    Sir, I am Santonu Panja, my customer id is [protected], this connection belongs to SM GOURI SAMMADDER. I got a bill for the month of April 2014, bill number [protected]. I have a complain that in this month i got Rs. 213.08 for MVCA charge & Rs. 365.10 for Govt. Duty. So my question is that why i have charged for this in this particular bill? Every month i had charged only rs. 37 (round up) so why rs. 213.08 for this month? And what is "govt duty " charge? Please elaborate.. I am waiting for your valuable feedback. Thanks...       We are customer of cesc.My consumer No.[protected].We face a big problem from feb 2014.Problem is main ware going into the main gate. Cesc tell us the line is temporary, please solve the problem parmanetly.We can't open the main gate properly. Its going on very danger for us.We complain many time to cesc but they are no response.         Dear Sir, As per the Consumer No:- [protected] of Mr. Bratin Kumar Basu, that every month the electricity bill increasing and I'm a retired person, only two fans, all rooms are CFL Lamp and one Freeze and One TV Sets are running and no AC, MICROOVEN and here my flat all the cable are not connecting proper way and it is scattered in very wrong way one cable connecting to other meter and another cable connecting to other meter and also it is hanging also some time. Hence in this reason the electricity bill are increasing day by day and I'm the retired person and have no pension option, only I'm maintaining my daily life with only Bank Interest. So, I'm requesting you, please concentrate in this matter and try to send me one person as early as possible to connecting the scattered cable in a proper way and check all the meter number to set a box, so, that for the next month the bill should come with proper calculating unit.               I, Jitendra Nath Roy, consumer no.[protected], nearby post no.157/15 having a small plot of land for garrage.Opposite LP No.157/15, one Telephone Post is installed in front of my land. Along with, telephone line, your "Power Cable" is also tied on the same Telephone Pole. They have advised me to request your good office to re-affix the Power Cable in the newly replaced pole which work can be done only after detachment of electric line.


              Hence, you are to detach the cable connection, then only replacement job can be done without loss of time.Kindly, take immediate step for removal of the line so that the replacement work can be materialised.


              I, hope you will take immediate measure for clearance of my entrance.

                Online payment through sbi credit card had been made on 26.05.2014for rs. 3963.00 for april 2004. No confirmation of receipt of payment has not been shown neither on net nor through e-mail.

                Normal procedure is to send instant receipt on net after receipt of which printout to be taken by the user of a pdf receipt is sent. Request you to confirm receipt of payment.

                      On 26.5.14 i paid due bill amounting rs 802.00 through debit card of punjab national bank for the month of april, 2014. But after successful transaction the message displayed that "payment is approved " and without going to generate the receipt the connection broke. I found the amount was deducted from bank acount. Neither any mail nor any message

                        I am not able to view March 2014 Bill online on CESC website...I have got an disconnection notice with a current bill of April 2014 ...I have already made a payment of the outstandng amount of Rs 444 as of 05/25/2014 as indicated on April 2014 bill...This connection belongs to my mother Mrs Manju Mitra and she is currently travelling to USA ...please update me with the latest status on connection as we don't want to get disconnected ...The website is not allowing me to view or pay the MARCH 2014 Bill and i got a Disconnection notice which is very frustrating as i have been trying to pay the bill online and the website is not allowing me to do so ...                                 Consumer no.[protected] As per your requirement for installation of A.C. of 1.5 ton at 15/1, Chandi Ghosh Road, 1st.floor West, Kolkata-700040, I have deposited Security Deposit on 22.05.2014 by cash of Rs.7037/- (Rupees seven thousand thirty seven) only at your Mandeville Garden cash counter. At that time I have got a message at 15:34:11 dated 22.05.2014 on my mobile no.[protected] that " We have received payment against your AC application. Further communication in this regard will be made within one working day". Today, 24.05.2014, at about 10.30 AM I enquired at Mandeville Gardens office at phone no.[protected] got reply that the deposit amount could not be traced. After enquiry of about 30 minutes I got information that at last amount of deposit is traced out.. Then I asked the concerned person to send someone for verification or whatever things to do please do. The concernd person assured me that he will look after the matter to resolve. Please let me inform when your person will take the necessary action to give green signal to running the line.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Subrata, a Sr.. Computer Engineer at Ericsson. Last 7/8 months I'm getting very high amount of bill in comparison to our early bills. I go out around 9 am and back to home around 8 pm. No body stays at my home in between this time. This routine is followed everyday over years except the Saturday. I do not have AC Geyser Electric heater etc and no new electric equipment has been installed recently. But my bill has become very high since last 7/8 months.                                     Dear Sir/Mam, This is to inform you that I Arindam Roy Consumer Number :- [protected] facing a huge problem regarding Voltage Fluctuation. Regarding this issue I have complained several times but no steps has been taken. I have 2 Air Conditioners (Total 2 Ton) in my flat & i have taken all the permissions from CESC. But in evening/night when I want to use two AC's because of Voltage issues Not a single AC are running & the speed of Fan becomes very slow. Its become very painful & unfortunate.
