Meter box of my house has been jutted out from the wall and the condition of the meter box is not good.

This is my request to please replace the box and fix it on the wall slightly on the higher position than the existing position in order to avoid rain water sometimes spreading on the meter box.

        Sir,
        This is to draw to your kind notice that on 15 mar 2018 as i returned home i found my power supply of my flat disconnected. I was surprised because my dues were all clear and moreover i never got a call informing me about this disconnection. I was staying with my daughter alone at that time as my husband was out of india for some work. My daughter was having her final exam during that time. I called cesc helpline but they said nothing could be done till the next day. They also checked my payment status and found it clear. I didn't know what to do and felt sense of betrayal by the company. Having no option i took connection from my another flat next door. The cesc concerned people came next night to restore power.
        1. There were two persons. They gave me a call on my mobile to come to the meter area. It proved that they had my number. They were the same persons who had disconnected. My question was why couldn't they call me before disconnecting?? I could have told them about my payment status.
        2. As i went there they behaved very badly with me calling me thief for taking connection from my another flat. I explained but they threatened that they would complain to the office and would not restore power.
        3. To this i said that they had disconnected my power supply without informing and when i had cleared my dues on 7 march 2018.
        I would rather complain to the consumer forum for harrassment.
        4. They got up on a bike and told me to do whatever i want but they will not restore power and left my place.
        5. I was at the end of my wits. Whom to complain about their behaviour?
        I went to the regional office and requested them for my power restoration. The concerned was very rude as usual. It seemed i did a crime to ask him why was my line disconnected when my dues were clear. I couldn't even complain about the misbehaviour of those two persons.
        6. Suddenly he spoke over the phone and started shouting at me before a group of staff who had clustered around me and my daughter. He shouted saying that i had made a video of his inspectors and threatened them. I was too shocked at this false allegation. I protested to which he said that i believe my inspectors and not you. I found everybody looking at me as if i was the guilty one. This was harrassment big time.
        7. I had the number if the person who had come the previous day in my mobile. I called him. I asked him what was all this. He denied vehemently. He said that the officer must have got him wrong. He never said such things.
        8. A lady official came up to me saying that my power supply will be stored immediately. May be she understood the officer's mistake in putting false allegation.

        All said, i hereby request you to please look into this matter and punish the guilty for hurling insults at me and behaving extremely bad.
        Hoping for a prompt action. If i had an option of taking power supply from anywhere else, i would have done so. But alas i can't.

            At 9:15 500 share shorted and sl was 4 point and target was 8 point but when i am profit of 2 point i want to exited the order and then i am unable to sell it due to which 15000 loss happen . i immidiate call customer care but all line were busy due to which i was unable to understand what is happing with me.

            Beign a small trader i cant affort such loss .due to technical reason why i bear such loss. how zerodha will pay mei ??? plz suggest

              On 05/03/2018 kartick dutta applied for online name change in respect of cesc consumer no.[protected] and successfully uploaded the form no.8140318 and the related annexure a3. Thereafter he receceived the following sms from bh-cesclm, sent to his registered mobile no.in the evening of the same day :-
              "please arrange to settle the security deposit amount to enable us to effect the change in name against consumer number [protected]. The bill has been sent to your email address. You may also download the same from our website."

              On getting your above sms, he has been frantically searching for the bill in my e-mail inbox as well as in your website. Till now cesc has neither sent the bill to his email address nor uploaded the same in cesc website.

              Please take urgent remedial action.

Thereafter at 06:06:49 p. M. On the same day i receceived the following sms from bh-cesclm, sent to my registered mobile no. [protected]:-
                "please arrange to settle the security deposit amount to enable us to effect the change in name against consumer number [protected]*. The bill has been sent to your email address. You may also download the same from our website."
                [*the no. Was mistyped in place of the actual no., i. E., consumer no.[protected]]

                  Applied to cesc (Reference no. 04/03019/18). For a seperate connection in my name as two separate families are sharing a same common meter. Inspectors from cesc promptly visited the house and enquired for the reasons for seeking a separate connection in my name.in response to their queries it was clearly mentioned that two separate families with two different mindsets and purchasing power are using the same meter and the applicant is facing strong objections from the other family regarding using high end appliances. As a result the applicant is unable to install ac or buy other high end appliances. But a separate connection was denied by cesc on ground of splitting the load for reducing tariff charges. At present present both the families are using only 03 fans, 01 tv, 02 computer. The reason cited by cesc does not hold ground as if a separate connection was provided, then the applicant could use high end appliances generating more revenue for cesc.

                          Sir, i sayantan acharya, a needy medical student from ariadaha kolkata -700057, west bengal, have been the consumer of your reputed organization. The connection is in my mothers name, mrs sandhya acharya. We have only two rooms which have only two tube light connection along with a ceiling fan connection.in spite of that every month bill has been more than one thousand per month which is really harder for us to pay. We use very little. For example, for maximum time i go to college and hospital and do not use of my light and fan of my room. So we do not know how it could be...

                          For instance in this winter season where there is no question of fan, still bill has been amounting to rs 1140!!!
                          Under this circumstances, i earnestly request you to take appropriate step to check my all connections, lines and meters as soon as possible sir... I will be really grateful if you help us with this godly support

                              On 16.02.2018 while i tried to pay my electricity bill of rs. 2480.00 i got a message from my bank that a/c debited by rs. 2460.00 from pos-cesc. Since i did not get confirmation as to 'successful transaction ', i again tried to make payment of the same. But this time also debited my a/c from pos-cesc. So my a/c debited doubly one at 11.36 am and the other at 12.06 pm. I now request you to reverse my a/c by crediting rs. 2460.00 at the earliest.

                              On16.02.18 I tried to pay my electricity bill of Rs 2480.00 thro Card (Paytm) and my a/c debited of Rs. 2460.00 from POS-CESC. But payment confirmation not received. I tried again to pay the same. This time also debited my a/c of the same amount and payment confirmation recd. So double payment made thereof. I request to refund back one payment of Rs. 2460.00 thro Card (paytm) at the earliest.

                                I paid my electricity bill through Card (paytm) on 16.02.18. I got a message
                                that my account has been debited towards electricity bill of Rs.2460.00 from POS-CESC dated 16.02.2018 at 11.36 A.M. and since non-receipt of payment confirmation, I again tried go for payment. This time my a/c also debited by same amount and I got the confirmation from CESC. So my account debited doubly. I would request you to kindly reverse payment of Rs.2460.00 in respect of double payment.

                                      As i went to pay my bills today at moulali branch the lady wearing green sari start misbehaving with me. My total bill is 1120. I havnt change with me. So i pay1500 to her. Then she start arguing with me. She use bad language to my family. Just havnt 20 rs change she threatening me. No one can protest her. The incharge of the branch havnt stop her. Even mr. Incharge cant revel the name of the lady.
                                      Pls take some action against the lady.

                                        The ID is in my father's name, earlier my younger sister was operating the online payment.But since she is married and not staying with us i would like to change the email id, dob and mobile number, as i would be operating the online account.Kindly guide regarding this
