Again i have got a bill of 4200 due date 25th May 2021.
Kindly send monthly bills on a rotation of 30days .
Kindly intimate what to to cause I am paying double per month.

    My Customer id is [protected]. My metre of CESC had malfunctioned so last year I complained against it and after 9 months it was replaced. Upon receiving the bill I was shocked to find that CESC had calculated my bill pro rata on the basis of Apr 2021 consumption and sent me a bill of Rs 41, 110 . Now it is obvious that Apr being a peak summer month the consumption would be on the higher side compared to the full year. A more rational point would have been to take the full year data of 19-20 when the metre was working and accordingly bill me for the usage. Secondly since the bill was consolidated for 11 months I was also not given the slab benefit for 11 months which led to a loss of Rs 650.85 per month for 11 months. Also by wrongly taking Apr 2021 as a base month my bill was on the higher side to the tune of Rs 20, 000 approx compared to the same 11 month period of[protected]. I also raised the complain to CESC specifically to the Central grievance officer Ms Simita Chakraborty who is senior Deputy Manager-Commercial. She reduced by bill by Rs 8000 by applying for only 4 months of winter Nov-Feb. That too she has taken the data of Nov18-Feb19 which should ideally have been Nov19 to Feb 20. Even after my repeated requests and repeated mails no resolution has been provided to me and CESC has closed the docket number on its own.

    I should be billed on my actual consumption of the 11 months of previous year 19-20 and not just on the basis of Apr 2021 consumption as it is obvious that Apr being a peak summer month does not show the yearly consumption trend. Also I should be given the slab benefit for those 11 months which I would have been entitled to if the bills were raised monthly which happens in normal course.

      Dear Sir,

      I am domestic consumer of electricity under the CESC Ltd customer id [protected] I regret to observe that the electric bill for the month of April 2021 (Rs.1740.00) seems too high in relation to other bills of the previous months . My six months consumption is as follows :
      November[protected] units
      December[protected] units
      January[protected] units
      February[protected] units
      March[protected] units
      April[protected] units

      The amounts charged in the bill of April 21 (Rs.One thousand seven hundred forty only) is heavier than what I actually pay every month, while the consumption is usual.

      However, I am paying off the bill. I would, request you to be so good as to kindly make an enquiry into the matter and to adjust the excess amount in the next bill, if found excess due to meter-reading discrepancy. I would also like to request you look into the matter by rechecking/recalibration of my electric meter.

      I hope you will sympathetically deal with my case and do the needful.

        Consumer no [protected]. For the past 30 days supply is off at my premises for 4-5 hrs daily. I keep on raising online docket number and calling helpline and upon doing that the power is restored within an hour for sometime. I being a genuine consumer i am not getting the services what i am paying cesc for. Multiple docket numbers and calls are made by us but it seems CESC is just not bothered to my complaints. I have also got my wiring checked up for any fault but its the CESC power supply issue and not any wiring fault at my premises. With an infant and senior citizen at home it becomes difficult to survive without power for most of the time and that too during thus summer and lockdown. We have 8 meter at our premises(P-181/G Mudially First Lane Rameshwarpur Road Garden Reach Kolkata 700024) and the total amount paid is approx 10000 per month to cesc. But still our complaints are not addressed and there is no permanent solution to this.

                  Premises no. 1028, near R.N. Tagore hospital, opposite Mukundapur market place, beside ‘Medethics’ clinic, the house with ‘Mio Amore’ shop on the ground floor.

                  Floors- Ground floor and first floor (entire house)

                  The house does not have any electricity connection from February, 2020 (disconnection due to non-payment of due bills). However, the residents of the house have been tampering other commercial meters installed in the same premises/using unauthorised sources for their electricity usage. They have been using wires for hooking and other unethical means for pumping water, running air conditioners, electrical appliances and charging other equipment at wee hours of night.

                    Respected Sir,
                    I Smt Sunita Manna W/O Biswanath Manna, R/O 36/1 Sree Gopal Mullick Road, P.O-Ariadaha, Kolkata-700057. This house is a double storied building and registered from Belghoria registry office. This house has half portion in my name and half portion in my husband's name mentioned in deed. Now I am living separately in this house on the ground floor for family reasons. On 30.03.2021, I applied online for a connection to a separate meter in my name vides Registration No. 16/05983/21. On 31.03.2021 two staff of CESC office came to my house for enquiry where I was present and I told my grievances but they did not reply and they saw the meter room and walked away. On 07.04.2021 I received a letter where I mentioned many causes and rules for rejection of my application. Then I sent an email to GRO/NSRO with supporting documents on 11.04.2021 and he replied on 17.04.2021 to attend a hearing on 20.04.2021. I have met GRO/NSRO as your prescribed date and time but not give any fruitful result. I was also informed that property tax and mutation certificate and deed are issued from Kamarhati Municipality in favour of my husband and my name.

                    Hence, I requested you to give permission to your staff to issue a separate meter connection in favour of me please.

                        I received very high electricity bill for the month of April and last day of payment is 5th may 2021 from CESC Kolkata. Actually we are using 2 fans & 2 Tube lights (which are not used in daylight )but the Electric bills amount is 940 which is very much high than what it should be. I always noticed my bill amount ranges from 300 to 400 but this time this is pretty much high.

                        So request you to kindly look into it & resolve it as soon as possible.

                          My CESC electricity bill continuously high in every month earlier I have lodged compliant ref no 1912 but no action taken. Consumer no [protected] previous month February 2021 bill was 3040/- this march 21 month bill I received Rs 3830/- I am worried because it is increasing higher in every month because..my consumptions of electricity are limited even earlier I have not received such types of higher bill..but I noticed since 5 months it has been increasing high.it is not possible to me to pay high bill amount in every month. there is some fault in electricity bill kindly rectify the bill at the earliest so that I could pay an idea amount

                                      I am having Consumer ID [protected]. In the Bill for the month of May2020, payable in July I had fully paid the bill amount of Rs9720/-for 1026 units and nothing was kept in abeyance. In subsequent bills however on the back of the bill it is being shown that I was charged for 496 Units only and charges for 530 Units were kept in abeyance, which is wrong and every month i am paying an additional amount of Rs 540/-.
                                      Kindly ensure that extra payments already made are adjusted in the next bill and there should be no such addition in the subsequent bills.

                                        Customer ID- [protected], Consumer No. [protected], MeterNo- 4370144, Tusar Kanti SASMAL, For the month of Mar 21 you have sent bill amount Rs. 760/- where I found my meter reading you have taken on 25/03/2021 as 9390 I.e and it was counted 111 units., where as, as on 13/04/2021 my meter is showing 9352. Kindly explain me how You had taken 38 units in advance reading 19 days before. This is really ridicules. Send your representative who will take correct reading for consumer. Now please rectify the bill and regenerate online or off line bill, then I will able to pay the bill in time.
