Wrong amount charged in my 04/21 cesc bill

Hi There,

Hope everyone is safe. This is to hereby raise a flag against the excess amount charged against my 04/21 cesc bill and this is absolutely unacceptable. I stay in a small flat and since inception my bill used to be within 1000 whereas this month I can see the amount charged is 7450 with 877 units consumed. Please review my bill and help me in raising compliant with top grievance auth.

Bill without reading

Dear sir,
During last one year nobody come to read meter nor I get any mobile message of schedule reading date my mob no.is[protected] & my consumer no. Is[protected] .

Energy Meter wire dressing required

Hello Sir, I am from SWARNAMANI Complex . All the Energy meter of our complex wiring are completely undressed and getting temporarily connected.
Sir requested to arrange proper dressing of all meter connection of our Complex SWARNAMANI. Previously few incident happened of flushing in our complex.

Power supply interruption

From last 1:30 mins there no power supply in a particular service line. CESC team have visited once but they cant resolve the issue.

High Amount Bill

I received very high electricity bill for the month of April and last day of payment is 5th may 2021 from CESC Kolkata. Actually we are using 2 fans & 2 Tube lights (which are not used in daylight )but the Electric bills amount is 940 which is very much high than what it should be. I always noticed my bill amount ranges from 300 to 400 but this time this is pretty much high.

So request you to kindly look into it & resolve it...

Wrong bill

Wrong(Double) billing of Units

I am having Consumer ID [protected]. In the Bill for the month of May2020, payable in July I had fully paid the bill amount of Rs9720/-for 1026 units and nothing was kept in abeyance. In subsequent bills however on the back of the bill it is being shown that I was charged for 496 Units only and charges for 530 Units were kept in abeyance, which is wrong and every month i am paying an additional amount of Rs 540/-.
