      Consumption bill reported against consumer no [protected], customer id [protected] is rs. 7830. Which is much higher as i was not at home during the said period regularly. Being the area in contaminant zone no meter reading happened.
      Current meter reading as on 18th july is 003117
      Bill already paid at high rate, please adjust in the next bill for july 2020 for differential payment against over charge.

        amount wrong typed as 550 instead of 450. Rs. 450 is also on higher side. Please do necessary adjustment as we were not present in the property during the period of billing.

              My name is arup kumar ghosh customer id [protected] and i want to bring your notice that you have send bill for june2020 for consumption of may2020 of rs7020/-. And the units was shown as 774. May2020 reflects present meter reading without previous electric consumption record. Cesc are putting total consumption units in a single months of may2020 and thus resulting higher meter slab rate. I have never consumed similar consumption in previous year nor any other electrical appliance is added. Please splits 774units in two months & adjust bill accordingly.                   I satyabrata Mitra residing at B/1/H/21 Rakhal Ghosh Lane Kolkata 700085, would like to inform that electric bill sent to me for June 2020 consumption was too much excessive as the bill amount is Rs more than 2000 but till before this the last bill paid only Rs 650 for previous month, that is, for the month of May 2020.Therefore I request you to look into the matter as early as possible as I can not afford to pay it on time .

                      I am Bijay Biswas. I was paying the bill amount against the customer ID is [protected] near about 2years. Because it's a rent house. The owner did not want to look after into this. In this case I am shocked about when this month bill was coming. We are paying the bill amount of every month near about 700-1000/- . Not more than 1000/- . But why this month is coming the bill amount is Rs. 2990/-. We are unable to pay this the amount. Need your justification for this.

                          My customer id of cesc electricity bill is [protected] During the month of June 2020 cesc has raised bill of rs 3880 which is more than 4 times of normal electricity bill.
                          We are not in a position to pay this excessive charged bill which should be justified and amount may be adjusted.

                            This is Ashim Kumar Das residing in 10B, Sura East Road, Kolkata-700010, Flat 3C. We generally get two bills which does not exceed over Rs.2500 together. This time we got a total bill of RS.8900 which is totally unacceptable. This is surely a fault on CESC's part and they should look into the matter immediately and do what is necessary to either refund the money back or adjust it in the next month.

                              This is a complaint to CESC in regards to OVER-BILLING.

                              My Consumer ID is [protected] against which I have received a bill of INR 8970 for the month of Jun’ 20...THIS IS ABSURD...If you revisit my old bills for the last 2 years, or even more there has NOT been a single month where the bill has ever exceeded INR 3000.
                              I have the same set of electrical appliances (2 AC machines, 1 Washing machine and 1 Refrigerator) since the last 8 years now.
                              Even the fact that such high bill is to compensate the average billing for the lockdown period is RIDICULOUS.
                              Such over charge needs to be strongly dealt with so that it doesn’t repeat again...Consumers like us are NOT to-be taken for granted.

                              Would request to please re-work on my bill and allow me to pay a logical amount.

                                My name is Mr. Ranajit Chakrabarty, customer ID is [protected] andconsumer No is [protected] and I want to bring to your notice that you have sent me a bill for June, 2020 which states that total units consumed for the month of May, 2020 was 395 units, which seems to me as ficticious. Also you have shown that in last year I have consumed only 213 units. I have not added any new electrical gadget in this period. So it is quiet unnatural that total units consumption raised to that hight.Hence you should rectify your meter reading and/or any other way to reduce that amount. Otherwise I shall have no other option but to move consumer forum for compensation and justice.

                                  Respected sir/ madam,

                                  I am anjan kumar sadhak, my consumer id :[protected] & customer id: [protected]. My electric bill amount for the month of may 2020 is rs. 3590. The current due date of payment is 16 july 2020. But i am unable to understand that i was not at home for 15 days in between and i do not have any air-conditioner in my house. How would be my billing amount so high. My average units consumption for every month is in between 90 to 95 units, all of a sudden it became 497 unit. This is totally unacceptable and not at all justified.

                                  It's my earnest request to you that please find out the reason behind it. It's a mental torture for a retired person like me.

                                  I always made my payment before due date.

                                  Please look into this matter so that you can adjust or revise my bill amount as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to to file a complain against cesc kolkata for this bill. I have already send an email to the ceo of cesc. Need to contact to the higher authority like kolkata police, tv & print media and consumer forum against this conspiracy with all the proof sample of bills & graphs. I am also attaching my bill copy for the month of may 2020. I am a senior citizen and it's a mental and financial harrasment for me.

Have been paying my regular bills of rs.1720, 1710, 2370, 2040 and rs.1930 for the month jan 2020 to may 2020. Although my regular bills are usually around 2000 +/- how can cesc generate such high inflated bill during this pandemic when we are having such financial crisis. Please send corrected and rectified bill to enable me to pay my bill at the earliest.
