Now rs 400 has been deducted from my account on 31st jan 2019 against overdue charges for that loan a/c. I never got any call or intimation during last 3 years. I am getting harassed by capital first even after the loan is settled. They provide me the settlement letter and are denying now by making an excuse that provided letter is fake & new settlement to be done. Already complaint several times to customer support and nodal desk. No one is bothered. Every time i have to elaborate the whole story to nodal desk and still do not get any solution. Just demanding more money to provide no dues certificate....

These capital first people has given quotation 12.75 percentage for two wheeler after two weeks they sent document (Pdf) with 24 percentage rate of interest, if they would have inform before i would have pay amount total cash, i met capital first finance person regarding this cheating that person not able to give answer,
