Dear Sir/Mam

I have been getting excessive electricity bills for the past 1 Year since lockdown and I am not getting any resolution from the company end.
My customer id-[protected] and my consumer id-[protected].
I would request to kindly refund the excess amount or adjust it in the upcoming bills.

        This is to bring into your kind notice that electricity bill for Sarmila Chatterjee, Customer ID- [protected] Consumer type: Domestic for January, 2021, Bill no. [protected]/01211 dated: 26/02/21 Amt: Rs.510 was paid via UPI(YONO SBI)amounting Rs.500 on 28/02/21 from UPI ID [protected]@sbi at 8:58am Ref.No.[protected], still during the billing period for the month of February I received a green bill with notice of electricity supply being terminated if not paid the amount of Rs.1020 which was the sum of the amount of February and January within the aforesaid time.
        This raises concerns to me and I want a thorough inspection of this event. For validation I'm sending screenshots of the UPI fund transfer.

          The land lady Name chanda devi does the power theft, she has hired a local electrician and steals electricity and supply it to there tenant @ of 500 per house she is stealing government electricity and making income
          she blackmails there tenant if they don't buy electricity from her she would cut the water supply.

              Dear Sir,
              Respectfully, I would like to bring to your kind notice that your employees/agent came to my premises & talked to us roughly regarding lack of sufficient space and went hurriedly within one/two minutes without doing anything/any work.
              I have paid Rs.2000/- as per your bill.

              It may also be intimate to you that previously, the present meter was installed by your employee/agent without speaking anything.in the same space and location.

              Now, your present team was not co-operative. Now, I am requesting that you please send your team at the earliest to upgrade the meter.

              I have also received a message from your end and also status of application in your website, it was found that 'Our team would visit your premise on 22/03/2021 and upgrade your meter, to enable you to use the Air-Conditioner(s).'
              In the situation, you are requested to send your team again for the said work

                I, J P SHARMA, IS ONE OF THE RESIDENT OF BLOCK-I AT BUDGE BUDGE INDUSTRIAL HOUSING ESTATE, 24 PGS (SOUTH) HAVING MY CONSUMER ID [protected] WISH TO STATE YOU THAT GOVERNMENT RAISED THE OUTSIDE PATHWAY of many building including BLOCK I, AND CONTINUED THE SAME raising of the road by plastering even INSIDE THE BUILDING staircase floor. BECAUSING OF THIS RAISING OF FLOOR THE GAP BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND METER BOX IS NOW VANISHED AND THE WIRES ETC ARE LYING ON THE FLOOR MAKING IT A FIRE HAZARD. IT WILL BE INVARIABLY UNDER WATER DURING RAINY DAYS AND AN ACCIDENT IS JUST WAITING TO HAPPEN.
                I HAD INTIMATED THE SAME OVER PHONE TO SOUTH WEST REGIONAL OFFICE OF CESC BUT ONLY TO LISTEN THAT CESC WILL FIRST RAISE THE BILL IN THIS REGARD AGAINST THE COMPLAINANT AND ONLY AFTER THE PAYMENT SOMETHING WILL BE DONE. TILL THEN LIVE IN FEAR. TAKE THE RISK.
                You are requested to immediately take steps for the upliftment of the meter box to prevent any untoward incident.

                  All compliance fulfilled on 11th march 2021. Document on portal showed meter fixed on 16th March 2021.but till date no meter fixed .and when tried to check on portal it shows no data found .

                      Please look in this matter and I can show the payment receipts.

                        This is regarding inflated billing for my electricity connection with Consumer No. [protected]. Please note my home is vacant & there is no electricity consumption since last 1.5 years. However, I see adhoc meter reading updated on my monthly billings & it is creating outstanding amount of Rs. 2, 070/-.
                        Looking into my past billing details, I see August 2019 bill reading as 2414 units which was paid in September 2019 (before due date). Since July 2019, I was out of my home & there is no consumption. However, recent billings for Jan’21 shows meter reading as 2723 units, whereas actuals meter reading shows 2414 units. As the home is vacate for more than 18-19 months there is no power consumption since July 2019.
                        Request your kind effort to align the billing & meter reading as per actuals consumption & highly oblige me. Appreciate & looking forward for quick action on my request to correct reading & send me fresh bill.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            As the reference of previous email sent from [protected]@rpsg.in on dated 10.3.21 2.40pm I went to my bank and they informed me sbi has cleared my payment of Rs 1170 on account of CESC JAN 2021 payment.
                            So this is cesc's fault that payment not being updated after 3 working days.
                            My bank passbook copy as well as statement is attached along with google pay payment successful screenshot.
                            Kindly update it otherwise Refund my Rs 1170 deducted from bank account.

                              Huge unit meter reading has been issued. If you notice my previous bill that I don't stay in this house much. Sometime one or 2 days a month. But this month meter reading came as a shock 534 unit. I assume somebody has tempered my meter and using it in illigal way. Please look into the matter and solve it in urgent basis.

                                      So, I, therefore request you kindly grant the excess amount of Rs.100/- is to be adjusted the the next bill/refund the same
