Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Voltage fluctuation causing damage my household gadgets.

On 29.05.16 night there was tremendous voltage flactuations of power supply in our building causing damage to electric/ electronic gadgets. I being an electrical engineer could switch off major equiments but my portable hand phone was totally damaged. Since this is due to erratic cesc supply i demand a compensation to replace the set which will cost me around rs.4000. Please confirm per return.
