    All,
    Capital era is the scam company. They are cheating people be aware and stay away from them.
    They will give trail call then they will ask you to pay minimum amount after that they will come with some minimum amount policy if you did not agreed they do not give any service until you accepts they policy and paying money.
    Then they will provide calls all will gose on loss until you finish your capital amount they did not provide proper calls and they will not respond your calls...

      I tried to contact with customer care service but they don't have clear pictures.

      I sent mail also but there is no response from capital first.

      As i am moving to abroad next week, i want to close all the pending all the work this week.

              I took a loan from capital first of 58119rs for an Bike on Aug 2018. It was suppose to deduct 3116rs every month for 24months, starting from SEP 2018.
              On 2nd Sep 2018 5000rs got deducted as communicated. On 30rd oct 2018 again some charges was debited from my account.

              I need to know the reason and want my money back. As it was communicated to be interest free loan on the purchase of the mobile phone.
              Once resolved this should not happen again in future

                I got call in Sept. 2018 from Capital first for information of health policy, I already communicate with that representative i have not require any health policy. after that i got sms on dated 28th sept 2018 as bellow attached images without willing. also hard copy of personal loan details i had received at home. I didn't need any loan or any health policy from this company. i have issued o[censored]nwanted Health policy/Loan without willing.
                please take adequate action about this company.

                  Capital first recovery department employee ms. Radha calling me and threatening me for a loan installment.. Or using a abusing words.. I have a recording for ms. Radha's vioce recording... I told her that because of my illness i will not pay my october month installment but i told her i will pay my loan installment in november on my loan didaction date.. 05/11'2018 surely i will pay.. But her behavior not good for customers... Plz do something.. And i will meet in the court i complained my brother is a advocate...

                    The capital first mumbai collection team is extremely ill behaved and have no sense of decorum to interact with customers. We all consumers would like to clear our dues but when under severe circumstances we ask for some time for repayment we expect the bank to understand and not give instructions to collection team to harass people..in fact i feel the collection team should not be allowed to any of this... Ideally u cannot visit residences without the permission or knowledge and i[censored] do u r clearly invading the privacy of the customer

                        I am holding a business loan account in capital first for the past 2 years. Recently i. E. August 21.08.2018 we foreclosure our loan
                        I wish to bring to your notice that for the month of september and october the emi amount has been debited from my account.
                        In coimbatore branch, we complained many times and we felt very tired of following them. The customer care and the person who is responsible for the particular case are not at all responding properly. We are one of the big business magnet in coimbatore. We had many bank dealings in and around coimbatore. But this is our first and worst experience facing like this kind of issues.
                        I request you to take up this matter urgently to help me recover my money and we need noc and loan closure statement.

                            Hello this is srikanth here, loan no: 6064570, i took a personal loan of 50 thousand in 2016.. I paid their emi correctly in the starting months but after that i lost my job and assets badly am in very poor state... I paid 22 of their 24 emi correctly but now not in the stage of paying a single rupee... I need some time to settle but their recover team is calling me harrasing like anything since 3 days and threating me in phone call that they will drag me and fily to court and roads... Why threaten my family when am the one who took the loan... I am ready to pay my due but need some time... Please solve my issue

                                Hi,
                                My loan account number is 13260997. I had to pay capital first the debt amount as i could not pay for two or three months in between due to financial issues. In 2nd september 2018 I paid 6000 rupees for the emi. Then I had to pay around 5500 something as per the system. In the month of october I got a message of paying 8800 something to pay towards my loan amount. After that I got a message of paying 11852.00. The system was showing only around 8500 something. I called their call center and asked for justification and statement. The guy explained to me that the surplus charges are of cheque bounce. However, it was not getting reflected in the system. I asked the guy for a statement and he told me he will email it to me. I did not receive the statement. Please hear the recording. I gotta call from the guys who collects the payment. On the month of October i paid the guy who collects the emi with 3236.00 with the amount of overdue charge. Today I got the message from capital first for the same amount 11852.00 of debt. These guys are cheapskate and frauds and just leeching off from me. The guy who came to collect money showed me there is no excess amount for cheque bounce. I saw the amount mentioned there and it was zero for cheque bounce. My credit score even after paying is getting reduced. I am not going to pay a single amount from now on. You have to help me. I am the only person earning in my family and pursuing my education. As a middle class person it is really inconvenient for me to deal with this. Please help me. Please take a strict action and I need my credit score back to 750 now. Please help me.

                                My LOAN account number is 13260997. I had to pay capital first the debt amount as i could not pay for two or three months in between due to financial issues. In 2nd september 2018 I paid 6000 rupees for the emi. Then I had to pay around 5500 something as per the system. In the month of october I got a message of paying 8800 something to pay towards my LOAN amount. After that I got a message of paying 11852.00. The system was showing only around 8500 something. I called their call center and asked for justification and statement. The guy explained to me that the surplus charges are of cheque bounce. However, it was not getting reflected in the system.                                 When did u guys call me? Are you seriously making a joke of my situation.
                                I did not get any call. infact i called your so called Manager Tushar Pawar.
                                When I started asking him questions about the incident he told me to come in the offiice. I told him i have job and the office is not open on saturday. What you guys want me to do? He got angry and asked me if he was my servant.
                                He was rude and loud and also said Bhenchod.
                                After that he disconnected the call. I called him after sometime and he was not picking up my call. Then a lady picked up the call. I mistakenly spell out bhenchod to a person who was driving a car. The lady thought i was saying her that thing. Then your respectful Manager Tushar Pawar came on the call and asked me what did I say to that lady. He started shouting and asking me if I am married, if i have a sister, if i have a mother. I said I stay with my mom. He advised me to make my mom a ### and pay Capital First Money. He asked me if I was my father's son. If my mom slept with many guys. He did not even let me explain anything he was only shouting and insulting me. I will pay the money to you guys. This is demeaning and it has crossed the limit of insult.

                                  I have took consumer product with cf finance. Every month my emi will be auto detect every month without fail. Last month my emi got auto detect failed. I got the call from collection executive person lady called and asked the payment status. I told i will pay. Way she spoke very harshly and demanding.
                                  She talking like road side rowdy. I spoke very softly, i told her i will pay the amount only one emi. As per your site online it showing one emi pending.
                                  Then she said may be one emi. You should pay now. I said i will pay give me some time. She talking very harshly. She started using wallgar language.

                                  How you people treat customer like this. This is very bad and worst service. I sen lot of collection executive, they never talk like this. Even emi history bad.
                                  My emi records very good. Way you people talk to customer very bad and worst

                                  This is not at all acceptably. I am discussing with my legal adviser about this conversation. I will deside based on your response

                                        I was once offered capital first card when i purchased an led tv 4 years back. I have an excellent cibil score and from past 9-10 months i was continuously getting message from capital first for offering a hoam loan.

                                        Though it was not a urgency but on their repeated pursuance and for some renovation in the house i agreed to take a loan of rs 5 lakhs. I being an army officer is well off and the loan was never my urgency/life line.

                                        Now my complaint against this company is that their staff after having signed all the documents and application while processing my documents informed me that their company does not give loans to army personnel; which came as shock, that on one side where banks are giving all facilities and loans to military personnel at reduced rates, this company is refusing that too after processing the application.

                                        I am not pained for not getting loan but feeling bad that there is one such fin institute which has such policies. And trust me readers, their top managers will be the first one to jump on shoulders and heads of people to receive one packet bread from army during a natural calamity. I have witnessed very civilised personalities behaving obnoxiously at such times.

                                        With me this happened in the month of aug 2018; with jaipur team of capital first and the team members were. Mr sarfaraz (External agency man for documentation), mr arpit saxena and robin sharma loan managers. They were half of my age and i had no words to say any thing that we have such business institutes in india.

                                        They further added that they don't give loans to police person also. Not realizing that for every small issue the police is every one's last hope in internal security matters.
                                        I really look forward that how the top management of this shameless company behaves when they need police or army to save their lives some time in life.
                                        Indeed now its against the honor of my uniform to even have a glimpse of this company for any kind of relations come what may.
