Power cut in our area from 11 pm and after several follow up with customer care till now no action taken. I have informed customer care executive that my grandfather is 86yrs old and he has to take medicine for high pressure and in this scenario his health condition get critical as temperature is very high today and it is very difficult to manage without electricity. My question is after so many explanations how much time it will take to get resloved? Please action immediately. Hope cesc people are not sleeping!!!

    This has become a regular trend of theirs not to provide us any electric supply at night and afternoon. Our child can't study for her exams. We suffer in this hot and humid weather conditions every single day. It has been going on for a week now. Is education not at all important to people in this country? Or are we meant to suffer like this everyday without any one to hear our complaints? Which is more important : serving the citizens who live in your mother land or yourself first??

          Respected sir/s,

          In reference to above captioned consumer number & id i would like register a complain regarding very high billing for the month of may 2018 amounting to rs 19420 with 2002 units consumption. I tried to contact you over phone for last 3 days but your phone numbers are not reachable.

          I regret that i am unable to make such huge payment and beyond doubt there might be some mistake either at the time of taking reading of the meter or processing the bill. My average consumption is between 200 -300 units. Never ever till date such huge consumption is recorded. Also this is to confirm that no new electronic equipment being installed at my residence in last 6 months. Request you once again to look into the matter and advice. I am ready to pay as per my average consumption immediately. Please note that due date of bill being 19.06.18. I also request you to get my lines / meter checked so that same is not repeated next month.

          Accord an early course of action from your end and also kindly advice my course of action.

Still cesc charging high amount of bill and for the month of may'18 bill raised for rs. 3120/-!!! I made payment of last bill of above 1000 rupees which resulted into rs. 476/- advance as per last record. Then how come the present bill raised of such hefty amount.                     Monthly bill is coming huge which is not at all right. Whereas, in same residence other bills are very less month after month. Customer id: [protected]. Last month unit came 304 and by any means it is not correct. Pls check meter may misutilisation or error from month after month. This is not one month affair but month after month. I pay regular bill but it's not at all acceptable.in same residence, bill unit are 86 and 35 respectively where my bill is 304 where not that much usage.                           I have paid my electricity bill on 15.4.2018. But this month i have received green bill and when i contacted your organisation they said that no bill has been paid against my customer id :[protected] after march 2018. Since i have paid the amount through net banking so i have also contacted the bank and they have told me that they resolved the issue with your organisation on 15 may. Now when i have talked to the customer executive of cesc they are telling me that no bill has been paid whereas the bank is always telling me that they have resolved the matter with you. Please tell me what i should do next.

                                The problem we are the victims of, is explained below in short:
                                1. Extreme low voltage.
                                2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.

                                    There are suspicious activities observer for quite some time in a private complex, we doubt that a private electrician called "sanjay" is operating under the promoters instructions to dry out electric readings from the residents of the area by rewiring theaters. This activities are particularly observed after cesc engineer visit for meter reading during off hours. Such activities were again observed 3 days ago in the following address.

                                    Further for your information, many of the flat owners in the society suspect that this person called Sanjay is carrying out these thefts under the protection & guidance of the previous land owners who has sold their land to a promoter to develop this complex and now themselves has many apartments in the said premises. They are stealing electricity from the meters of other flat owners who has bought apartments in J.K Gardens.

                                        An gross amount of rs. 18825.20 has been credited as interest on maintained security deposit for the financial year 2016-17 against said consumer No., after deducting TDS of Rs.3765.00. And Rs.15, 060.20 net interest credited against said consumer No. And it was reflected in your bill for the month of April'17, bill dated 06.05.17

                                        However, upon generation of form 26AS, we were not able to find credit for the said TDS deduction made by you.
