On 20.7.2015 morning I paid online my CESC bill of amount Rs. 5440, (CESC customer ID: [protected], Customer name: Sri Sunil Mukherjee, address: 45/4B, Manujendra Dutta Road, Kolkata-28) via Billdesk using SBI internet banking. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but unfortunately CESC has not received the money yet. As informed by bank, the transaction Ref No. is IGOAJOMAJ7 for Rs. 5440 on 20/07/2015, 12:00:02 hours.
Kindly let me know the status of the payment as early as possible and do the needfull. The last date of my bill payment is 28/7/2015.
