      I have paid rs. 380/- against cesc on line bill on last due date, 06/02/2019. The amount has been debited to my bank account. But no transaction slip has been displayed in the system on line. As a result no print out could be taken for my record.

      I would request cesc to do the needful at the earliest.

        Meter board of 10 flats of Indraloke h estate 2 are dangerous ly hanging...may cause fire any time. Repair immediately. Near paikpara state garrage...consumer nno [protected]...m. no...[protected]
        It was complained earlier vide ref no [protected]. But no one cared to resolve it. Earlier also I have complained 3 times. For any fire accident cesc will be responsible.

          new meter connection for common usage

          I have have applied for a new meter for our common use such as common passage light, pump etc. On 01.02.2019. After inspection on 04.02.2019, i received a regret letter ref. No. 04/02803/19 dated 05.02.2019 from your end and the content of the said letter that my intend to obtain the benefit of lower charges. It is not possible to use personal meter for use of common purpose electric items in common passage.

          2 times bill payment is been made into cesc account consumer id-[protected] the amount was of rs.460 the recharge was done through google pay account the transaction id[protected] kindly help and revert the money as one payment got successful other is showing in processing the one which is pending that id is already been provided to you in upper text kindly check as money is been debited bt unable to reach u kindly revert to this email asap

            The on going project of cesc in golf green beside sohini apartment is causing too much trouble. The construction work continues till midnight (Almost 24 hrs). This continues sound of construction is hampering the sleeping structure of patients present in the locality. This sound is causing serious health issues. Would like to tell the authority to take a look over the matter.

              We usually get electricity bill of around 500rs but suddenly from november the bill started coming really high, 1230rs in november and 1500rs in december. It is absolutely not possible for such high bill to come at our place considering we are only two people living together and in winter season there's no use of fan or ac too. I have tried calling the cesc helpline numbers but it doesn't ring or anything. Help!

I am not getting any receipt or monthly consumption Bill in my registered email ID [protected]@rediffmail.com .Now I need three months consumption Bill for Visa purpose very urgent basis, I get only last month bill. So please do the needful.

                  But the recent bill for january issued by CESC states that previous bill is unpaid. please rectify the billing amount.Already lodged complaint thrugh CESC Website with docket no.-3191359

                  It seems the web site is being mismanaged!

                    Customer id [protected] - sharad cooperative housing soceity - whose mobile no/e-mail id not operated for different reasons, present secy deals with his own mobile no (Not e-mail) and like that aug/sept/oct/nov 18 elect bills were paid on line with no problem but for dec bill 1) paper bill not received, 2) knowing last date of payment is 1/2/2019, attempt was made to pay in similar manner, money was debited, cesc's website shows transaction but in position shown in web showing status it says ' receipt will be sent after real transaction by bank/agent" — bank shows debited then? Intermediate agent is at default creating tensions for us? We would not bother if we did not see complaints by customers of placing customer ar default and paying money loss!
                    Any way yr system assistant spoke to me from[protected] asking me to check if within 48 hours (I. E, by 3 pm om 31/1/2019 i get receipt. If not to contact!

                          My name is sandip sarkar and residing in nagerbazar p & t staff quarter at b-10 flat. I applied for a cesc new connection through online on 07/01/19 and my ref/no. Is 05/02379/19. A message came for the inspection on 09/01/19 in registered e-mail id but no man came for the inspection. After 2 days a registered letter came to me. According to the letter there is no provision for the meter board room/position was not accessible. But for your kind information i am staying in p&t staff qtr. And before me there were so many family spend their life in this quarter, then how this report came to me that there is no provision for the meter box.
                          So, my request you to kindly look into this matter and resolved the issue and provide me a new meter.

                              My bill no. 12186 has come for rs.5500/-. My bills have always been rs. 800-1200 and no more. This is outrageous and unfair. The user is a single user and physically disabled. I've paid this amount on 16/01/2019 because of due date approaching, could you please find the reason for this huge difference in the bill and take necessary steps to correct the situation asap.

                                Since the complaint i have lodged with you is not related to the billing as i know that you are raising your bills as per electric meter readings.
                                But, i have a complaint that the electric meter is consuming electric units without any load.. I switch off all my light and appliances in night 9 pm and when i see in the morning 3 to 4 units meter reading increased daily... I am using same appliances as i was using last year but my electricity billing is 50% in each month compare to last year billing of the same, month...
                                I uses - one led tv - 8 hrs
                                One led tubelight of 18 watt - 8 hrs
                                One fridge of 180 liter 5 star - 24 hrs
                                One geyser and one washing machine - 30 min

                                Then most of the above appliances is used in the day but the meter is consuming one unit in day time and at night without any load consuming 3 to 5 units.

                                Please arrange to check my electric meter..

                                I have also noticed that some of other electric meter of other flat owners in the same block who is residing continuously their electric meter consume only one unit in 3-4 days, but such common appliances like tv, fridge, led light and geyser is usable in day to day life

                                But our meter has consumed 15 units in 4 days without any additional usages.

                                Please check my electric meter condition immediately so that i may not be suffered more due to faulty electric meter.

                                  This is dipanjan saha,
                                  This meter for last few months, we are not using much, so very little consumption happening.
                                  Last time there was a mistake of reading and you sent me an bill of meter reading 2888 but originally my reading after couple of month (3 monhts approx) even the reading is 2453.

                                  As a proof i have attached the meter reading.

                                  I complained to the ballygaunge cesc office, and they asked me to pay the bill and they will be adjusted in the next month.

                                  I paid that additional bill but i didn't got any adjustment, even my bill every month keep coming green. They check every month my meter but they never adjusted my additional payment yet after 3 months.

                                  This month my bill came another rs. 2730. Which is never been used and i am attaching the meter reading photo with this email. And present reading showing *

                                  Please give me a fresh bill. This is unacceptable at all. Why you send me previous year bill, where as you could follow the last months average reading if we are not available in the house, which is almost no consumption at all..

                                    I apply an on line application for new meter on 24/11/2018. My reference no is --06/25250/18.I got message for infection on 27/11/2018.but till on 12/01/2019.there is no any infection is done from cesc.
                                    After expand of around 2 mnths there is no process start for new connections., kindly see this issue, is this a good service. So kindly see this issue, and resolved the issue and provide a new meter
