My LOAN account number is 13260997. I had to pay capital first the debt amount as i could not pay for two or three months in between due to financial issues. In 2nd september 2018 I paid 6000 rupees for the emi. Then I had to pay around 5500 something as per the system. In the month of october I got a message of paying 8800 something to pay towards my LOAN amount. After that I got a message of paying 11852.00. The system was showing only around 8500 something. I called their call center and asked for justification and statement. The guy explained to me that the surplus charges are of cheque bounce. However, it was not getting reflected in the system. I asked the guy for a statement and he told me he will email it to me. I did not receive the statement. Please hear the recording. I gotta call from the guys who collects the payment. On the month of October i paid the guy who collects the emi with 3236.00 with the amount of overdue charge. Today I got the message from capital first for the same amount 11852.00 of debt.

When did u guys call me? Are you seriously making a joke of my situation.
I did not get any call. infact i called your so called Manager Tushar Pawar.
When I started asking him questions about the incident he told me to come in the offiice. I told him i have job and the office is not open on saturday. What you guys want me to do? He got angry and asked me if he was my servant.
He was rude and loud and also said Bhenchod.
After that he disconnected the call. I called him after sometime and he was not picking up my call. Then a lady picked up the call. I mistakenly spell out bhenchod to a person who was driving a car. The lady thought i was saying her that thing. Then your respectful Manager Tushar Pawar came on the call and asked me what did I say to that lady. He started shouting and asking me if I am married, if i have a sister, if i have a mother. I said I stay with my mom. He advised me to make my mom a ### and pay Capital First Money. He asked me if I was my father's son. If my mom slept with many guys. He did not even let me explain anything he was only shouting and insulting me. I will pay the money to you guys. This is demeaning and it has crossed the limit of insult.
