Sir, we live outside Kolkata and average billing being paid regularly since long.A few meters are also maintained in main off condition.
We are now available at the address : 130/1, Pratapgarh, Kolkata 75.

Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was shocked to see my june'14 and july '14 month's bill which were Rs 1320 and Rs 1550 respectively.The amount
is too excessive compared with previous bills though the consumption is the same and no power consumable equipment being added to my house and usages are normal as before.This reflects a very casual attitude for Cesc towards customer which is absolutely unacceptable. I have already paid such high amount with the reason that
1) Cesc will immediately reply to me informing proper action taken to reduce/adjust with the june'14 and july '14 month's bill.
2) You are requested to intimate the reason of such billing continued for the last 2-months.
2)Send an e-mail..Kindly look into the matter seriously and adjust the amount in the next bills.
