Dear Sir,
As per the Consumer No:- [protected] of Mr. Bratin Kumar Basu, that every month the electricity bill increasing and I'm a retired person, only two fans, all rooms are CFL Lamp and one Freeze and One TV Sets are running and no AC, MICROOVEN and here my flat all the cable are not connecting proper way and it is scattered in very wrong way one cable connecting to other meter and another cable connecting to other meter and also it is hanging also some time. Hence in this reason the electricity bill are increasing day by day and I'm the retired person and have no pension option, only I'm maintaining my daily life with only Bank Interest.
So, I'm requesting you, please concentrate in this matter and try to send me one person as early as possible to connecting the scattered cable in a proper way and check all the meter number to set a box, so, that for the next month the bill should come with proper calculating unit.
