Hi,

My consumer number is [protected].
Our family lives in sukchar park, sodepur which comes under panihati area. Today from early morning 3.55 we are not having electric supply, when i had a call to the customer help desk they are telling me a # thing 'having fault' on the contradictory part my house does has the supply but the electric public just residing beside my house has the supply.
I'm not sure what the hell type of technical fault is this and moreover the person with whom i had a talk when i called the customer help had the attitude as such its my fault why did i call him. The person cannot explain me what's the technical fault as if we are totally illiterates sitting out at our homes and forced me to disconnect the call.

I thought of lodging a complain which i did, but not a percent sure any impact would be there or not

    I Shamima Ara, wants to complain agianst the excessive bill amout getting every month... My electricity is being theft by using my connection wire.. I have already compalint regarding this, but did not get any response.
    In the first month about Rs 250 was the bill.. but soon after that from second month I am getting bill of more than Rs1500.. This is definitly not possible.. plzz help me with it.. I cannot at all bear this loss...

    After installatoon of new meter..its readings are running at a very fast speed..may be there is some fault due to which its happening..pls send someone who can check it once.

        For days long we are suffering from the problem of dropping the voltage of the connection provided to me. I am a senior citizen with the disease of heart. As per Doctors advice I had to install the A.C. machine. Due to the dropping of voltage even at 106 volt the A.C. machine did not work. Neither the Fans rotate at the minimum speed to be functional.In this situation. I am appealing to you for immediate improvement of the situation.

          CESC Ltd are undertaking construction of a 10 storey building on Uday Sankar Sarani, Golf Green, Kolkata.

          During the construction 100s of labourers are staying in the site, where there is no sanitation facility causing an unhygenic condition for the neighbouring residents.

          Apart from that, they are pooluting the atmosphere by using diesel motors for piling work starting as early as 5 am in the morning & continuing till 10 pm in the evening.

            Hello, my customer ID [protected] and for the month of June, 2018 the bill amount is 1880. This is an abnormal amount that has been printed on the bill.

            So, I am requesting you to look into this matter ASAP.

            Our average monthly is 300/400 almost but this month (june2018) we got the bill amount is 900 approx, we are still using same as previous, please decrease the bill and try to do honestly with customer otherwise i lose the faith on you..do positive with me and take quickly action on my issues
            I do not receive the monthly electric bill in due time and so that I can't pay the bill within due date.Please make necessary arrangement so that i may receive the monthly electric bill at least 7 days before the due date.My consumer no. is [protected].Please make this as early as possible.

              Dear Sir,
              Kindly note that the Consumer No. : [protected] and Consumer No. : [protected], were in the name of my deceased Father Late Mr. Sudhir Kr. Ganguly and my Mother Late Mrs. Gita Rani Ganguly respectively.

              After their death, I applied for the cancellation of the above two consumers Nos. and converted both the meters in the name of my wife (Mrs. Sruty Chakraborty Ganguly) [Consumer No. : [protected]] and my name (Priyabrata Ganguly} [Consumer No. : [protected]].

              On receipt of the refund Cheques against cancellation, I find the same is in the name of my father Mr. Sudhir Kr. Ganguly and my Mother Mrs. Gita Rani Ganguly respectively.

              Due to their death, they do not have any live Bank Account/Accounts.
              In view of this you are requested to issue the fresh cheques in my name (Priyabrata Ganguly) in place of my Mother Mrs. Gita Rani Ganguly and my wife's name (Sruty Chakraborty) in place of my
              father Mr. Sudhir Kr. Ganguly.

              Also please let me know where to submit the cheques received in the name of my father Mr. Sudhir Kr. Ganguly and my Mother Mrs. Gita Rani Ganguly.

                  I, Debjani Chatterjee, consumer no [protected] paid Rs3500on 6/62018 A’s an advance against the electricity bill of May’18 as we were going away and the official bill had not come by then. However on 13th of July ‘18 we received the bill for June’18 for Rs760 along with a disconnection notice as there was no record of our Rs3500 payment. Kindly look into this matter and adjust the May bill of Rs3169 against the advance payment of Rs3500 on the 6th june’18 and withhold the disconnection notice at the earliest. We expect a prompt reply!

                    My electricity bill for the month of June, 2018 is excessively high(net amount Rs 1380/-)comparing to the previous months.Our usage is nominal and normal like previous months but the bill amount is showing high usage(225 units).Our present meter reading is 4901 but previous meter reading is not showing in the bill.I think there are some mistakes in meter reading or computation or some other part.This is impossible for us consuming such a high amount o[censored]nits(225 units)in a month.Please look into the matter immediately and solve the issue as soon as possible otherwise I've to take some other step for my problem.

                      Dear Sir,
                      My flat (BE-259, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064) was on rent upto April 10th 2018. I paid the bill of Rs/4750 for the month of April, 2018. Now, there is a bill dated 12/06/2018, I received amounting to Rs/8492 ( Rs 4211 for june 2018 and Rs, 4261 as outstanding bill for the month of May 2018) . Looks like CESC sent out the bill without checking the meter reading. This is a gross violation of CESC code of conduct. It creates a lot of confusion and hardship. How come a bill to that amount is generated when there is nobody living there from April 10th 2018?

                      I am living in U, S and its impossible for me to resolve this mess personally. I would urge you to send CESC personnel to the above mentioned address and send a new revised bill asap. I need my electricity back asap.

                        Complaint:
                        1. The excess payment should be adjusted in subsequent bill(s).
                        2. There should be foolproof mechanism to ensure that no double payment is possible and allowed by the system.

                          Hooking from street light Pole and using Heater water Pump Boring light fan Fridge etc and using electric free whole day and night, Residence no 47F Golam jilani Khan road Kolkata 700039 Theft land lord and tenants of this building no 47F they are stealing the electricity to supply the above mentioned loads. The hooking is done just in beside of the Electric pole of street light which is stand between of address 47/M and 47/F GJ Khan Road kol39.
                          but electricity stealing the people of 47/F.

                            On 9/6/2018, a new electric meter was installed. On 23/06/2018 meter reading was noted. The bill of June 2018 indicates the energy charge is 220 units of old meter as on 9/6/2018 and the new meter reading is 1. It’s surprise that the meter reading of new meter has not been included since 9/6/2018. Today meter reading is 424 units.
                            It means due to the mistake of CESC I shall be again scapegoat like May2018 where they have claimed 60units of back log. Therefore request you to rectify the anamoly.

                              In previous month CESC sent a small bill though no officer of you came to check the meter.Thus in this month the consumption unit and unit charges are in huge amount.And today we're facing freequent power cuts. Without providing proper services how can CESC take bills from us?

                                  I am a user of cese. I have a flat in the address of 19, aswini dutta nagar, govt. Colony no.1, post-hindmotor, p. S-uttarpara, dist.-hooghly, pin-712233. Developer gave me the flat position in the month of april.2018 with the charge of electric miter on the name of ranjit kumar thakur or ajit kumar thakur.                                     Your electricity bill for JUNE'18 under bill no. [protected] / 06186 dated 03/07/2018 for Rs.6920/- is totally wrong showing unit consumed 747 units.

                                    Whereas the actual unit consumed is 12 units only as taken meter reading 34091 on 09/07/2018 by me on this date after receiving your bill on 08/07/2018.

                                    Futher to your information, the flat is not in use for more than 2 months because of repairing & painting works, hence no electricity had been used accordingly.

                                    Now, I request you to change the bill of JUNE'18 from 747 units to 12 Units
                                    so that I will make the payment at once.

                                    Soliciting your kind co-operation and immediate action, please.

                                        I, Tanmaya Ghosh of 10/2 Motilal Gupta Road, Barisha, Kolkata having Consumer ID- [protected] is facing an unexpected bill of Rs 6500 which according to me should not be my bill amount under any circumstances. If you look at my previous bills, this bill amount it is highly unexpected and the reason is completely unknown to me though I have already paid by internet banking and reference number is SBI[protected] on 03/07/2018.
