Unjustified electric Bill..Consumer No. 27059008192

With reference to the above consumer number, I have received a bill of Rs 5620/- for the month of 11/20.

My meter was non-functional / dead for last few months & CESC is not bothered to change the same after repeated complains from my side. Finally, 2 months back, changed the meter.

High electricity Bill - For Nov 2020

Received a bill of 5500/- on one of home meters for month of November 2020 on January 08 2021.

The previous reading on the bill is blank and hence the unit consumed mentioned on the bill does not have any basis. No one came to check the meter manually.

During the month of June-Sep we have paid bill on an average of 6000/- INR per month, as CESC has send an arbitrary random bill as no one came to record meter...

Non confirmation of online payment

I sreya datta had applied for new meter and the bill no is 02/12344/20/6/1. I had payed online by debit card using billdesk payment gateway a sum of rs 41975. The amount has been debited from my bank account but i have not received any payment confirmation from cesc neither am i able to contact any of the helpline no s. Wrong bill realized.

Abeyance charges are 224 units realized in July. I paid for the same in June for 419 units(including consumption in month of May for 195 units). So i think may be CESC should do the math before sending out the memos. They are now charging me with an extra amount of 200 rupees....

We just use light and fan and the bill used to come earlyer between 500-700 but last few months the amount is coming 1400, 1600, 3000 etc. Which is not acceptable, no one is coming to check the meter nighter sending meter reading in the bill.
