It's more than 4 days and i didn't get my balance back.

I have done an imps on[protected] and i got the message as below.

Your fund transfer for rs.8000.00 on 20-06-18 is timed out. Please check with
Your bank.

When i spoke to customer care, they told me that the money will be reversed in 72 hours and in case it doesn't then drop an email to [protected]@canarabank.com. I didn't get the money back in 72 hours, however when i dropped an email to [protected]@canarabank.com, they didn't even replied to that email.

    It and devloper team i am customer of canara bank from long time. I am using can mobile and enfobook daily but i am not happy with einfobook because something wrong with the app
    In this app if we log out from the application after log out if we login again in the app it is direct login without password. So my suggestion to it and developer team please update app with password for login.

      I ordered a pair of shoes from amazon on 13 of june and i got my parcel on 16th of june. The size was not appropriate so i filed a return. On 18th of june they took back my parcel and on 19th of june a refund of rupees 711 rs was transferred to my bank from amazon. And the time taken for the process was 3-5 business days which is over till today[protected]. I call on amazon's customer service they told me that from their end the rufund has been done successfully. I called to my bank customer service and they told me that there was not any transaction done on 19 of june from amazon. Then again i call to amazon's customer service and they told me that it's 100% sure that they have done refund of rupees 711 rs and they gave me a refund reference number which is-586638.
      Bank is denying to return my money after telling them this transaction number too.
      I dont know who doing fraud with me, is it the bank or the amazon.
      I am a student and the money matters a lot for me. I can't leave my money like this. Please help.

        I purchased a product on amazon on 23 oct 2017 using my canara bank debit card but receive the wrong product and i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 7 nov 2017 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332747294729311629819. Please check and confirm the status.

          Its been more than a month i am visiting the branch and trying to meet the manager
          But neither a single time i found a manager on his chair. Whenever i asked the staff they say he went to meet the client. Many a times i visited the bank early morning he is never available in the morning neither in the afternoon nor after the lunch. I dont know to which client he go and meet but to inform we are also client who will solve our issues. So i kindly request you to please help me out and make the manager available to us and their are many other people suffuring from the same issue.

              I take education loan of 160000 rs from canara bank dhanpatganj sultanpur on 17 july 2014. Only 1824 rs of loan interest reimbursed and remaining amount of loan interest did not reimbursed yet.

                Hi sir/ mam, this is balasubramanian, research scholar at anna university, bit campus, trichirapalli. I want post-complaint on cashier of canara bank at my university (Ifsc code cnrb0008456.). Today (26/06/2018) i deposit 10000 rs to my account using automatic machine, it near at cashier place. The machine was rejected one hundred rupee note. I have only new 200 rs note, so, i asked to near cashier, sir plz give change for this note for deposit. He told me, i won't change this note, so go away. Two three time i ask this issue, bt he scolded me. That time i suffered from his word. It's not the first time for me, most of the time i met this same incident due to his used very bad words. Also, he always taken nearly 20 minutes for each person to proceed money deposition or withdraw money. Now i going to ask his name for posting online complaints. He didn't tell his name and scolded me. So plz take action on him. Otherwise, i ready to complain to consumer court.

                  I have booked flight ticket on 16th of march from paytm and paid rs 6293 from my account. After somedays i cancelled the ticket but the money which they refunded after cancellation hasn't credited in my account yet.

                      I have net banking login issue on my mother saving account. They told write a letter and submit. We will fix this issue in 48hrs. After one week I went canara bank branch they lost my letter and they asking me to write again the same for solve this net banking issue.
                      Sir, I have filled the form 15H in the first week of April And at time of making the FD for my only 2 fixed deposits one was mature in the month of jan.18 the bank has debited the TDS.
                      please debited the TDS to my accoint no xxxxxxx566 in the name of manju gera. I will be very thank full to you.

                        Many time i tried for my money back so i inform to you, this is iqbal ahmed i having savings account in your branch bearing the account number is[protected] in south ex branch. I am try to withdraw a amount of rs.10000/- through my atm card on 07/04/2018 at canra bank machine (Pahadganj branch) but unfortunately the amount not disbursed but that amount was debited in my account. Aftr 3 days i go to my home branch they saidcome aftr 10 days. Whn i go aftr 10 days again give me date aftr 1 month and give me case id no.                           I have ordered a JBL from Amazon buy using my cash but that product is not compatible therefore i ask for refund from Amazon and they told me that your refund processed from our side. But refund is not credited in my account.

                          The refund Amount Rs.799/-has been successfully processed on 12 June 2018 as per there message and the authorization code (Refund reference number #[protected] given by Amazon.

                          Now they told me to ask to your bank.

                          Please do necessary Action to get my refund back!

                          It is not good sobibreturned this. And the product amount Rs.799/-is refund by amazon in my account 12june 2018. But amount is not transfered in my accout.
                          The amazon give me a reference no.[protected] and say contact your bank.
                          Please sir transfered the amount do it ur possible fst.

                              Me and my wife Murti Garg were having a joint SB acct in sec 16 Rohini Delhi 89 .(br code 2702).The name of my wife was deleted in 2015. and all the FDs available with us were encashed.But in AS 26 of canara bank still interest income of Rs 37584 has been shown for 2016-17 and and approximately similar amount for17-18 and TDS of Rs 3758 has been deducted for each of these two yearsHowever no income is credited to our account..It shows that there are still some FDs in the name of my wife available with the bank.IT deptt has sent me notice for not including theses income in my income being legal heir which I am unable to reply in the absence of tracing thses FDs by bank.I have visited branch several times and written many letters but to no reply.Pl help to trace the source of interest and to which account this income is being credited.Thanks Bhagat Ram Garg.

                                On june 29, 2018 the branch atm was not functioning. I urgently needed rs. 2000/-. I requested to the concern officer of the branch (Perhaps his name is mr. Nityanand) for issuing withdrawal slip. After all the inquiries he refused to provide the same while i was ready to produce my office id card, pan and aadhar but he refused very badly.
                                It is important to mention, my a/c. Is salary account and it is more than 20yrs old. Just i want to know:
                                I) whether the incidence is as per rule of bank??
                                Ii) in which conditions bank issued withdrawal slips??
                                Iii) the problem faced by me, who will be responsible for that??

                                  Hi.

                                  I have been subject to extreme misbehaviour by canara bank gariahat branch manager today june 21, 2018.
                                  Earlier in the day, i had visited the bank with my father to transfer my account from their n. S. Road branch to their gariahat branch which is closer to my house. There were two procedures which had to be carried out for this,

                                  1. Transferring the account
                                  2. Opening a new account with the new bank.

                                  The first process was handled by the branch manager himself and was done very quickly and diligently and i quite appreciate the effort he put into it.
                                  When i went to open the new account with another manager, she completely ignored me. And this happened three times.
                                  During that time my father was sitting in the branch managers cabin where he was being explained about some policy. I went to him (My father) and mentioned that i have been following the lady to open the bank account and she is not even replying to me, and i felt it was too rude. The bank manager sitting in front happened to hear it and became furious about it and almost lost his temper at me and started humiliating me and talking to me in a very abusive manner in front of few of his employees. I believe this is not a way to behave with a woman and mostly a customer of the bank.
                                  As the manager told us, apparently, the lady was worried about some air conditioning problem and hence she was not attending to me and running away without even answering or excusing herself from me, and since they did the transfer of my account from one bank to another asap, i should not complain about their customer service behaviour, because they did their job right.
                                  Just because you did one job right does not mean you can abuse your customers. My complaint, which was not even a complaint and just a talk between myself and my father were not about them transferring my account from one bank to another, i have already appreciated that both in this mail and in front of the bank manager several times. My complaint was about the bank staff not being able to handle their clients respectfully and this was blown out of proportion by the bank manager is the most abusive way. She could have at least excused herself to me and it would be ok, even then i was fine with it as it was a trivial issue, though personally i feel responding to a client or excusing yourself if there is an urgent problem is a right way to behave. Its client and human courtesy.
                                  The bank manager continuously kept bringing this topic up until he started to talk in a high tone which later grew to screaming at me in an abusive way about why i complained about this lady when she was busy fixing the air conditioning and when they had already transferred my account so smoothly i do not have any right to say that there is any lack of customer handling.
                                  I repeatedly told him i appreciate his work but this i felt was rude and i brought it up with my father and not even you, and a customer has every right to bring a point up if they things it was not right. He went on harping on it, screaming and misbehaving. Being a woman visiting this bank with my 73 years old father, i was too scared by his behaviour. I and my father literally started to tremble because of his misdemeanour and did not know what to do then than to leave the premises as his fury was just too much to handle.
                                  I do not think he is suitable to be a bank manager if this is how he treats his customers. He has literally harassed a woman by his words and a senior citizen today, which i'm sure is against a lot of laws in india, and it is quite disheartening to see a man like this to occupy such a chair.
                                  I have a lot of my and my families money stuck in this bank and we are very scared to go back because we do not know how he might treat us next.
                                  I would earnestly request someone to help us out with this problem, and help us take all our savings out of this bank and transfer it to our other bank where we at least feel safer physically.
                                  I really hope it can be dealt with in the best fashion, and someone would help us to get all out money out of this bank as soon as possible because we cannot think of being able to maintain any future relationship with canara bank.

                                  I am really looking for some help.

                                    I made a refund statement from amazon under the authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) 8.16316E+11. I was supposed to receive an amount of Rs.429 by 6/18/2018 but it is not reflecting in my account still.I made cancellation on 6/12/2018 . It seems Amazon has successfully processed the refund from their part and when i got in contact with the bank they said they dont have records of the refund reference number.Please look into to it and revert as soon as possible.I kindly request for the refund.
