[Resolved] Capital First — already pay for loan foreclosure and still they saying my emi will debit on 2nd april | |||
Dear sir, Loan no : 16235747 I'm foreclosing my loan by using capital website and pay amount yesterday here i attached receipt of payment. When i call in customer care yesterday capital executive tell me you can pay on-line and foreclose your loan. After paying when i call in customer care there are executive raise request for my loan closing and give me 5 hour time for closing loan. Today when i call in customer care there are customer care executive say that you already pay emi but still your emi debit from your account on 2nd april for same loan. What is this??? I'm already paying money then why capital debit from my account again for same loan. If there are any internal issue of capital first then why are they accept payment by online.
