Today 13 september, my building connection is lost near around 11pm. I tried to call cesc but their customised servers are busy all the time, even they gave docket number but still not a single person call back or came till now. Now time is 12:01am. Whole building have no electricity. Building number is 4/14, chanditala lane, landmark - agragami math, kolkata - 700040.

    inspite of soo many complaints, no action is taken. Docket no.[protected]copy attached)

    my consumer no. Is [protected] and customer id is : [protected].

    I doubt that there is some problem in the meter box. Please get it checked. I am shocked with the bill.

    This is to inform you that my bill for the month of july & august is very high.

    Bill for the month of july 2018 is rs.14090/-
    &
    bill for the month of august 2018 is rs.13490/- which is quite inappropriate.

    Please look into the matter on an urgent basis.

      Without using ac my bills comes near about 150. Using ac for 1 months my bill was 1800 fair enough but as i discontinued using ac for a month my bill came 750 next month also i did not used ac again bill came 550 again next month no ac bill came 300.. I observed they're looting customers i'm using only fan and light im getting bill of 750, 550 quite strange.. What kind of billing system are you using #

        This is to draw your immediate attention to resolve the issue of mcb distribution box of cesc is getting power off that reported on 24.08.2018 and 01.09.2018 to cesc. The power supply at my home was restored but the main issue was not resolved. It could happen again.

        The company must be careful in sending such messages whether it is true or not
        If any doubt the company may contact.

          Online payment done against electricity bill thru my debit card of p&sind bank to cesc but acknowledgement slip of payment not received and not even showing at cesc portal for payment done of electricity bill july18.in respect made another transaction done thru sbi which was successful and acknowledged by cesc. So my request to cesc pls returned back the said amt rs.1720.00 which was not acknowledged by cesc kolkataaiee

            To days few minutes ago I have been paid electric bill of Rs.320.00 against my customer id : [protected] through my SBI debit card accordingly the amount has been deducted from my SBI savings bank account. But transaction has not been confirmed. So, I can not take printout of transaction details / slip.

            Please look into the matter & do the needful.

              My bill for july 2018 has come with a notice of disconnection mentioning that i have failed to pay my last month due of rs. 2125.98. My consumer no is [protected], and customer id [protected]. But i had paid my bill online on 27.07.2018 amounting rs. 2920 through online using paytm gateway. Please check it from your side and confirm. I have my receipt saved with me. Please let me know.

              My consumer no is [protected] and customer id [protected]. My july bill has come to me with a notice of disconnection mentioning that i have failed to pay my bill of june 2018. But i have paid it on time, i. E. On 27.07.2018 through net banking using paytm gateway. The discounted amount paid was rs. 2920, when the bill amount was rs. 2125.98. I have my receipt saved with me. Please check and confirm at earliest. A copy of receipt is attached here.
              Please change the billing address of the Consumer no. [protected].

              Also I have been receiving high bills since a few months irrespective of low usage. Please review the boiling system and correct and adjust the billing amount.

                Respected sir,
                I am sri aloke chakraborty, one of the owner of the premisses a/162, baghajatin colony, regent estate, kolkata-92 handed over our property to a building promoting company to develop it as an apartment on 2015 and at that time i surrendered my existing cesc meter bearing consumer no [protected] ([protected] at past). After completing the work on 2017, when i applied for a new electric connection for my portion in the said apartment, cesc authority (South) cancelled my application saying that i already have an existing meter. I applied twice again by the name of nilanjana chakraborty (My wife) on 2017 bearing mr no. 01/12800/17, annexure a form no. [protected] and on 2018 bearing mr no. 01/11190/18, annexure a form no. [protected], which have also cancelled by cesc showing same reason. Till now i don't have any electricity in my flat and bound to stay at a rental house. I visited the district engineer (South) and the deputy manager, and they said me to proof my ownership of that flat, though i have shown them all my legal documents of address proof like my aadhaar card, voter card, bank passbook, kmc tax bill etc. I already spent a lot of money to stay outside of my own flat and exhorted to loosing my financial condition. I am a 52 years aged heart patient, had went through a major operation, can't bear such anxiety any more.
                We hope that you are kind enough to help us about this matter and will take necessary actions to solve the matter and help us to put a light in our house.

No.[protected] shown successful. Latest bill date is 11th aug'18 then why the previous paid bill amont levied into this bill bill. This is so much awful & unprofessional from cesc. Please note my complain as most serious issue.

                    Our billing customer id - [protected], customer name - chhaya manna, units consumed 295, meter reading 27.8.2018 amounted to rs.2088.31, address - 79 mahendra banerjee road, behala, kolkata - 700060, which is very much excess by 195 units. We have 4 tubelights, 1 fridge, 3 ceiling fans & 2 cfl lamp which are almost switched off for eight hours in 24 hours.

                    We were surprised to see the bill which normally comes to 800 to 1200 usually, would request to look into the matter for this excessive consumption o[censored]nits your co-operation regarding the matter will be highly appreciated.

                      It is observed that an amount of rs. 904.42/- has been added to my electric bill of july'18 as arrears b/f to make total payment of rs.1740/-. While the bill is being paid by me, it could not be understood why the arrears amount has been added. It is a matter of great concern to the customer why this type of bill is generated without clarifying the cause for which such bill is to be raised beyond the consumption of total units (126 units). Cause of generation of such bill to be clarified.

                          Cesc is constructing a 8 storied building-control centre on 18, uday sankar sarani, golf green adjacent to doordarshan kendra.

                          The contractors millineum construction have done an excellent job in keeping the local councillior, tapan dasgupta & the jadavpur police station pleased!!!

                          This has given the contractors & cesc all the right to allow their labourers to turn on full blast music at all hours and disturn the neighbouring residents.

                                I complained you of the problem of voltage dropping last month. Thereafter the problem was removed for few days. Again from last night it started and require your immediate attention. From 10.30 p. M. To 12.45 pm the problem reached such a climax that both the ac machine and fans were virtually stopped. I am a senior citizen and already suffered from brain stroke. The problem if persists may cost heavily to me and to my family, for which you will be held responsible which please note.
