two time money deduction in my account

I had three consumer durable loans with capital first in the past. I never had a bounced emi ever, neither with capital first nor with any other loan. But now i see that my ebc is blocked for no reason. I spoke to customer care executive and they are all clueless like always. They don't have any valid reason and no solution...

emi card blocked with out any reason

I would like to know the reason why my EMI card is blocked. Has been a loyal customer to Capital first for the past three years, never ever missed an EMI.
When I went to the store, they said the card is blocked. Called the customer care multiple times, all I hear is DUE TO THE INTERNAL POLICIES.

I don't understand what internal policies are. Even the customer care executives are not aware what exactly it is. Help me...

wrong entry of loan in my cibil

Idfc first bank/capital first recently merged - had shown consumer loan 5673537, amounting rs. 37, 334.00 -09/04/2016, and shown in cibil on 28/02/2019. This loan was never taken by me.

My pan number ayeps2437h along with voter card and adhar card is attached herein for reference.

Request to verify my documents and remove the same from my cibil. I had approached the bank too but their behaviour are not acceptable...

being called for my wife's personal loan on a sunday

I got called by an extremely ride collection agent from idfc bank on the 27th of april about 1600 hrs wanting to discuss an o/s emi of a loan taken by my wife. Even though i cannot be held liable to pay or discuss payment i requested her to call on monday. I also inquired how she was authorized to call on a sunday, to which her stupid reply was that since it was the end of the month they were open.
I want to ask if rbi guidelines allow...

emi not deducted for recent loan

Although i have maintained the required emi amount in my bank, the first emi wich was due on 2nd, of may 2019, has not been deducted yet. On the capital first portal however, it shows that one of my emi's has been cleared with no charges overdue.

Please take note of this as i do not want to incur any unwanted (Undeserved) additional charges

Also, there is no response to my emails sent to their consumer complaint...

Capital first is so very incompetent that they are least botherd to inform their customers well in advance about this. When i called customer care at 11:25 am on dated 25th april, 2019, he kept on saying is its internal policy which i really don't understand what kind of policy is this which is affecting customers like us. They can't send my card. And my card is block this is really an appalling service..
