Respected sir / madame,

As we all know that canara bank had a renewal of the debit recently. I went to the bank and filled my form and tried to submit to one of the executive (Gaurav roy) and he watched my form and replied that my signatures are not proper and i won't get the card. (Won't) i said, "you can show me the sign as it is my own account and i will try to sign as it is showing", and he said in a rude manner that i won't get to see it. I must fill signature changing form.
I said "i don use to come to the bank, i do my work mostly from internet banking or phone banking. I just have to renew my card and i am done. And suddenly the assistant manager started shouting from behind that" what am i doing "? I started telling him that his executive was not behaving nice and then the assistant manager started to shout on me saying" you don have to speak in english just bec you know english "now here, i started speaking english because they think that all the people who go there to get their work done are stupids and these authorised people behave to them like they are favouring them without being paid. And then the assistant manager said to the executive to get rid of me and told him to give my details to him.. I said" do what you can do "

After that, i changed my sign in the form and it was accepted by that executive and
Then he granted me the card. And then i went home..

After one day, i went back to the bank as my card was not working, they committed 24 hours however it takes 2 working days. (Wrong information)
As i went there, i went to the same guy (Gaurav roy) who gave me the card and he turned rude again, he told me to go to another executive who does that work, so i told him that don be rude with me and he was rude again and then the manager (Lalita shanbaugh) started shouting on me from far away from her cabin, everyone was watching as she was shouting on me. I tried to calm her down because i thought maybe she will help after knowing the situation but no, she didn't stop. She was like" hum log ko shok ni hai yaha par aane ka, mere ko maloom hai k hamare executives koi rudely baat ni karta "and she also said," tum jaise log roz roz aa jaate hai time pass karne, aur yaha aake humara time waste karte hai.

After listening to all this ridiculous talk from the manager i felt very bad and i just thought to terminate my account from canara bank. Sometimes i think that this happens only because the bank is not private. They literally behave like they own the bank.

But then, is it the way these organized people should behave? These people are not at all helpful. Not a little.

She didn't even have manners to call me in her cabin and ask me my problems. Instead, she began to shout on me from far away from her desk, making it a public issue. If a customer is facing issues and sounds problematic, it doesn't mean that they can behave in abrupt ways, just because they are authorised people.

Anyways, i have seen many times in this mumbra branch, that people don't get satisfied with the working system this branch has. Most of the people are not well educated here and hence, these bank people think that they can treat them in the way they like. Well, not me.

I want to complaint against these bank people. The executive (Gaurav roy) and manager (Lalita shanbaugh) i want you to take strict actions required to stop this disrespectful behavior of these bank official people. I also want to know the feedback of this letter i m writing you expecting justice for my humiliation.

    Rs. 10000 has been debited from my account while withdrawing some cash. Its been more than three months and i already made complaint twice to my bank (Canara bank) but no possible action was taken. On sept 27th 2018, while withdrawing 3000 rupees from corportaion bank atm on marris road, aligarh, i got the message of rupees 10000 transaction but due to server problm no transaction has been done not even 3000 rupees transaction was successful still got the message of rupees 10000 debited.

    I need some immediate action to be taken.

          Hi this is snehitha! I ordered a product from fynd app through amazon pay on 28 th november! Fynd has initiated refund and amazon has initiated refund on 26 th december!               A refund has been initiated by the amazon on 2nd jan2019 but it has not yet been recieved by my bank... They r telling the usual time taken should be till 9th jan 2019. So please check and refund for the same. And for this i had words with both with amazon and my canara bank. The amazon people r telling that they have initiated the refund but the canara bank people r telling that they havent received the refund amount. Amazon people have given me the reference no but the bank r unable to trace for the same. The reference number provided is 75503729003025892652118

                I havent received refund from flipkart of 365 rs. But they are telling that its already refunded on 1/1/2019 to my canara bank. Please solve my issue. My order id is: od[protected]

                In flipkart app its showing refund accepted. Please refund my payment to my canara bank and solve my issue and please refund my money.

                  I have swiped my canara bank atm card from hsbc's atm machine located at two horizon center, gurgaon. I have swiped my card twice for rs 10000, both time, the money was deducted from my account but not disbursed from the atm.

                  I have received the receipt, which shows the status as "cancelled" but the amount got deducted from account.

                  Please refund the amount (Rs. 20000) asap. I need it urgently.

                      I have taken education loan of rs2, 97, 000.00 in period of 2012-16,
                      At that time, canara bank told me to apply for the interest subsidy scheme since my father's income was less than 4lakhs per anum.
                      I have applied for that as well.
                      During my study period, i checked my education loan account statement and saw that some 50rs subsidy i got that time.
                      But after that i didn't get any subsidy at all.
                      When i started paying back my education loan, i noticed that canara bank has added rs1, 11, 428.00 as interest on education loan of rs2, 97, 000.00.
                      I asked so many times about my interest subsidy to the canara bank.
                      But they are not giving correct reply. Only they are saying that wait sometime u will receive that...
                      So sir my question is that when will i receive my education loan interest subsidy.

                              I ordered sandisc microssdhc card 32 gb mobile.. But due to some reasons i cancelled my order because of that amazon gave refund to me.. But i didnt get my amount to my account from canara bank.. Please can u give my amount or else transfer the amount to my account..                               Although after cancellation of the item Flipkart has informed that the money has been refunded but it has not been added to my account by the bank . The refunded ID is[protected] and reference no. Is PUR[protected]. Thank you .I hope you will take actions as fast as possible.

                                I purchased tupperware large handy bowl set of 2..500 ml... Due to damage of the product i approved for replacement... But due to shortage of my product it ll not delevered... So the amazon gave refund to me... But canara bank won't support for it... They didn't asked any questions regarding this.. And they also didn't give any response for this.. Please as soon as possible refund my amount to my account..
