Soa of capital first loan account no 18319425 kindly note the issue still not resolved,

Wrt to soa :kindly note that the emi tenure against the loan number is agreed for 36 months (3years from capita first sales executive. Where as in soa and received the final document its showing 60 months as tenure. Without my confirmation and any update wrongly mentioned the tenure and cheated me.

Total loan amount is :1.77lacs
Agreed emi :6176 monthly for 36 tenure. This is the actual agreements verbally by the capital first sales person to me. Where as after approval of loan and documentation its showing 6171/- per month with 60 month tenurity. I have approached the branch and followed on the same. Raghavendra from capital has told me tat mistake happened from capital first backend team and get it resolved soon.25days over now. No results yet. Still as it is.

Also i have raised the complaint with capital first customer care to make the necessary changes as per the earlier agreement. Please find the request number : 24672979 and resolve the issue asap. Awaiting for the revert with correct and updated details.

Capital portal mobile app couldn’t login using the available credentials for me.

    Loan account number 17280461 i have a loan in capital first as per their terms after 3 months i should receive an emi card, how ever i have spoke to capital first customer care they said it is been dispatched to my communication address on 3 of december and i haven't received yet again called customer care on december 3rd now they says i wont be receiving an emi card until my loan tenure. I have took loan in the month of september and i have paid amount for emi card at the time of taking loan. Please suggest me..

        Myself g. Raghunathan and taking personal loan from capital first ltd. Against loan a/c no.4890415 and as personal financial reasons 3-4 times i bounced my ecs in last 3 years.in last 3 months i continuous followup for the below issue thru mail on mail id : customer. [protected]@capitalfirst.com.
        My query is not to charged bouncing charges and i have to accept it. My query is once it is bounced in particular month again and again why hit ecs in my bank account without informing me. For 1st time it is acceptable but repeating 2 times in the same month and for this reason capital first charged me rs.400 x 2 times and my bank rs.500 x 2 times. For ecs amount rs.4600/- total debt another rs. 3100/- (Including my bank charges) in which one time rs. 1100/- is acceptable.
        Starting i am not getting any reply/answer, then they replied as per their mail they get back to me 3 or 7 working days. After 3-4 times mail they replied bouncing charges levied for ecs return and please maintain balance (Without mentioning why repeating ecs hit to my bank without informing me). Since i am not getting reply of my query i informing thru mail i have to stopped my last ecs and accordingly it is bounced. Still i am not getting any mails on my query.
        Please see attached mail photo graphs and hope i get positive reply. We people giving personal for some urgency but it is not acceptable your organization charged anything for any reasons.

        Today I get a mail from Capital First and as expected reply as per my earlier message as "Bouncing charges levied for insufficient fund" (As per attached E-Mail photo copy attached) but still Capital First not mentioning why Capital First hit ECS to my Bank once it is bounced in same month. As I am not getting any answer of my query I forced to stopped further ECS. Now I am getting payment followups phone calls and if still it is continued I forced to complaint in higher authority.

        Hope you people good in English and again repeating please give me answer exactly of my query. If you don't understand my query call me accordingly I explain you. Still you people harassing me you know what are my next step. What ever answer put in consumer complaints forum only. Give me simple answer of my query I promise you immediately deposited all my pending outstanding if answer is logical and valid in terms. Again repeating my query as per below :

          I had a consumer durable loan from capital first a/c no-574201 taken in 2012 with 15 emi of Rs-1467 each among these capital first is saying that 3 EMI were not deposited but I had paid all few EMIs were collected from their field boy. If these EMIs were pending then why capital first never contacted me for payment last month when I checked my CIBIL score I found that my CIBIL score is hampering due to capital first account. So I contacted capital first and they told me that now the amount is Rs-59198 they made 1467×3=4401 to 59198 I don't understand what kind of penal charge Rs-49000 capital first is taking. Then I visited their Rajendra place New Delhi branch to close this account there I met a lady at and she told me that if you will pay whole amount Rs-59198 then your CIBIL records will be cleared so, I made whole payment of Rs 59198 receipt attached. After this they issued a no due certificate too but in my CIBIL records they had mentioned post(WO) settled which is again a negative remark I don't understand why they had mentioned settled as I had not taken any discount and made full payment to them. I complained for this several times to them but no one is ready to resolve this. This company feels that people are Fool and dump. I will never recommend this company to anyone they are highly unprofessional and liars.

Your responsibility ends here...but sorry to say it has not closed my concern you people are just liars and make customer Fool.i had paid whole amount not taken a single rupee discount on this assurance that my account will be NIL and closed in CIBIL records but nothing happened like that. It's disgusting.

            This is to bring to your notice that I Mr.Chennuri Naveen Kumar is really very sad to know from my Cibil report that the Capital First a Loan agreement number 2577677 is active against my name, and showing Rs10384/- as Written Off in my Cibil report whereas, I never had any consumer Loan from Capital First under the said Loan Account number. And they have submitted the written off. For this my cibil score has decreased from 780 to 595. Being a genuine customer they have reported the wrong. Till now I didn’t have any single late payment in my overall track record.
            I’ve a total of 6loans with Capital first out of which I had paid back 5loans and consequently got NO DUE Certificate from capital First. Other than this i’ve one personal loan is going on with Ac No. 14148158. I never take any article( loan) from them with Ac No. 2577677.
            So, It is clearly a case of fraudulent... Hence please remove the wrong details from my cibil report.

              I have taken the home loan in capital first home finance ltd, i have taken plot loan before 7 months and at the month of august i applied for construction loan after 2 months they confirmed that they have stopped the business of construction loan due to some liquidity issue in the company. They informed me to take the loan from any other bank and started the process of balance transfer and now they issued the foreclosure letter with 5% charges, now i asked to waive off the charges because of their fault and inability of doing business. They told they cant waive the charges. I have written the below letter to them but no response

              I have sent this letter to their customer care, pls refer the below details
              Would like to clarify the following things,

              This foreclosure decision is not taken by me it was pushed me to close the loan as capital first stopped the business for construction loan. Capital first only insist me to take the loan from other bank or institution who is providing the loan for construction.

              I have taken the loan for purchase the plot and post 6 months i need apply for the construction post cmda approval for building plan. Obviously it will take about 6 months’ time to get all the necessary things like electricity power supply and building plan approval from the respective government departments.

              I have started my construction at the month of july, as advised by the capital first the building basement work completed on 2nd week of august because they informed post completion of this stage only funding will be process. I have started the process of applying the top up loan.

              At the month of august last week i have given all the required documents for top up the loan and 1st week of september processing fee rs 5900 deducted as processing fees.
              Post that i am continuously flowing up with the sales team for the disbursement. But i have not received any feedback from them and after a month came to know that capital first will fund only lesser amount when compared to other banks (Bank of india and axis bank confirmed that they can fund up to 2200 per sq, feet)

              Personally i have walked in to the chennai branch and discussed with credit and sales manager and calling people for the status and they told they will issue the sanction letter at the end of october and disbursement will happen. After that i am continuously following up and no clue what happened to the sanction letter and disbursement and finally came to know and they informed capital first has stopped the business for construction loan. I had a discussion and argument with them and they confirmed they are not in position to help on this situation.

              Capital first only informed me to take the loan from any other company as they not in position to release the fund. I am spending my money unnecessarily in the form of processing fee to capital fist and now i need to spend for the bank also who is going to take over the company.

              Nearly about 90, 000 deducted as charges. 45k for insurance and other 45k as processing fees. Mod charges 25k. Nearly about 1.15 lakhs i have spent for this loan taken.

              Now i need to spend money to take over company for their charges. So now i currently not in the position of paying charges for the loan closure and moreover it’s not mistke from my end. Capital first only informed me to close the loan. So waive off the closure charges.

              Now i need to pay the processing fees and need to pay the charges for mod registration and cancellation again, so already i have paid unnecessarily to capital first.

              And i have requested for the foreclosure letter before 15 days (Service request no[protected] but still i have not received the same.
              I don’t know for single request why it is taking so much time, when the business stopped immediately capital first need to do the necessary approvals and other things to resolve the issue of the existing customers right. I have received the same answer as “approval not received”.

              Can you please issue the forclosure letter without any charges, take over bank is waiting for this letter only.

                My capital first card for without information blocked my card of permanently. So please active my card and emi also reduce for my account. So how cloud this for without information blocked my card. Bank holiday is not my fault. I have charges for late payment of rs. 1200/- so active my capital first card. If your not active in card, so have no payment my balance amount.

                      1. At the time 2 wheeler loan approval u get 2 install ments discount on timely paid. But not get.
                      2. Offer me loan personal said at the time of offer u paid 10 emi on time get another loan & reduce ur interst rate he display on website 12 to 16 percent roi but gave me 36%. And also he not present emi on date he present after 3 to 10 days after. And ur ecs bounce he charge penalty and charges 800/-
                      3. U go capital ist office all over staff was gunda men or women i also file fir against rajender nagar branch. I m go branch every erson waiting 3 hrs than meet excutive and also get dhamki u will pay amount.
                      4 call excutive all gundas r calling.
                      5 sending for recovery of emi he also get dhamkie.

                      My life big mistake i m get loan this type of companys. Im also carry loan with bajaj finserv, homecredit, aditya birla etc nice person and solve ur problem and also chrges interest lowest and 1/2 day miss ur emi he will not charge a single paisa.

                      So i m complaint to nbfc ombusdmen before 20 days now what will see.

                          Really had a very bad experience for the first time banking with Capital First .

                          Please find the below details for your kind reference :

                          1) I have applied for a personal loan with Capital first through some agency person by name Masthan

                          2) He initially agreed for 12.5 % and processed my loan

                          3) I have received a call from one of your executive by name Shilpa ( Contacted Number : ([protected]) on 17th November'18 and asked me few Personal details and later i have discussed over the call about my Interest Rate and Monthly EMI, She said it is 15% and Emi 14390 /- i was surprised and informed her that agency person has conveyed me that it is 12.5 % and 13290/- will be my EMI and i have asked her to cancel if it is 15 % of interest she said OKAY and disconnected the call.

                          4) Later i have received a call from agency person he said she is her manager from Capital First and she agreed for 12.5 % and asked her to move forward i have cross checked with him twice and requested him to process if it is only 12.5 % of interest he said - YES THIS WAS AGREED BY HER AND THEN ONLY IT WAS PROCESSED.

                          5) Later to that i have not received any call from SHILPA about my acceptance as well - She only spoke to Agency person and approved my loan amount with out my concern .(I really do not understand is Customer Important or the agency person) .

                          6) With out my acceptance or concern the loan has been credited to my account

                          7) I was also informed there is no insurance for this account as i already have insurance with HDFC ERGO - Agency person promised me that he will NOT DEDUCT Insurance from my loan amount and i was not signed on INSURANCE DOCUMENT - THEY DID FORGERY OF MY SIGNATURE and processed my loan document with insurance.

                          I request you to kindly consider and please help me with the below regards :

                          1) First thing is both Shilpa and Masthan cheated my with wrong calculations
                          2 ) Shilpa from Capital First - did not took my approval, i have asked her to cancel when she initially spoke to me about 15 % interest she said OKAY and she spoke to only agency person and disbursed money to my account ( As a customer i have to agree to disburse the loan ) Is customer not important ?
                          3) He did FORGERY of my signature and sent the loan documents with insurance ( THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW)
                          4) They promised me for 12.5 % and loan disbursed to me for 15 % which is 14390 /- Pm EMI, i have agreed for only 13 000 /-
                          5) I have not received any Sanction Letter or Welcome letter or any message to my mobile at least regarding my loan or else i could have clarity on my EMI which was not happen.

                            This is to bring to your notice that I Mr.Avijoy Majhi is really very surprise to know from a executive Payal –Kolkata( APJEE House), while visiting the office of Capital First that a Loan agreement number 3088656 is active against my name, whereas, I never had any consumer Loan from Capital First under the said Loan Account number.
                            I had purchased Sony LED TV, under the loan agreement no 3241625, which I had paid back and consequently got NO DUE Certificate from capital First. Other than this I never take any article( loan) from them till date.
                            So, It is clearly a case of fraudulent activity and for which my civil score is being badly affected. Kindly Help.

                              I have two loan one two two vehicle and one consumer durable loan from capital first i paid both emi online but they auto debited from account and while i am trying to contact them they put call on hold. Even after paying emi they charged emi bounce. I tried contacted customer care but they put my call on hold and disconnected call after some time with message your issue solved.

                                I have taken a personal loan of 3 lacs with the tenure of 48 months from this company. I enabled auto debit in my bank account so that they can easily deduct the loan amount from my bank through ecs but now they are calling me again and again to make payment in cash or online. Infact they are forcing me to pay via cash or online. I don't know why. I have already faced one issue with some other finance company where i had to pay them my emi in cash and then there customer service called me that they haven't received my emi.
                                Totally fraud.
                                And they are threaten me that your cibil will impact or penalty have to pay if you don't pay emi on time. I want to say capital first, my money is in my account and you have to withdraw it from my account only. There is no other way i will give you the emi in any condition.
                                Nd now stop irritating me by your rubbish calls.

                                  I have taken 4 durable loans in capital first out of which 3 cleared and the last 4th loan only 1 emi bounced, as i have forgotten. As soon as i received message that emi bounced, i immediately made neft to capital first from my account. For that they charged rs.400*2=800 and penallity charges 300.00 total 1100.00.
                                  They are habituated for simple earnings. They will say 0% emi before taking loan they will charge 1500.00 for processing fee & where there is 0% emi?

                                  Am ready to pay bounce charges rs.400 but why i should pay more 700.00 with no reason.

                                    There was issue with my Bank account hence the EMI for this month was bounced back. And I have paid that EMI amount yesterday via Paytm under order number - [protected].
