Receving bill on an average basis since may/june 2014.Met the officer, said it will be adjustedcbut not done in june, i have paid the dues my consumer no;[protected] also not receving sms alerts of my bill and not getting bill copy on my mail.My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no;[protected].So please send me the soft copy of bill on my mail and the sms alerts on my phone.Hope you will do the adjustment of the amount taken excess inthe next bill.'than you.Please do the needful immediately.

      Dear Sir, I am Sandip Dasgupta h/o Archana Dasgupta of consumer no: [protected] and customer Id: [protected] do hereby inform you that no amount against unit consumption charged on the bills of June-2014 & July-2014 except some charges towards Fixed/Demand charges, Meter Rent and Adjustment. You are requested to intimate the reason of such billing continued for last 2-months and also to resolve the matter to issue bill mentioning the proper Consumption charges as it will never be possible to pay number of months bill on single payment.         Dear sir,
        This is to bring to your kind notice i that this consumer no. [protected] of cesc would like to inform you about your billing amount amd read units which are automatically and incerising gradually for last two months. No power consumableeqipment being added to my house and usage are normal as before, but why there is so much difference of the meterreading ? In this year i have not used the extra equipments than the last year in the same month but the billed amount is more than double in june, july 2014 for the same months of the last year were half. How is it possible i complain about this mater to the resonal officer shyambazar verbaly but the officer have not taken any step till now.I hope you will look after these mater and take the necessary action as early as possible for overcoming the consumer harrassment.

          Sir

          I sri kajal kumar ghosh have a plot which is occupied by tenant who is not gives rent more than 10 years.

          Now the place is under 144.

          I have informed cesc howrah that the tenant could not take electricity connection from cesc.

          Inspite of that inspection for new connection has taken place from end of cesc on 13/08/2014

          This is very strange. I am sending the lawyears letter for the same issue.

          Any new connection in that very place without my concent will be illegal.

          Please look into the matter & oblige

            Dear sir, My Consumer number is [protected], in the name of "SUMON DEBNATH" would like to state that my electricty bill for the month of June 2014 is Rs. 1430 and July 2014 is Rs. 840 which is much higher compared with my previous bills which comes in the range of Rs.500 to 600, as you can check in my previous bills but I am astonished to see the bills of June and July, though the consumption is same.I have deposited the said amounts, but I request you to kindly look into the matter seriosly and adjust the amount in my next bills.

              My consumer no is [protected], customer id [protected], meter no 3972743. On 13/08there was spark and meter was burnt. Yr breakdown no was contacted several times & docket no [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected] was issued with assurance that it would be resolved within 2hrs. However after 3 hrs the repair team arrived and declared that the meter was burnt n need replacement & for that we have to deposit the amount in CESC office & then only it would be restored. We requested Mr. Subhendu to get it done n were ready to pay in cash or amount to be included in the next bill but he was very rude n talked harshly. Pl note that in the same building we hace 5 flats n bills are always paid in time and amounts are reasonably high too. We do expect service n cooperation from CESC in return. We are without electricity since y'day evening. Is this how your organisation works? Also persons like Subhendu should be a bit polite while talking with customers.                 Dear Sir, My Consumer number is -[protected] and my meter no is - 2521718.The bill is in the name of "HEM BASU". Please note that the electricity bill for the month of JULY 2014 is showing Rs.2470.00(Two thousand four hundred and seventy) . It is very astonishing that it is not showing from last month that how much is the meter reading . The previous months meter reading column is not showing any digit.so how come you are charging for the unit of 380. and the amount is showing Rs 2470.00. In the contrary when I checked the last months (Bill of June 2014 ) bill, again the present meter column is not showing any digit. I need an explanation that how come so much amount of bill is coming whereas I have a single Phase and do not have an AC also but still the electricity bill amount is exorbitantly high .                   I was shocked to see my june'14 and july '14 month's bill which were Rs 1320 and Rs 1550 respectively.The amount
                  is too excessive compared with previous bills though the consumption is the same and no power consumable equipment being added to my house and usages are normal as before.This reflects a very casual attitude for Cesc towards customer which is absolutely unacceptable. I have already paid such high amount with the reason that
                  1) Cesc will immediately reply to me informing proper action taken to reduce/adjust with the june'14 and july '14 month's bill.

                  2) You are requested to intimate the reason of such billing continued for the last 2-months.

                  2)Send an e-mail..Kindly look into the matter seriously and adjust the amount in the next bills.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam, The above Consumer No [protected] is in name of J.S.Taragi ESQ, 200/G, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Road, 1st Floor West, Kolkata -700026. I would like to bring to your notice the following for redressal- (1) Mr J.S.Taragi has expired many years back. The necessary documents were submitted twice at Mandeville Gardens Office for change in name along with Xerox of Death Certificate. The same has not been done till date. Kindly let know how the same can be done Online. (2) I am not getting Hard Copies ( Physical ) of my CESC Bills though bills are paid timely by me through ECS. Kindly provide soft copies of my CESC Bills from January'14 onwards in my mail id [protected]@gmail.com or enlighten me how to download the same.                                 sir, with reference to consumer no.[protected], like to state that my bill for the month of june'14-Rs.2100 &april'14 -1170 which is too exessive compared with privous bills which were ranging from Rs.550 to680, but i am astonished to see the bills of june &april, though the consumstion is same.I have deposited the said amonts, kindely look into the matter seriosly and adjust the amont in the next bills, my meter is out of premiese, done by your people but it is not safe .There is theft of elecricity from the metre box fixed to poll no.35/4, 35/3 and other boxes in our locality, kindly enquire in to the matter and take strigent steps to prevent the theft.

                                  I was shocked to see my june'14 bill...It was 16, 653/- where as for last 2 mths bills were 0 & 258/-
                                  This is something so stupid & reflects a very casual attitude for cesc towards customer which is absolutely unacceptable. I have already paid such high amt. With the hope that
                                  1) cesc will immediately reply to me informing proper action taken to reduce/adjust with the july'14 bill.
                                  2)ensure proper meter reading in every moth & sms the probable date of meter reading in advance to counter check at my end.
                                  3)send e-bill to my registered e-mail address ev. Mth...Asish.K.[protected]@gmail.com

                                  But i am sorry to say that except a formal acceptance mail dt 06/08, i did not receive any communication, neither thru' ph.-[protected] or e-mail...Can i get any response now ?.

                                      I am having consumer no.[protected] in name of M/s Shree Wire Products at 14/A surja Sen Road Kolkata 35.
                                      An amount of Rs. 2217/- has been deducted as TDS on Interest payable on Security Deposit maintained with yourself vide your bill for the month of April 2014.
                                      However, upon generation of Form 26A, we were not able to find credit for the said TDS deduction made by you.
                                      We would like to inform you that our PAN No. is ACWPJ5317R.
                                      We request you to kindly update our records with you regarding our PAN details. Also please arrange to issue Form 16 for the financial year 2013-14 towards the deduction of the TDS against Interest payable on Security deposit held as pe r your bill for the month of April 2014.
                                      This may be treated as most urgent as the last date for filing of Income Tax return has already lapsed.
                                      Also note that a formal letter has already been submitted to your office at CESC House on 5th Aug.2014

                                        My consumer number is [protected]. It is rather unfortunate to see that the complain which i had lodged at 7.18 pm on 08/08/2014 is being attended at 00.30 am on 09/08/2014. On query to the field supervisor of fault repair team got reply that they were unable to attend earlier due to raining.This sort of service is not at all expected from CESC. I t is also to be noted that we are facing such power disruption more frequently which you can review from your complain Log book( if record keeping system is there). Every time we are getting reply from the call centre that Cable fault has occured. Please take necessary measures to rectify the ever running problem in our area. The recurrence of delayed redressal of complaints will not be entertained further.Please give a reply otherwise i will go to consumer court for the inconvenience.
