Canara Bank — issue on withdrawal money | |||
My grand mother is a canara bank account holder at koduvilapatti branch in theni district. She tried to get 10000 rupees on 05.07.2018 in the indian overseas bank atm at usilampatti (Madurai district), but the amount was not received by her, but it was deduced from the account balanced. She had given complaint about this issues to the appropriate canara bank bank manager yet she is not received the amount till today (02.12.2018). Please retrive the amount to her. Hi on Sunday I had debited my card from ATM but amount did not come it showed transaction did not process but from my transaction it has been debited so pls reensure the amount 3000. I have called customer care they have told to lodge a complaint. Pls do refund the money . Give me a feedback as soon as possible.
