This is in reference to the construction of a new transformer unit adjacent to the boundary wall of my residence. We have objection to the same as the land is filled with water round the year, besides being densely populated area and the proximity of the transformer (High voltage electrical apparatus) will be potential safety hazard to my family members residing in my home.

We hereby put forward our objection to the construction of the same and would request your good office to kindly shift the same elsewhere.

A written confirmation to the above effect would be highly appreciated.

    This is regarding bill 26330 rs bill.
    How can you say that i have to pay the bill.
    This month i got bill 3000 rs approx.
    But previous 3 month i got bill 23000 rs approx.
    Is that acceptable.
    Your officer came and check meter and said meter was fine. If fine then how occurs the huge difference. Also officer reported that 12 bulbs and 1 cooler was running in. My home. If that then why this huge amount. Previously also i got huge bills but i paid without doing any complaint. And got call from office that my connection will be cut. I thought that bill will reduce altotal this time. But 23000 rs was same after investigation also. Ur officer in office said that if any theft then i need to catch. But i am. Absolutely. Sure that no theft was occured as our meter room was sealed. So request you again to minimize my bill as this is rediculous and unacceptable. If not possible then allpw me to do. Part payment. Otherwise u can not disconnect my line without further investigation. Pls do something. I am surprised and the officer was also surprised while he was checking why huge bill. Or ultimate solution is to change my. Meter and provide me. New meter. And allow me to do part payment. Or give the contact of high end officer who willl talk and solve issue. Because all ur officer in cesc office not qilling to talk. This is not at all acceptable. I. Am the tax paying indian citizen, so request you to do aomething for my high bill. Or i have to complaint..

    The resident of bhagwan Mondal street are using illegal electricity for using air conditioner..this lead high powere usage..this lead to higher bills of genuine buyers.. visit bhagwan Mondal street in kamarhatti .. these people are using AC with free electricity..
    Given money in the CESC District office Shyambazar on 27/5/2019 of increasing AC Load . The Schedule date given by them was 29/5/2019 . People didn't came on 29/5/2019 . I called in the CESC Helpline number and told about this issue . They simply told that when People will visit and do their work they dont know . So I am complaining against CESC .

      Objection to be noted as please do not provide a new connection from existing supply in the name of hemanta/sujata paul at the said premises that is to be change of place as the supply is situated such a dwelling space where work done with children, also not sufficient space for adjusting a new meter and main switch, and objectionable to enter the on duty meter reading man.
      You are welcome to provide a new connection only if supply is shifted to a safer space out side of dwelling space.

        My customer id is [protected]. I have twice paid against electric bill for the month of march-2019 with amount rs.790.00 which was due date on april 2019.
        1st payment was on 23.04.20109 by standard chattered bank credit card ending 4248 and 2nd payment was on 26.04.2019 by sbi debit card with ref qsbi[protected]igafzugjf8.

        Cese has confirmed on electric bill of april 2019 received rs.790.00 on 25.04.2019. But i can see from both account amount has been deducted.

        So please arrange to revert my one transaction.

          My customer id is [protected]. I am receiving e-bill from you on monthly basis and making payment using debit card. The bill of february, 2019 was paid by me on march 18, 2019 by the same process (The due date was march 19, 2019). Usually an e-mail acknowledgement is made instantly
          By cesc and a transaction reference is also generated. However, on that particular occasion that did not happen although message was received from my bank that transaction has taken place successfully.in the next bill a cumulative amount was charged along with disconnection
          Notice and payment was made well within due date. However, on that occasion both e-mail acknowledgement and transaction reference were made available.
          I have experienced similar situation earlier too. But during that period the amount deducted was refunded to my bank account. However, that did not happen for the transaction dated 18th march, 2019.in view of the above, i hereby request you to look into the matter / check with your bill desk gateway and take immediate necessary action to refund the paid amount of rs 1550.00 with interest or adjust it against the current month's bill.

            sub : low voltage and power supply fluctuating.

            I am complaining on behalf of my father md. Abed hossain customer id : [protected], consumer no : [protected].

            In our locality cesc is providing electric supply. From last 1 month we have seen that the voltage in our electric line is deteriorating day by day and power supply is fluctuating... The voltage becomes low suddenly and again it becomes normal. There is no fix time for this problem... Sometimes morning, afternoon also at late nights..

            Our home electric appliances are at high risk of malfunctioning now...

            Last month there was a cable fault in our building... We had informed the cesc department... They came and fixed the cable fault from underground since then this low voltage and power fluctuating problem has started...

            We have informed the cesc department after this problem many times but still there is no help and no solution out.

              Consumers like me are suffering since last year due to heavy Voltage fluctuation during Summer months (March onward) at light post No LP-1/54/3/2 at Netaji Colony. Kolkata 700090. Time and again we, the sufferes, had brought the issue to Customer care. CESC personnel too visited the place or the said Light Post but without any relief to us. It seemed they had no clue to the problem.

              Nature of the Erratic Voltage: During the noon hours 15:00 to 3:00 Hr (i.e., 3 PM to 3 AM). During these hours, frequently Voltage fluctuates between too Low to too High, causing damage of Electical & Electronic items and also cause heavy physical suffering.
              We, the consumers, request to do the needful urgently to stabilize the Supply Voltage in the said Light Post & alleviate our agony and regular suffering.

                  Myself, ram sagat razak, 1/4/d kc road, kolkata-700002. My customer id-[protected]. I have been charged with consumption of 9797units for april 2019 which is completely absurd and vague. There must be some sort of mistake/fault on the part of cesc. My complaint docket no is 21945192
                  They sent me a bill of rs. 83620 which is way beyond our imagination. Our usual consumption trend is around[protected] units per month. But this hefty amout of bill is impossible for us.
                  Please look into this matter at the earliest.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    This is to inform you that i, priyabrata roy chowdhury, aged 72 years, and a resident of 15/m sonamukhi naskarpara, 1 bye lane, kolkata - 700061, is a registered and authorized consumer of cesc (Consumer no-[protected]) since the past 8 years. But with a great apathy now i am compelled to write to you considering the present state of affairs related to heavy voltage fluctuation in my locality.

                    That the services were so far so good but for the past few weeks there were terrible fluctuations, especially during the afternoon hours owing to which the functioning of the electrical appliances are at stake. The voltage is tripping down to that extent that the ac installed in my room is abnormally shutting down.

                    The matter was immediately reported to the cesc over phone last week (Docket no - [protected] dated 13.05.2019) and it was conveyed that it would be sorted out, but to no avail. Yesterday also a complaint mail was registered (Docket no - [protected] dated 17.05.2019) stating the reasons. However the representatives turned up for inspection, checked the meter box and informed that there is a continuous supply of low voltage in the adjacent areas.

                    They also assured that the matter would be reported to the authorities and subsequent actions would be initiated accordingly. But with regrets i would again like to add that the same fluctuations continued yesterday
                    (17.05.2019) between 3.40 pm - 4.30 pm resulting to the malfunctioning of the stabilizer connected to my window ac. It literally crashed.

                    Finding no other alternative a mail was again sent to: [protected]@rp-sg.in on may 18th 2019 but to no avail.

                    The same mail was again forwarded to cesc. [protected]@rp-sg.in hoping that some immediate measures would be taken.

                    The question is that when we are authorized for adequate services from cesc by paying the requisite charges then why we are debarred from the services??? We had a firm belief that after our complaint it would be sorted out but even after repeated complaints the status remains the same.

                    Never thought that cesc would be so careless in their approach and provide such awful, horrible and worthless service even after so many reminders. And now that the electrical appliances have started malfunctioning due poor services, then who is going to pay for the damage???

                    Therefore its an earnest request to the consumer complaint forum to take a stand in this matter, so that this can have a permanent resolution.

                        This is a formal complaint against cesc for failing to resolve a common issue of regular loadshedding and voltage fluctuations in my area. Concerned area is rabindra sarani, durganagar kolkata 700065.

                            The resident of bhagwan mondal street in kamarhatti are tampering or directly hooking electricity poles during night to gain free electricity for using air conditioner. This may lead to higher bills of genuine buyers and the people who are genuinely paying their electricity bills. If this happens the electricity loading will affect and it may lead to higher rate of electricity rates.. Visit bhagwan mondal street in kamarhatti at night and cease everyone metre who are tampering electricity.

                                    I am a tent in the building on 35/3 shamsul hoda road kolkata 700017.
                                    I am tent of mr. Reajudin ahmed also know has rajan.
                                    They are involved in line theft. They have 3 flats in the building

                                    1. On the 4th floor, the 3rd falt from right hand side after climbing up the stairs. Lots of meter box are fixed above the flat wall. From which they change lines.

                                    2. On the 5th floor they have 2 flats. 2nd and 3rd after climbing the stairs. Which has ac fridge tv and every thing.

                                    I as a good citizen want to file a complain to stop electricity theft.
                                    I will be leaving soon plzzz discontinue their line as when u will see the line conjunction on the 4th floor above their house, u will be shocked. They run water pumps also.

                                      I am a tent in the building on 35/3 shamsul hoda road kolkata 700017.
                                      I am tent of mr. Reajudin ahmed also know has rajan.
                                      They are involved in line theft. They have 3 flats in the building

                                      1. On the 4th floor, the 3rd falt from right hand side after climbing up the stairs. Lots of meter box are fixed above the flat wall. From which they change lines.

                                      2. On the 5th floor they have 2 flats. 2nd and 3rd after climbing the stairs. Which has ac fridge tv and every thing.

                                      I as a good citizen want to file a complain to stop electricity theft.
                                      I will be leaving soon plzzz discontinue their line as when u will see the line conjunction on the 4th floor above their house, u will be shocked. They run water pumps also.

                                        For last few days voltage is very low. My ac is not running. Fans are not running. Lodged complaints several times over phone. But of no use. Every time complaints are taken and assurance given that the problem would be resolved within two hours. But no steps are taken. Last year ac compressor was damaged and had to replace and voltage stabilizer installed. Still the same problem. Pl take immediate step immediately.

                                        Received a reply that yr representative will attend my complaint within several days. This is unacceptable in these hot days.Pl attend immediately.
