Hi sir/ mam, this is balasubramanian, research scholar at anna university, bit campus, trichirapalli. I want post-complaint on cashier of canara bank at my university (Ifsc code cnrb0008456.). Today (26/06/2018) i deposit 10000 rs to my account using automatic machine, it near at cashier place. The machine was rejected one hundred rupee note. I have only new 200 rs note, so, i asked to near cashier, sir plz give change for this note for deposit. He told me, i won't change this note, so go away. Two three time i ask this issue, bt he scolded me. That time i suffered from his word. It's not the first time for me, most of the time i met this same incident due to his used very bad words. Also, he always taken nearly 20 minutes for each person to proceed money deposition or withdraw money. Now i going to ask his name for posting online complaints. He didn't tell his name and scolded me. So plz take action on him. Otherwise, i ready to complain to consumer court.
