As i went to pay my bills today at moulali branch the lady wearing green sari start misbehaving with me. My total bill is 1120. I havnt change with me. So i pay1500 to her. Then she start arguing with me. She use bad language to my family. Just havnt 20 rs change she threatening me. No one can protest her. The incharge of the branch havnt stop her. Even mr. Incharge cant revel the name of the lady.
Pls take some action against the lady.

      Had been making cesc payments online, on one such transaction i had

      Processed a payment of rs. 320.00 at 11:33:48 hrs., towards cesc

      Customer id : [protected] but after putting my password like i keep doing

      For other transaction, the amount got deducted from my hdfc credit card,

      But cesc gave a prompt that due to some error in the server the transaction failed.

      Subsequently i had again tried to pay rs.320.00 through my hdfc cr card at 11:57:18 hrs. Towards

      Cesc customer id : [protected] and it was successful and i got a

      Confirmation from cesc along with the cesc payment receipt being

      Generated against the payment.

      Thus, i request you to kindly reverse the initial payment of rs.320.00 which

      Did not hit the cesc account but got deducted from my account.

      A line of confirmation from your end would be highly appreciated.

        This is to inform you 3 phase supply line which was originally underground for premise no 143/9/2shibpur road howrah 711102 at mandirtala was replaced by cesc 3 months back with temporary overhead lines without fixing bus bars with a metal cabinet. This can cause fatal accident while we work. Request take up immmediate action.

            Hi,
            My customer id is [protected]. From last few months i'm getting abrupt meter reading which is causing billing amount that suppose not to be.

            With respect to my customer id our electricity consumption is very less then also for last month my unit reading was 131. After continuous complaint my billing has came down for few months and again it started into this level.

            Please look into the matter and hope to get solution for this at the earliest.

                Please note that this has been a perpetual issues i am facing while doing online payment. I got the transaction done earlier and even today and apparently got a notification from the bank itself but on the cesc portal its showing system error which doing the payment.

                Request you to please look this matter up with high importance.

                    i miss soma guha daughter of late kamal kumar guha of 7, central park east, kolkata-700032, p.O - jadavpur university i can't adjust with my elder brother that is why i want to stay in a seperate room that i already staying since 8 years back. Right now he most of the time queirling with me and wants money from me. Already i am staying in my own room and right now immediately want a separate meter for me so that he can't say that i am using more electricity than him. I can't understand the exact way to request you to provide a new submeter(extra) mete just for me in the same building.                       I may refer to your officer letter no: sa-9/2/05/0481/170 dt. 22.04.2017. But due to some problem beyond my control, i could contact with your office almost 4/5 months back with a request to submit the related fund to my new address.in absence of any response from your end i placed my problem at the chatt room. The docket no: 717482 was provided to me as a ref. No; of my complaint. On 22.12.2017 i was advised through phone from your office that the related cheque was sent to my address, which could not be delivered due to my absence. However the cheque would again be sent to me immediately. But almost one month has elapsed since then the cheque has not been received by me as yet at my present address, already provided, for reasons best known to you.

                      I shall be thankful to you, if you kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to remit the cheque to my present address at an early date.

                          As i am shifting to a new location hence i've requested to shift my existing meter to my new location but cesc (Taratolla office) personnel discarded my request instead suggested me to apply for new connection and i've been done as per their norms. Today (05th january, 2018) they had inspected the location but before that they had sent me an offer vide ref. No. 02/02164/18/9/1 dated 05.01.2018 with payment deadline 05th april, 2018 for 4.00 kw (Dom) which is more than our requirement i. E. 2.00 kw (Dom). As per their above bill, it is highly impossible to pay such amount as we are unable to bare this expenditure. Cesc was cancelled our earlier request for 2.00 kw (Dom) without any written notice/intimation. The supply of electricity is necessary for us but we only need as per our requirement.

                            Further to my last complaint regarding forgery of my electricity connection, i want to bring to your kind notice that the problem has still not been resolved. I am dr mahitosh dalai. This is regarding an electricity connection in the name of my wife mrs suriti dalai, (Consumer id-[protected], customer id - [protected] l. P-494/25), a resident of howrah. I am wondering how and why i am not receiving any bill ever since. On logging with my credentials, i can see some prabhudyal sharma against my connection.

                            I cannot stop expressing my gratitude for the services that cesc has been offering for the past few years. The services have improved tremendously and there are very few load shedding/supply cut out cases now. But i am a little disappointed by the way i am a victimized by this issue of mine, my electricity connection has been discontinued without my consent and notice. I had brought this matter to cesc long time back, but without any solution up until this time.

                            Only after repeatedly failing, that i am addressing this to you. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. Please let us keep the trust on your ever expanding services. Rajdeep chanda, district engineer, south west and produced all necessary documents, i failed to understand the reason for non supply of electricity at my premise. Hence i like to get the electricity immediately as i am a poor widow and less privileged can not effort to visit your office again and again.

                                I'm ms. Kelly alixender as customer of cesc some days ago i have been complain on last november 2017 again your employee for cheking your service how are active to take action against employee. And my atm crad was lose in your office out side customer palace but i think my atm was lose after some days we issue other atm card
                                So thank but this is informing you that this type of blame is fully wrong which was written complain against your employee withought any proof which was given by me how to charge on your employee my amount was not widhdrwa and by me and compny presdure they are excepted by force due to i have take any other step of complain. But i'm surrender i'm very ashes for misscomplain against your employee
                                So i requested to you that pls forgive me and withdraw the complain and your employee is clean and i hope you give join to your employee as soon as possible withought any charge of compny standing order.
                                But dnt disturb me any one officer from cesc and you forgot me.
                                Note. If you are any action against on employee and i lession then have to go for any step against compny to safe your staff

                                For mistake I have been loncheched complaints against CESC employee at goriya hat cash office who's clean and my mistake which was loncheched a claim on there employee Claim as my atm card lose and my Many withdawl our account but it's done by my mistake and compny legal action against employee but I'm informing you that I surrender and no any cash withdrew my account but CESC finance department tack action withought any proof provoid by me as my amount withdraw so I requested to the management of cesc to join duty of your employee as soon as possible

                                  My customer id is [protected] in the name mrs. Ratna mallick. I have received my bill of nov17 for rs 1410/- showing consumption of 206 units, which is absurd because the flat is very rarely used during last two/ three months. On verification it appears that closing meter reading has been wrongly taken as 31759 instead of 31559 because present reading is still below 31600. Kindly issue a corrected bill as early as possible for making payment. Bill for rs 1410 will be remain unpaid till receipt of corrected bill.
                                  Kindly take necessary action under intimation to me.

                                    This is to inform you that, I Mr. Devjyoti Mondal, Customer ID : [protected], Consumer No. [protected] received Electric Bill on 28.12.2017 and my Bill amount is very high Rs. 3980/-. This Meter only use for domestic purpose and my last months (16/11/2017) Meter Reading was 921. After your bill received I also checked my Meter and Unit shows 947 (30/12/2017) but my Bill shows Total Unit used - 1382 which is absurd. This meter only using for AC purpose.
                                    So, I request to you kindly look in to this matter in regards to excessive Bill amount which is very big burden for me and resolve the matter as soon as possible so that I will be ever grateful to you.

                                      Hi sir,

                                      I have a cesc connection in my home.
                                      My customer id is [protected].
                                      Customer name is md asfak and address is 31/4 topsia 2nd lane kolkata 700039.
                                      There is blast happen in our meter room in august all meters are closed so our land lord complaint this issue to cesc then they said to change the meter room place.
                                      Cesc was billed every months.
                                      I have already complaint my self on 3 november 2017 to stop billing.
                                      I received a message from cesc "dear consumer, (Consumer number - [protected]) your complaint vide docket no[protected] is being attended and we shall inform you of our actions shortly. Regards."
                                      I have already paid for 403 units.
                                      Last week on 19 december 2017 when my meter was on. I saw that i used only 178 units.

                                      Please look into the case and resolve my problem.
