    Paid to cesc rs. 600/- on 17th June, 2019, time 09.53 pm through upi vide transaction Id.[protected] and Google Transaction No. CICAgKDquLvyXg from State Bank of India, Sodepur Branch.. The transaction was successful and amount debited from bank, but it is not showing in my cesc account till date. I talked with bank also and they said that the transaction was successful and approved.

      How ever the bill for April 19 Rs 570/- against 93 units consumed. A hike of 4 times has been observed for the preceding month.

          This month I.e May 2019 I received high electricity bill of amount 4910 rs for one ac which runs during night hours only. For the previous months the Bill's were approx amount 1400 to 1500 only.

          Cesc help lines are not working so unable to figure out the what is the resolution for the complaint docket 3199955. In complaint status the docket showing responded but no response has yet been received in either mail or in mobile.

                  From last couple of months, we are getting only 185V instead of 220V voltage, consequently our AC and other electric appliances are not functioning properly. We have cross verified the same 2 to 3 times by our Electric technician. We have paid extra for our AC line. Our neighbor are also facing same problems.

                    Few day before my neighbour also complained that someone has come from Cesc.But did not check meter and gone.And said I cannot wait until the gate opening.same happen with me on last month.What type of technician you send who misbehave or not visited and generate fake meter readings.

                          I have been receiving high electricity bill month on month. The latest bill of april amounts to rs. 2670 which is absurd as the consumption is normal without an ac. The bill for the month of march was rs. 1600. There are others in the apartment who are using ac but still their bill is much lesser than mine. I have been complaining for high bill for last 4 yrs but no response from cesc. Recently i have applied for ac installation on 18th may 2019. I am worried that my bill will be more absurd now. My current meter reading date as per your bill on 21/5/2019 shows 11251. Today is 3rd june — the meter reading shows 11512. That is 261 units in 13 days. How is it possible. Earlier i have also requested to check my metre once as i think either the electric meter is not working properly or something is wrong somewhere. If required pls change the meter. Thanks.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I have received a call from a Mobile No -- [protected] at 3.53 pm saying calling from CESC as I have complained regarding the Bill. Listening to the issue the gentlemen repeatedly says that I should the pay the bill online just now and the problem will be solved. The units will get reduced after I pay. After asking him how will this be done he started using slang words and disconnected the phone. when I am calling him back he is disconnecting the phone everytime.

                          I am surprised that CESC Kolkata is having such an executive who calls the customer and instead of solving the issue uses slang words.

                            I am a consumer (Consumer id: [protected]) of cesc limited, kolkata and i am very much astonished to see the electric bill of may, 2019.
                            The bill shows the total unit consumed 1054 of may, 2019 amounting to rs. 9890/-, whereas in april, 2019 it was 42 unit. It is totally ridiculous.
                            The bill shows on 22/04/19 (Previous meter reading date) meter reading was 11570 and on 22/05/19 (Present meter reading date) meter reading is 12624 but when i checked the meter reading yesterday evening, i. E on 01/06/19 it shows 11642. How is that possible!!!
                            I think the meter inspector not take right meter reading.
                            Due to excessive meter reading the bill of may, 2019 displays the net amount of rs. 9890/- which is beyond my paying capacity.
                            So, i request you to kindly look into the matter to not to pay the excess amount.

                                We are regular consumer of your company having belonging to the Puspa Kunja, 22H Kajipara Road, Behala, Parnashree, Kolkata-135 beg to inform you that there is frequent failure of electricity for hours in our area. We have been complaining it since long time but there is no result. It fails regularly in the evening hour. If at all it is supplied late at night, low voltage does not permit our fans and AC to operate. Low voltage is regular phenomenon. It puts us into great difficulties. Due to low voltage, all AC’s, Fans and lights are not able to function, and it causes troubles during these hot days. Due to low voltage costly electrical appliances may damage.

Cesc is the service provider for our area since so many long years. From last 15 days we are facing some serious voltage issue at midnight on regular basis. Every time i called to customer care for registering my issue, they have generated different different complaint registration number but they have not given any status of previous complaint registration number.

                                      Hi i am aritra ghosh consumer no - [[protected]]. Reside at 290/1 b. M. Saha road hindmotor hooghly

                                      Since last three years (Maybe more) we are facing problem of voltage fluctuation during summer.

                                      I personally logged multiple complains (Ex:docet no:[protected]) but everyday this problem is repeating. No body is taking care of this problem seriously.

                                      Due to this reason my desktop has got effected once and may be cesc is waiting for some more casualties.

                                      We paid cesc for setting electrical meter for running two air conditioners. But these summer days, we are not able to run them simultaneously (During night-27/5/2019). Whenever lodging complain, some cesc night shift person come and check the meter and give futile advices.

                                      I don't understand why cesc is not taking initiative to solve this problem and why not giving a permanent solution. We pay bill on time, every formalities we have done according to the rules and regulation laid down by cesc but when it comes to service it's really disappointing us
