    I, Tanmaya Ghosh of 10/2 Motilal Gupta Road, Barisha, Kolkata having Consumer ID- [protected] is facing an unexpected bill of Rs 6500 which according to me should not be my bill amount under any circumstances. If you look at my previous bills, this bill amount it is highly unexpected and the reason is completely unknown to me though I have already paid by internet banking and reference number is SBI[protected] on 03/07/2018.

    Kindly look into the matter and help me out regarding this issue at the earliest.

      My Consumer ID is [protected] and the meter reading was scheduled on 5July 2018. But no one came and in the afternoon, I received an SMS with Units consumed as 502.
      I was shocked to see this unrealistic Unit and it is not acceptable from CESC Ltd. It's a big shame.
      If this is not rectified, I am going to take legal action.
      My Other Consumer ID is [protected], for which the same thing has happened.

        Excess amount of electricity bill has been charged for the month of June 2018, for my consumer number _[protected] name -sukla kar, even though I was not present in house for the entire month I was gone on vacation but the bill amount which earlier used to come within the limit of rs 170to rs200 came to be rupees 570 which is almost three times the electricity bill i used to pay earlier I had never expected that such a big mistake could be done by CeSc.i had already paid the amount .I need a refund.for the excess amount charged to me.

          But my billing address has been registered with CESE in which my flat number is as 4A.

          Attaching a copy of my property tax for evidence.
          Kindly do the needful.
          The meter reading as on 27/12/2017 was 45340, again on 25/1/2018 it was 44525, and on 22/6/2018 it was 46908.well I am unable to understand the reverse reading of the meter as on 25/1/2018. Please clarify the amount of Rs 8800 + for the month of June.

            Plot no 45 in jodhpur park has a 3 story house.
            Top floor: sunanda basu, age 84, nearly paralysed; customer no.[protected].
            First floor: jayanta kumar basu, customer no.[protected]. Indrani basu, age 76, completely paralysed stay here under nurses and helpers.
            Ground floor: ajoy kumar basu, cutomer no.[protected]; age 82, can walk with stick and tries to take care of the others.
            A 3-phase cable connects the 3 meters to the supply pole. But only one phase is working connecting all 3 meters.
            The grip switch and box are ancient, broken into parts and are assembled miraculously to provide one connection and evidently with no protection.
            I am scared and need your help.
            During rains, the meter room is flooded as the road in front has been raised by 3 to 4 feet and we are the silent victims of state atrocity.
            I hope that i have made my case clear.
            My request: please do the needful without any waste of time.
            Last week the connection failed; today again it stopped (Doc.[protected]).
            My plea is on humanitarian grounds. Two critically ill under care of a semi-invalid demand some consideration even from the most ruthless. And cesc is not that.

              Yesterday in the name of investagation few people has visited our premises and had taken our Meter without given any reason, our 4 business units is stopped because of this we are facing huge problem, request you to kindly llok into the matter on urgent basis. We have visited branch ofc in howrah n regional ofc in chowringee kolkata, but staff of CESE are not co operative. Wrost service ever had. We had been a consumer for last 32 years still is suffering from service issues.

                I paid my electricity bill through upi (Freecharge) on 24.06.2018. I got a message that my account has been debited towards electricity bill of Rs.1140 from POS-CESC dated 24.06.2018 at 12.55 P.M and since non-receipt of payment confirmation, I again tried go for payment this time my A/C also debited by same amount and I got the confirmation from CESC. So, my A/C debited doubly. I would request you to kindly reverse payment of Rs.1140 in request of double payment.

I was there at my place for four hours from 9:00-1:00 p. M. But no one had come to do the inspection. Being a working person it will be very difficult for me to just wait and waste time there.                           Hi I am very dissatisfied with the Cesc services very poor customer service, no phone response. Power cut off at night, it's already 1pm, no light, high bill, pathetic
                          Although, we are paying more money in one unit than West Bengal state electricity board, still we are facing voltage fluctuate for more than 15 days. It is impacting electric appliances like A.C, refrigerator etc.

                            My consumer number is [protected], a resident of p. N. Mitra lane, lp 50/7. I am facing very low voltage issue at my residence. It is not a single user problem, it is faced by other people in the locality too. Due to the voltage problem my home appliances are tripped down now and then. Even the tube lights are getting tripped. I have raised lots of docket, but permanent solution is not done. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                Complaint about not being able to use ac as instructed by cesc technical team visited on 12 th june. The power supply was restored temporarily and the team claimed to visit in 3 to 4 days time for the permanent solution. And since no one has visited.                                   Hi i am akash gupta & my consumer number is [protected]. For last few days there is a frequent disconnection in my area for electricity line, which comes after an hour. Yesterday it was near about 2 times in a day & when you try to contact customer care there line are always busy even at the morning 06:15am all the executive are busy. Seriously at the early morning they are busy. When the cesc charge per unit near about ₹8 then no body says anything & after giving huge money monthly charges such as ₹2800 or ₹1700 if we face these disconnection issue then who is responsible..                                       A new electric meter has been installed at my home on 09/06/2018, for installation of third ac after payment of your required charges.
                                      To my utter surprise i find your voltage supply is very low and strongly feel that something is wrong with your new meter reading. Even a single small fan running for 3 hours shows meter reading of one unit in the new electric meter but as a lay man we understand it is wrong.
                                      This is for your kind information and necessary action please.
