          I paid athe electricity bill through bill desk gateway using debit card on 29.5.20 at 3:29 pm& 3:41pm for 2 electric bills.

          The amount (Rs 610& rs 510) has been deducted from my bank account but payment has not received by cesc. Till now cesc is showing the"bill is due". I did not get payment receipts.

            Ever since 20/5/2020 we are not having any electricity at our plant. It has been over 8 days and we are struggling very much since there is no electricity to run a pump we are all without regular water supply.

                I write on behalf of my mother, residing in 8/5 mominpore road, kolkata 700023 with customer id: [[protected]]. It has been 124 hours since 22 may that the power supply at her residence has been disrupted. Numerous calls and emails to helplines haven't been of any help. It should be noted, all the flats and houses without power there, inhabit elderly residents, and living in isolation in any case due to the covid situation. Living without electricity, and as a result - no water, no food (Food in the fridge have gone stale), no phone contact, for consecutively more than 124 hours amidst social isolation is an enormously traumatising condition. Due to the pandemic, families are separated and cannot help with their presence. It is a similarly worrying situation for my family as well.in a desperate effort to help my mother i write this, hoping that cesc will finally take notice of this ordeal and will restore the electricity. I would also compliment the cesc workers for their work under the extraordinary amphan situation. I trust that the same effort will be taken to restore the power supply at my mother's residence just like it is being done for the other parts of the city. Thanks.

                    In reference to consumer id [protected], c no [protected] and meter no 4417951, i, tathagata datta inform you that no electricity is consumed in last few months as it is kept locked. But unfortunately in the bill for march and april 116 and 60 units have been shown as consumed, after adjustment rs 760/- and rs 950/- have been shown as bill amount. Now the meter reading is 7766 though 7773 was shown as previous reading in the bill for march which is absurd.in the financial crisis due to lock down it is impossible to pay those amounts after fulfilling my different obligations. I am ready to pay the justified amount like meter rent and other fixed charges for the two months (March & april). Please, necessary steps may kindly be taken as i can submit the justified amount.

                          My home is closed since 23rd march till now due to corona pandemic situation. I have received a bill of rs.310 for a consumption of 53 units. How can it be possible that a meter which is not used for that period consume 53 units.

                            We at new shakuntala park housing, biren roy road (W), sarsuna, kol-700061 have not had power since more than 80 hours now. The people who visited with electricians mentioned the damage was not too much.. Yet we have been receiving no response at all. Its being extremely inconvinient for us to carry on like this.

                              More than 72 hours of power cut in our area. (New shakuntala park housing, biren roy road (W), sarsuna, kol-700061)
                              We have been struggling with power cut issue and the personnel who visited said it was not any major issue to be fixed. Yet there has been no action taken yet. We now are having trouble with water supply due to disruption in electricity as well.

                                Please arrange to provide power supply to my residence in bhagaban chatterjee lane area (Road from ichapur water tank towards kadamtala market).

                                  I am receiving very high electricity bill from CESC Kolkata. I am using 4 tube light 2 fans and 1 tv but the Electic bills are coming above 1150 on April 2020 .which is very much high than what it should be.
                                  I have a doubt either Electric Metre is not working properly or someone is doing Electric theft from our metre.
                                  So this is humble request to you please check and solve the problem
