I am receiving very high electricity bill from cesc kolkata.
We do not stay at home in the first part of the day. Now the meter reading sent on phone is 15, 000 units which is not possible.

I have a doubt in my mind that either electric metre is not working properly or someone is doing electric theft from our metre as we are unable to check what exactly happening because the metres are locked in a room. I suspect tampering...

In reply to my earlier complaint i was informed over phone that hence forth my meter reading status will be sent by mail. But in vain. Other flat owners have received sms on 16/04/2019 immediately after the meter reading, but not me. What is the problem? My mobile and email both are registered.

It is observed from my hdfc bank account that double payment has been made from my bank standing instructions & direct paid by me at cesc cash counter for rs.640/- at belur for february 2019 bill.in this situation i shall be glad if you kindly refund rs.640/- immediately.
