Due to the Cyclone Amphun, there has been a power cut in our locality since 20th May, 4:30pm. The power supply in our area has not yet been restored. People are facing a lot problems due to the current situation as most daily chores are now in a hault due to power cut. Please do look into the situation and take action as soon as possible.

    I understand due to amphani various services have been interrupted.

    However this is now extreme as after lodging the complaint still didn't see any actions from cesc.

    In my locality people do have electricity in their apartments and houses however in our building there is still no power.

    There are old people and kids that are facing a lot of trouble.

    Please review docket [protected] and restore the power immediately.

        Wrt to. Consumer no. [protected] several complaints has been made but not yet restored... Everytime they are saying work in progress... It now. More than 36 hrs without electricity and its getting tougher as my mom is diabetic cant bear heat... Also no water in house... Half of the phases has already been restored in jawpur area day before yesterday itself... Half is pending... Kindly do the needful...

            We had done the caption complaints
            [protected] yesterday evening.

            Till now the supply is not yet restored.
            We know this is emergency situation and have senior citizen in our
            House.

            Facing very difficult situation as power is still not there. Unable to reach out to cesc helpline.

            Please do the needful urgently and confirm for power restoration

                Power Supply is not coming to Customs Excise Residential Complex, 179, Shantipally, Near Ruby Hospital since 20th May evening, whereas power supply in nearby locations is uninterrupted (Avishikta Apartments & other residential complexes etc). Plz look into the problem.

                  Dear sir,
                  I like to inform you that the cesc bill amount of march 2020 has became so high.in a day i use only one fan and one light. So the bill amount cannot be so high. This bill amount was an assumption they have not taken any meter reading. The amount for march was rs1020. Usually the bill amount is 450 after 3 months.
                  I shall be glad if you kindly consider my case. I will wait for your immediate response.

                            Sir. With regards. My customar id : [protected] and meter no. 4483304 refer. On scrutiny it has been observe that i have paid the bill on the month of march 2020 is rs. 3240/- but that is incomplete bill. After that i have received mobile massage for rs. 1980/-. Sir i am unsble to paid the amount due to excess payment allready been done.                                 Sir/madam,
                                My home is closed since starting of march[protected] due this corona epidemic situation. I have received a bill of rs. 176.25 for a consumption of 35 units. How can it be possible that a meter which is not used for nearly two month, consuming 35 units.

                                  We have received a bill amount of rs 880/- for april stating units consumed 137 now the question is this since the lockdown has been imposed in pan india we have moved form this particular house since the day lockdown was been announced i have paid 1000 for march 2020 billing april 2020 we have again received 880 amount which again i have paid.

                                  As per my believe we have been overcharged in terms of april 2020
