Dear Sir, While I tried to pay my energy Bill for Feb' 15, on line, using my Credit Card, first time the transaction was unsuccessful . But the Amount Rs. 1287.12, for Energy bill Amount Rs. 1270. 00 of Feb'15.was duly deducted. As such I had to pay the said Amount again to complete the transaction. excessive billing

Harassment for new connection

Minimum bill

My main meter runs even after when the main switch is switched off just because of this i have to pay greater amount compare to others as my meter has a problem. Therefore I would like to call a person from CESC LIMITED to change my meter as soon as possible....
