of the main entrance. Not only that other flat owners meter also installed there and there is huge space left to install other flat owners meter. My earnest request is please take necessary action and install new meter as early as possible and before installa please inform me by phone one day prior from the date of installation. Thanking you.         To, The Commercial Executive, C.E.S.C Ltd, Howrah. Ref :- Electricity Bill for the month of May 2014. Consumer No:[protected]. Dear Sir, It may please be noticed that Electricity bill produced is seeming to be excessive (more than double)is spite of normal consumption of electronic so far. It also be noted that average consumption bill ranges between Rs.350-400/- per month. But in June we have got the electric bill Rs.1050 for the consumption of May 2014. It is too much for us to pay the bill.Kindly do revise and send the same asap so that I can pay the same. So we may draw your kind attention in this regards and appeal to your kind inspect of our meter in order to generate normal electric bill further. Kindly do the needful and helpful accordingly. Please take the problem seriously as early as possible.In spite of raising complaint in your website we got no support or resolution or verbal assurance from CESC's side.I don't know how long shall I have to wait for your valued revert.                 Sir, My Electricity Bill (Customer Id - [protected], Bill No. [protected]) for the month of May-14 is beyond possible. The net payable amount of this bill is more than 10 times higher than the average net payable amount for the past 12 months. The appliances and gadgets used by me cannot translate to a bill this high and I have never received such a high electricity bill since the time I got my electricity connection. I am more than confident that there is some problem with this month's billing and would also like to clearly mention that I cannot pay this amount.                     Same problem with my May-14 bill.
                    Same problem. May-14 bills is impossibly high.

                    wrong consumer number

                    past three month my consumer number wrong written in my bill and current month bill is to much higher i am not consumed this unit you check my previous few month bill and necessary take the steps for solve this problems

                    Bad Behaviour Of Metre Reading Taker

                    The Person Who Used To Take Metre Reading From CESC Used To Behave Roughly.He Used To Open My Main Entrance Gate Very Badly.When I Told Him That Why He Do Like That He Said That Next Day He Will Not Knock In My Door.

                    Copy Bill cannot be generated

                    The website of CESC Ltd. has been changed this month and we are not been able to generate the copy bill.

This has reference to my earlier complain dated 11/06/2014.As it remains unattended till date I have to add that I have been frustrated to have received your EXAGGERATED BILL of APRIL, 2014 amounting to Rs. 3010/-(402 units) which compelled me to lodge a complain to your good-self to draw your sharp attention as it is tantamounts to FOUR TIMES greater than that of our natural bills of this hot summer without having enjoyed any additional connection relating to our said meter which is crystal clear from the reading/amount of our previous bills.Though I have, however, managed to pay the said exaggerated/erroneous bill with broken heart/deep pain within due date which appears to have committed/generated due to some mistake at your end, I would urge upon you to kindly look into the matter which may kindly be inspected through the readings/bill amounts(Rupees) of last six months(having averagely consumed 150 units). So the unit charges =359.38/119=3.02/unit Total Bill was 400 In May-2014 my bill is 109 unit 540.32 Rs. So the unit charges =4.95/unit Total Bill is 600 Difference is Rs. 1.93/unit why this type lack of calculation, Please do the needful for rectification my bill and send it to me through e-mail. The due date of bill is 16.06.2014 and I have received the bill at afternoon on 14.06.2014 from your authorised courier. Although I have paid the entire amount through net banking Though you are requested to re-check the charges from your record weather such amount is justified or not.

                            Sir I beg your pardon that I (a well wisher of CESC) would like to in form you that there is power hooking going on at 4/3/H/63 Bhukailash Road Kolkata 700023 for that we are facing frequently power cut at evening, but there are some of the costumers that there meter is working perfectly without hooking those who are using AC for them we are facing that problem.                               Against consumer no-[protected], i was applied for load enhancement and the load on the same has been processed on 2/06/2014 after noon. But surprisingly i noticed that the new meter shows a abnormal meter reading. Before change of meter my daily unit comsumption about 8 units but all of a sudden it increesed about 12 units in a day when all the gadgets are same. The billing amount will be increased about rs 3000/- per month which in untolerable.
                              Please do something about it in an urgent basis.

                                      2. You should take care of line, if it was repaired properly ( one phase), should not
                                      Be disordered two times within the span of 15 to 20 days, as a result we are
                                      Physically, mentally & commercially harresed
                                      Pls take care so that customer should not be harresed.

                                        Sir, We have 4 no.s Fans, 6 no.s Lights, 1 no. Refrigerator (whole day), 1 no. cooktop, 1 no. TV, & 1 no. Computer (only night time for max. 2 hrs.), connected at my residence. We have no AC / Geyser. Last time during meter reading time, it was seen as our Analogue Meter (Meter no. 0430928) running too fast. We have not any knowledge how it could possible. The meter reading personnel suggested to apply for a digital meter. We are billed as Rs. 2800/- for May 2014. It placed us astonished for too much high consumption. We can say, we have no knowledge regarding this high consumption. Please look into this matter & change our Analogue meter to a Digital one. Thank, Anjali Das

                                        The main substance of the complaiunt a new meter have been installed in the month of March 2015. But, till date it should not been functining and unit consumed nil. But, the CESC had sent bill of Rs. 100 and I had also paid it.

                                        My complaint is this why such amount have been claimed from me. And, my demand is this that this unlawful amount of which I have been paid Rs. 100 should be adjusted in my due course of monthly bills.
