Dear madam/sir,
Further to my last complaint regarding forgery of my electricity connection, i want to bring to your kind notice that the problem has still not been resolved. I am dr mahitosh dalai. This is regarding an electricity connection in the name of my wife mrs suriti dalai, (Consumer id-[protected], customer id - [protected] l. P-494/25), a resident of howrah. I am wondering how and why i am not receiving any bill ever since. On logging with my credentials, i can see some prabhudyal sharma against my connection.
I cannot stop expressing my gratitude for the services that cesc has been offering for the past few years. The services have improved tremendously and there are very few load shedding/supply cut out cases now. But i am a little disappointed by the way i am a victimized by this issue of mine, my electricity connection has been discontinued without my consent and notice. I had brought this matter to cesc long time back, but without any solution up until this time.
Only after repeatedly failing, that i am addressing this to you. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. Please let us keep the trust on your ever expanding services.
