    Hello,
    Myself dhiman adhikari, used online payment of electricity bill of myself (Customer id [protected] of cesc) and my father (Customer id [protected] of cesc) for the month of march. The respective amounts (Rs.1490/- and rs. 1760/-were instantly deducted but not credited for our electricity bill as cesc site is still showing payment not done for march.
    So, please look into the matter urgently and either clear the amount for cesc or refund to my account.
    This has never happened before.

      Dear concern,

      I jayanta kumar manna inform you that i am a resident of 41/a kona road 2nd bye lane, p. O. Santragachi, howrah -711104. I have applied for new domestic electric connection for my house on 22/02/2018. Bill no. 06/05726/18/5/1. Then your team inspected that area and gave me offer letter on 21/3/2018 for new connection. I have already paid the billing amount rs.18018/- on 03/04/2018. But till now pending to give me the connection for unknown reason. Nobody contact me for that case. Please inform me how many days i have to wait for new connection?

      We do not get any specific answer from help desk. I live in Dumdum area and there was electric supply issue for almost two hours. Called the help desk twice and every time they are busy saying the details of my self rather than the status of supply. Horrible. Do not spend any money on this kind of helpdesk which is of no use for customers.

        The mobile number mentioned in "customer details" in your site is not correct. At no point in time, i had such a number. Please advise me how i can have it corrected. This is possibly the simplest complaint you have ever received, but it is important for me to have it corrected. Until this has been corrected, i cannot make online payment of my bills. Please help.

          Respected sir/madam,
          I am staying in elliot lane, near location ghalib bar or st mary's church & school, in my locality where i have been staying there is been a huge power theft going on & we have already given the written complain to the cesc kolkata & also made phone complain but no one is there to listen our queries, our electric bill is coming so much around[protected] per month which is more then the double the actual amount, i am not using a/c or anything which consume so much amount of electricity, few months back there is been a short circuit just near my house cos of this power theft which resulted in over load & caught fire but still no action is been taken, people are just misusing electric & the cost of burden we are bearing, please send some special team for surprise visit & check & i am sure they will going to catch them, they are using mulla jaan memorial social welfare society main electric for power theft which is located in our locality.
          Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

              Hello,

              I have paid the Electricity amount of ₹420 on 10th of April through paytm but till now CESC is showing that the Electricity Bill for February 2018 is unpaid. Amount has been deducted from my account and I am attaching my transaction details and CESC Bill.

              I have mailed them 3 times but still there are no such responses from their end, and its been more than 9 days but still the amount does not credited to my Account.

              Please look forward to solve my issue immediately because its kind of harassing.

We have lodge complaint but unfortunately cesc failed to make any solution in the last 24 hrs... We r suffering a lot as because we r unable to get water in our house...                   A complaint was lodged for the subject line on 17/04/18 at 11am bearing docket no. [protected] from george telegraph training institute, 136 bepin behari ganguly street, kolkata -700012 (Having consumer no [protected].
                  The institute is running on generator from yesterday.
                  Exams are going on at this point of time.
                  Till today 18/04/18 no one has turned up from cesc to address the fault.

                  It is requested tom kindly look into the matter and take immediate necessary action through your concerned department.

                  Awaiting an urgent response from cesc to rectify the fault.

                  Two transformers of cesc are hosed in the above premises.

                    I'm a resident near christ church girls high school. There has been a power cut for a while now in this area. My customer id is [protected]. I'm facing quite a lot of difficulties at home, not to mention my family as well. My son has his exam going on and he's having trouble studying in this dark. As a result his preparation would get jeopardised severely. My sick mother has been facing the most difficulty among us all. She's aged around 80s and has serious health issues and we are having trouble dealing with it. Shortage of water would be a new issue in no time if the supply is not restored as quick as possible. So i earnestly appeal to you to kindly look into the matter and restore power asap because only your kind intervention can put an end to this problem.

                          On 11/04/18 made on line payment thro' axisgateway vide hdfc benk credit card at 12:16:46 hrs but tsas not recived while the amount is credited to cesc per bank details. 2nd time same day made on line payment thro' billdesk vide hdfc benk credit card at 12:59:32 hrs. Now tsas received.
                          So, double payment of rs 230/- made on 11/04/18. Pl. Refund rs. 230/-

                                My meter no. Is 3171329.
                                Last month's meter reading as taken on 19th feb 18 was 26373.
                                This month on 21st march was taken as per sms info. Though the meter reading sms didn't come.
                                The bill sms came two days back with huge bill amount. So i opened my duplicate bill on net and downloaded it. The meter reading was 26671 ie 298 units consumed which is absurd compared to my last few years consumption. No reason for this huge units in february as my home remains locked whole day from 1030 am to 6 pm.
                                So i took meter reading on 30th march and found it to be 26640. This proved that the personnel either didn't take reading or made an average. The photo of 30th reading attached as proof. I'll be waiting for your response. My bill due date is on 6th april 18.

                                Above is the complaint sent via mail to cesc three days back. No response has arrived. I am fearing this kind of wrong meter reading may happen again in future.

I paid my bill for january 2018 of rs 1030.00 using net banking, as usual, on 27.02.18, due date 28.02.18, payment gateway "bill desk". Bill desk re credited the amount to my account on 15.03.2018. On 16.03.2018 i again paid the bill amount of rs 1050.00 (Including penalty) using net banking, payment gate way bill desk. I am yet to receive payment receipt confirmation from your end. Meanwhile i have received demand notice from cesc of rs 2380.00 including previous unpaid threatening disconnection.
                                    Please refund the amount.

                                        Please note that the above-mentioned electric post is standing just in the entrance of my shop-room situate at 42 chandi ghosh road, regent park, kolkata 700040 and its overhead wires are passing over the roof of my shop which is a temporary construction made of corrugated tin and wooden structure. Actually the said electric post is leaning over my shop and it swings dangerously when there is a storm. Even electrical sparks from the above noted post falls over my shop causing heavy possibility of catching fire to my shop. I even apprehend that the post may any time fall over my shop-room if there is strong breeze which in that case ultimately cause irreparable loss to my life and property.

                                        I have brought the matter before your notice on different occasion and last time i had submitted a letter at your poddar court office on 21st august 2017, but, unfortunately no action has yet been taken from your end. Please note further that the said post is also causing adverse effect to the exposure of my shop resulting loss in my business.
