Dear madam/sir,
Further to my last complaint regarding forgery of my electricity connection, i want to bring to your kind notice that the problem has still not been resolved. I am dr mahitosh dalai. This is regarding an electricity connection in the name of my wife mrs suriti dalai, (Consumer id-[protected], customer id - [protected] l. P-494/25), a resident of howrah. I am wondering how and why i am not receiving any bill ever since. On logging with my credentials, i can see some prabhudyal sharma against my connection.
I cannot stop expressing my gratitude for the services that cesc has been offering for the past few years. The services have improved tremendously and there are very few load shedding/supply cut out cases now. But i am a little disappointed by the way i am a victimized by this issue of mine, my electricity connection has been discontinued without my consent and notice. I had brought this matter to cesc long time back, but without any solution up until this time.
Only after repeatedly failing, that i am addressing this to you. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. Please let us keep the trust on your ever expanding services. Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The ID is in my father's name, earlier my younger sister was operating the online payment.But since she is married and not staying with us i would like to change the email id, dob and mobile number, as i would be operating the online account.Kindly guide regarding this
