Dear cesc i have a connection with you namely 'md syeed anwar and my consumer i'd is [protected].. On the month of may my most of family member were at my sister residense for personal family meeting and our consumption was only rs 230 only which was obvious to be low and i paid that bill. But when i received the bill of july we were shocked to see. It was rs 3480, which is too much. My bill on the summer varies from rs 1500 to 1600... But this bill is way too much... I request you to please consider this matter... As we belong to a middle class family and each rupee is needful for us...

    This is infrom you that aditya biswas customer id [protected], bill no [protected]/07192. Bill was rs. 300 paid on 10th august 2019 by scaning bills qr code via paytm upi payment surface and another bill ram biswas customer id [protected], bill no [protected]/07195. Bill was rs. 1370 paid on 10th august 2019 by scaning bills qr code via paytm upi payment surface. Both of bills due date 14th august 2019. Both of bills remain due still now.
    I am requesting you to take neccessary action as soon as possible. And solve this payment problem.

      Paid β‚Ή 2720 for july 2019 on 12 august 2019 at 20:30hrs via sbi debit card through billdesk, amount debited from my account, but no acknowledgement receipt generated by cesc. Customer id is [protected]. Transaction reference number is #qt[protected]. Please issue the e-receipt otherwise credit the amount to my account so i can make the payment again.

      Billdesk and cesc resolved the dispute after 2days. The transaction was stuck with billdesk for sometime due to cesc's network problem but it ultimately got through.

        I am buddhadev chattopadhyay consumer no -[protected]. Reside at flat no. A/4, 997 (2/26) mahendra banerjee road. Kolkata -700060.
        Since 15 days we are facing problem of voltage fluctuation. Everyday i personally logged complain in 1912 and last complant docket no.[protected]. But everyday this problem is repeating. No body is taking care of this problem seriously. Due to this reason my few electrical gadget has got effected once and may be cesc is waiting for some more casualties. I don't understand why cesc is not taking initiative to solve this problem and why not giving a permanent solution. We pay bill on time, every formalities we have done according to the rules and regulation laid down by cesc but when it comes to service it's really disappointing us

          With due respect, i beg to draw your kind attention that during 6 months, the unit gradully increased inspite of comsumption of electricity

          I am quit surprised to received such a heavy bill for domestic power consumed by me during the last two months.

          I regret to say that you have overcharged me for domestic power consumed
          In the bill for july 2019. I fell there is definitely some mistake in billing, such big amount towards electricity in my house during the last two months.
          I was suprised to receive the electricity bill of rs-3030/- for the quarter ending july

            It is to inform you that there is an huge possibility of electrocution of my building which is residence of senior citizen and surrounding area due to a big tree covering high tension line in our locality. During this rainy season this chance has enhanced a lot. I draw your urgent attention to cut down the branches as private labours are refused to do so as the branches are over the high tension line.

              As per your mail ref. No. : 05/15517/19 dated: 01/08/2019. Inspection has been conducted for new connection. After inspection cesc forwarded a bill vide no.05/15517/19/5/1 dated 06.08.2019 in the name of thakur pada sarkar (Applicant) for security deposit rs.8370/- and service charge rs.21, 398/- and directed to paid total amount rs.29, 768/-.
              The above building for new connection to nearest lamp post distance is 05 feet and adjacent of the building where already cesc connection is available and connected their connection within 5 feet distance of the road. The applicant is not able to deposit the huge amount as forwarded by your office which is totally illegal as per cesc norms and violation of rules.
              No response has been received from cesc office till date

                I applied for a new connection on 31 /7/2019. On 1/8/2019, CESC inspection was done. The inspectors didn't talk to us. They also didn't inspect of the premises where I live in. Later on, online I found that the District Engineer has rejected my application on account of split load. CESC REF NO. is 14/13161 /19 dated 01/08/2019.
                Now, please note my views as under -
                1.My existing electric connection is from my mother, Sms. Shibani Mukherjee. She stays in the ground floor. I stay in the 1st floor of the house. Till now, she has rendered electricity from her Meter. Till now, my brother was staying outside the house elsewhere. Now, he has come and taken possession of the ground floor for staying with my mother. Now, my mother is not willing to give me electricity from her existing Meter. She is advising me to apply for a new Meter in my name. Therefore, under these circumstances, I would request you to please grant me a separate Meter immediately. Thanks

                    I stay in a multi-storeyed building where i feel that my coop society is grossly overcharging me. I get smss' on my mobile no [protected] but today when i keyed my cust id [protected], it flashed (To my shock) the name sushama naskar with my mobile no of [protected]. I stay at dover court, 22 dover road, kolkata 700019. Mrs nashkar resides far away from our home at 16/2b monohorpukur road. So i fail to understand why such a major goof-up.

                    Our building electrician by name dipu (Cell no:[protected]) who must be questioned as to what is happening because i stay alone and this month bill (Of last month) is for rs 2096 or for 262 units where i dont have a single ac in my room or home.

                    All along we have got inflated bills but this month was the last straw on a camel's back

                    Would be grateful if you could kindly look into the matter asap and share with me, my cust id & consumer no for future reference.

                          This is to bring your attention to the request being made for a new connection from at ground floor, block no. 58 ref. No: 06/16999/19 dated: 31/07/2019. Residential address being at saraswati niwas, bireswar chatterjee street howrah 711201, bally lp no : 3/13/2. As per the site inspection, i'm briefed that the premises has already been provided with supply of electricity connection and i'm deriving supply from an existing connection thereat.

                          Please find my below clarifications against the inspection claims which would be sufficient to hold my request as true, justified, in accordance and as per wberc clauses and regulations:

                          1. No electricity connection is given against block no. 58 for which the request is raised. This is the first time a fresh new request is submitted for block no. 58, ground floor (Saraswati niwas)

                          2. My premises - block no. 58 has no meter of its own, hence i've applied for a new one.

                          3. The existing supply is for block no. 57 and not block 58, where there are 4 separate nuclear and independent families including my family who reside at this premises and earn their livelihood separately. They are staying here at block no. 58 with the premises being divided amongst all 4 o[censored]s, hence i've applied for a new connection for my own family and my rooms with the intent to be charged and billed for the electricity expenses of my own share of rooms and electrical equipment that i have installed.

                          4. Moreover, other family members are no longer reluctant and comfortable to share the connection with our family hence i've applied for a new connection for my own family owing to connection and bill sharing issues.

                          I hope the above reasons suffice the need of a new connection at block no. 58. Also i hope that the needful would be taken care by cesc team at the earliest without any complexity and rejections.

                          Kindly assist me in getting the needful new connection at the earliest.

But we are out of country last two month and there is not a single unit consumption for the bill period. Can you please check and rectify.

Please make sure that the amount has been credited to the above consumer no. Otherwise investigate properly and do the needful and issue me the e-receipt.

                              A few months ago, i have applied for a separate electricity connection at our home since my father and his brother are living separately and very often there is a dispute in paying the electric bill. At that time the cesc office told me to have a partition deed and mutation certificate so that they can provide us the connection. Now when i have arranged for the documents and applied on 24th july and they completed the inspection on 25th july, they have sent a letter in my email on 27th july denying connection on the basis that we do not have physical partition. I would require a separate electric connection at the earliest.

                                I requested cesc on 28-jun-19 through email and over phone to adjust my electricity bill for the month of May 2019 and subsequent months against my excess security deposit held with cesc . My Security deposit held is RS 18263 whereas Security deposit maintainable for[protected] is RS 7469 as per information provided by cesc in the bill of April 2019. I have called cesc customer care several times to expedite the matter but cesc customer care has ignored all my requests and sent me a electricity disconnection notice along with electricity bill of June 2019. During my last verbal contact with cesc howrah regional office on 22-jul-19, the cesc customer care executive was doubting my intentions to pay my electricity bills and treating me like a electricity thief. I feel embarrassed due to this behaviour of cesc staff and electricity disconnection notice.
                                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                  During few months we have a high electrcity bill. It now touches upto 4000. But our neghbours have the standard amount of bill. But we have consumed electricity very minimum. So the bill cannot exceed 1000 anyway.Bill Paid for CESC Customer ID (Not Consumer No) [protected]. Amount - Rs.3820.00. BBPS Ref#: BD01CAAJLRYW.

                                    Repeated inspection done by cesc staff of my mother's meter box consumer id (Xxxx) in our absence. My mother's flat @ bangur avenue location, kolkata is vacant since nov 2017. I lost my mother as on 25th march'17. My father is a psychriatic patient who started suffering after loss of his wife. He had undergone medication @ nursing home since nov2017 - dec2018, post which he is staying with me as per doctor's advise. I am only daughter, married woman, & working mother as well. I do hardly visit my bangur avenue house once a month or fortnightly. Suddenly one fir lodged against my dad regarding pilferage of electricity which is completely out of our knowledge. The meter box key is holding by building secretary not by us! Its a complete false allegation against a senior citizen who does stay with me & has no intention to harm anyone. Our electricity usage is very minimal as we do visit rarely for an hour or two. It has been falsely alleged that we have done tampering, which is not possible by us as the key access is not with us. Inspection again done as on 19th july 2019 in front o[censored]s and we are shocked to hear this pilferage incident. Please be intimated we are not staying in our bangur avenue house since 2017. After april 2017 my dad used to stay alone and hardly any maximum electricity consumption done. After nov 2017 our flat is vacant. Today i, being daughter visited cesc loss control cell, tried to show all our relevant documents but cesc staff mentioned that they will calculate one year electric consumption which they calculate 1, 70, 000inr which is next to impossible for us to pay. First of all our flat is vacant since 2017 then how the consumption amounts to 1, 70, 000 yearly? They have communicated me verbally. Such a hefty amount calculation is completely a shock for us!! I am sure that whatever has happened in our meter box, entire onus is on the key holder or building secretary. Hence it is a kind request please look into the matter as it is a complete harassment for a senior citizen and for me as well, when we are not at all aware about this pilferage case.

                                      Sub:- complain against bill no. [protected]/06194, dated - 08/07/19 (Customer id:- [protected])– matter regarding.
                                      Please refer to the above.
                                      That i, chitta ranjan samal, of aayakar abasan, type - iv, flat-b35, 110, shanti pally, kolkata - 700 107, is your customer since 2004, bearing consumer no. [protected]. I used pay my electricity bills regularly in time. But, i was astonished to see the bill of the month of june, 2019 wherein a bill of a net amount of rs. 5170/- is found to be raised. Total units against which the bill was raised is shown at 581 units. Similarly, you have also raised excessive bill in the month of may, 2019 for which i have already raised complain in your office vide letter dated 25, o6.2019. There is every reason to suspect the bill so raised in both the months because i have already been shifted to bhubaneswar but i have not yet surrendered my quarter at kolkata and going to kolkata for a week or so. During the billing period for the month of june, 2019, i. E. 03.06.19 to 04.07.2019, approximate use of electricity is as follows:-
                                      04.06.2019 – one fan for 3 pm to 6 a. M, next day, one tube light from 6 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1.5 ton a. C. From 11 p. M. To 6 a. M.
                                      05.06.2019 – one fan for 6 am to 6 a. M, next day, one tube light from 6 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1.5 ton a. C. From 11 p. M. To 6 a. M.
                                      06.06.2019 – one fan for 6 a. M. To 6 a. M, next day, one tube light from 6 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1.5 ton a. C. From 11 p. M. To 6 a. M.
                                      07.06.2019 – one fan for 6 a. M. To 6 a. M, next day, one tube light from 6 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1.5 ton a. C. From 11 p. M. To 6 a. M.
                                      08.06.2019 – one fan for 6 a. M. To 6 a. M, next day, one tube light from 6 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1, 5 ton a. C. From 11 p. M. To 6 a. M.
                                      09.06.2019 – one fan for 6 a. M to 6 a. M, next day, one tube light from 6 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1.5 ton a. C. From 11 p. M. To 6 a. M.
                                      10.06.2019 – one fan for 6 a. M to 6 a. M, next day, one tube light from 6 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1.5 ton a. C. From 11 p. M. To 6 a. M.
                                      11.06.2019 – one fan for 6 a. M to 6 a. M, next day, one tube light from 6 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1.5 ton a. C. From 11 p. M. To 6 a. M.
                                      12.06.2019 – one fan for 6 a. M to 8 a. M, next day,
                                      A fridge was operative from 6 p. M. Of 4th june, 2019 to 12th june 8 a. M.
                                      Again i came to kolkata on 24.06.2019 at 7.30 p. M and stayed there till 28.06.2019 and the usage of electricity is as follows:-
                                      24.06.2019 -– one fan for 7.30 p. M. To 6 a. M, next day, one tube light from 7.30 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1.5 ton a. C. For 5 hours.
                                      25.06.2019 -– one fan form 6.00 a. M. To 10 a. M, & 6 p. M. To 6 a. M. Next day, one tube light from 6 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1.5 ton a. C. For 30 mins..
                                      26.06.2019 -– one fan form 6.00 a. M. To 11 a. M, & 5.30 p. M. To 6 a. M. Next day, one tube light from 6 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1.5 ton a. C. For 30 mins..
                                      27.06.2019 -– one fan form 6.00 a. M. To 1 2.30 p. M, & 5.30 p. M. To 6 a. M. Next day, one tube light from 6 p. M. To 11 p. M., a 1.5 ton a. C. For 30 mins..
                                      28.06.2019 -– one fan form 6.00 a. M. To 12 p. M, & 5.30 p. M. To 10 p. M., one tube light from 6 p. M. To 10 p. M., as i had left for bhubaneswar at 10 p. M.
                                      One fridge was operative from 8 a. M. Of 25.06.2019 to 8 p. M. Of 28.06.2019.
                                      All other days, no electric appliances was used as there was no body in the flat. It is really astonishing that the usage of electric appliances as discussed above has resulted in such a huge meter reading of 581 units. It is quite unacceptable and it appears that you have been engaged with unethical and immoral practice to earn and more, thereby cheating customers like me.
                                      Therefore, it is requested to look into the matter and i think & believe that there is mistake in meter reading by your meter-man or the meter installed at my quarter is not working properly which need be replaced immediately. Might be you have raised bills on average consumption basis without making proper meter reading and you have been indulged in immoral business practice to earn more.in this connection, this is to inform you that i have already filed a complain before you against my bill for the month of may, 2019. But, you have not resolved my grievance for the month of may, 2019 and again you have raised a bogus bill for the month of june, 2019. I am not paying the bill amount for the month of june, 2019 because on proper verification, you will find that amount paid against may, 2019 bill will be sufficient to adjust the bill of both the months.

                                        This is to bring to your kind attention that there is ongoing power theft from the premises and recently there was even an incident of fire in the meter box. This is putting the life and property of people, who are living there in danger apart from inflated electricity bills.
                                        Request you to kindly take action against this on going theft.
