Dear Sir, While I tried to pay my energy Bill for Feb' 15, on line, using my Credit Card, first time the transaction was unsuccessful . But the Amount Rs. 1287.12, for Energy bill Amount Rs. 1270. 00 of Feb'15.was duly deducted. As such I had to pay the said Amount again to complete the transaction.
