16834367 is my loan account number, i missed my 1 emi which was on 5th january 2019, i received a call from capital first customer care on 9th of january, she send me a link for paying my due emi 5479 with 400 bounce charge and gave me 1 day period, i paid my emi on same date with extra 400 total 5879, upi ref no[protected]. But she told me that i have to pay 400 more for double bounce charge but i already paid my emi on given time after one bounce then why they charged more 400.

    I am m. Shanmukha with my customer id - c5855573 and loan number 15493846 have been using this account since 15th february 2018 and after two months my account got temporarily blocked without any reason and intimation, and the fact is that i did not have any check bounces and i paid my emi every month in time and without any fail. I contacted the customer care and i requested them to unblock my account and they told me that it will be unblocked in 90days but, its been 270days but still there is no change in the status. Its not fair for you to loose a customer like me whose been maintaining the account and wants to continue it in the future with some more purchases through this account. So please unblock my account and inform me the reason why i got my account blocked so that i will rectify the mistake from my side if any..

      Hi i am vijay my card number is 11930629 i had taken 6 loans in capital first and completed 5 loand without even a single check bounce or delay, my cibil score is also good but my-card is been blocked from month of july, its been 6 months every time i mail them i get the same response wait for 90 days and its been blocked due to internal reasons.i have a limit of 185000 but its of no use when you block the card, and i really wonder why you people block the card of customers who pay the emi regularly without fail????i know what responce i am going to get now, it would be wiat for 90 days to get updated and its bcoz of internal policy. 90 days from when??? from time of complain ???

        I was lured, coerced into signing up for a two wheeler loan without disclosing the exact emi or interest rate with capital first which got merged with idfc bank. I am a salaried individual. I got a shock when i discovered they are charging me 24% rate of interest for a 36 months period. I am supposed to pay 36 installments of rs.2730 each for a loan of rs.69, 280 and will end up paying rs.99, 000 approx. A fraud has been played on me by capital first. This is cheating.

Hamari baat 11.5 %interest par hui aurbi 3737 per month bataya gaya aur maine insurance ke liye mana kiya to unhone yes kar diya. Aur loan ke liye mere document le liye. Ab mere paas message aata hai insurance to mandatory hai.

            I am getting an voice messages continuously from Capital First asking to apply for loan if interested. I am getting aleast 10 to 15 calls a day without any break. I am fed up with the calls. please ask them to stop making calls immediately.

              We taken a product on jun with capital first loan, at the time of taking agent said you will get all payment information on mobile but we didnt recieved so we paid
              On 1st on jul first emi the agent cald me and said bounce charges as u paid late. So we requested to wave off as we have not got any message or email they said ok, next time we paid on 29 aug through paytm as we are not aware of payment date they said u have to pay bounce charges as u paid by paytm before due date. Again they said they wave off now they are saying u need to pay all bounce charges as we are not responsible.

              I got an Email from Capital first regarding bounce charges they said they removed Rs. 1200 for your loan account as an one time service gesture. but we cant remove bounce charges.. as they are insufficent amount in your account but when we paid the amount before due date than again why bounce charges.i need your help to sort this issue and give us stress free.as am not aware of loans and emi this is my first loan and emi .i think a big mistake to take loan .

                Hi,

                Since last 3 days, i am receiving huge number of calls on my mobile from capital first (Now idfc) asking for personal loans. They are doing automated calls with this series numbers +911725*. I tried to block their number, but it seems they have hundreds of such numbers in that series. Most embarassing thing is that they are making around 30 calls per hour which is disturbing. And that too in odd hours. I want respective authorities to take a note of this and stop calling. Attached a screenshot of my recent call history. From each of those numbers i have received at least 2 - 3 calls.

                  I received call from [protected] collection department loan stating i was reference for loan taker. That person applied for loan 3 years back and i met him 7 months back in office. Being no ref to him this collection department called me and asked me for money.

                  I went to colaba police station for the same. This collection department is situated in dadar, mumbai. Colaba police has already informed this company that they will take legal action for this harassment.

                  I would suggest you to take some serious action for the same.

                    Calling me regularly and some time even in morning near 7 o clock and night 12 clock
                    ‭‭+[protected]‬. Today crossed the limit these they called me 5 times in morning regularly when i was sleeping. Please take serious action against disturbing me daily unnecessary when i don’t need loan they used to call me daily many times any time without seeing any time.                           My two wheeler loan account is 10154254. By september 2018 it was closed. But they are saying there is due balance. I do over charges of 800 as i aware of bounce charges of april month 2018 but they are saying 2300 has to pay. I called customer care 6times, every time they are saying new update to me and taking request anfd finally saying request has been closed by concern team and again taking request.
                          But issue is not yet resolved, even last call happened with senior management executive and he said 1500 is waving off and u have to 800 and after called to enquiry about noc again they are saying 1100 still showing. I have recorded audio.

                          This 2 times hitting thing has been done on April and September and when we call for NOC on later September he saying that overall 2300 has to pay.

                          On September I missed the payment then I paid through Paytm 3337+ 400 Check the images. If I have been properly guided on Dec 2017 why I repeated this thing of extra charges of 2nd hitting in September.

                          For example as you said charges for DECEMBER, APRIL AND SEPTEMBER,
                          FOR Dec I already paid 3737 so I have to pay remaining 400 and for April month 800 and in this 2 nd hitting is not my responsibility underline this and September I paid 3737 so remaining 400.
                          Total 400+ 800+400=1600
                          Finally, 21st of Dec 2018 call he said that "as you were not aware of this 2 hitting thing you pay 800 I'll be waived remaining.
                          So paid 800 check that image also.
                          If you have any care about customer why you not giving the proper information even he called up and asking. And finally saying that charges have been charged, you have to pay.
                          Every time I call up and asking, but they raising request of sum of the amount and finally saying that less amount only waived off still remaining due is there. If have access go head of my recordings.

                          Then I a question here,
                          When sufficient balance is not available, why you guys hitting 2 times to the same account without informing to the customer and charged 400+400. Is this correct way?
                          2. If a customer is experiencing same problem like above said on 2 or 3rd time, why you guys not informing to the customers. So, you doesn't care about customers money and make charges as your wish.
                          3. And if any customer asking information about charges, why you given half half information, because
                          on 3 time calling only I come know there is 2 times hitting the account
                          on 6 the time they said, you to pay charges manually not auto deduction. Y?
                          As you said, Dec 2017 charges I paid through Paytm with bounce charges as per executive direction. Please check the image and my question is,
                          at the time of payment made through Paytm why executive didn't give the information about 2 times hitting thing and why didn't "he asked 800 as bounce charges of 2 times hitted if you not pay this will continue".

                              I purchased led tv on installment for 26, 990.00 and cleared outstanding amount on[protected]. Installments were automatically deducting in my account. It has came to my notice, during i have approached for personal loan to bank. It is reflected in cibil report. Hence it is requested to change balance amount zero and close the account.                                 How should amount will pending after the foreclosure payment...

                                I have pay cash at andheri branch... They told after the foreclosure payment you have no due... All clear... Now why is overdue charges showing pending... After paying all amount this capital first bank charging me overdue charges... They are fraud... Why they have not told that time, when i pay foreclosure amount...

                                  After paying foreclosure amount of personal loan, still my account not closed, showing account active... After receiving money capital first have to closed the account, but they do not closed... Management staff is not working properly...

                                  Because of that my civil score getting down... I have the documents of foreclosure letter & amount receipt...

                                    I have been getting calls from capital first collection agency for missed instalment which as per my record i have not missed a single. They said that the instalment i paid has been adjusted to the previous bounce charges. I don't agree to their bounce charges and have told this to the rep repeatedly. He forcefully said today that he will send the executive to my address and hung up and now i have a message from them saying it will cost another 350 for collection. Firstly, i am not paying something again which i already have paid, secondly i am hospitalised and these guys are harassing my partner by calling repeatedly. Please help!

                                      They will debited 5685 in my atometic and and after 3 days i have got a call from delhi police and he say capital frist complainta against me. The police man giv me a number of a lawer when i talk him. He say if i want to close the file imidate pay 5685 rupees in my loan number 13385829 i will pay the ammount but paytm and then i call back to confirm all number are switch off. They do scam with me. Today i check my bank statement i will saw ammunt will auto debit from mya account than why should he call me for payment this is my last payment and i will pay 1 ammount extra so please refund it. And plese donot disappoint any custmer.

                                        I took personal loan of rs.2, 50, 000 on november'2018. Loan amount credited to my account on 17th november. With in 15 days emi debited from my account. On december 3rd first emi debited from my account. And also today also some money debited from account rs.118 capitalfl_mndtvrfchgs_nov-18 118.00
                                        Worst capital first.
                                        And also there is no toll free number. I had worst experience.
