I have capital first ebc card with rs.80000/- limit. When ever i try to took loan in capital first its rejected and capital first executive also saying try to after 90 days. We are try to after 90days also showing same error. I called more times to customer care we are also saying same. But which time applied consumer loan at that time its rejected.

Plz check and updated as soon as possible.

Capital first promised to give 5% cash back on 3 successful emis for purchasing Daikin AC. They didn't pay even after 5th emi and continuous follow up for 2 months.
No proper response.

    I have an active easy buy card of the above company. When i tried to buy a mobile i was denied stating that i am above 66 years. When i emailed them they informed me that my loan could not be processed as it was theirinternal policy. I was embarrassed and in mental agony. When i asked them on their internal policy they refused to state. Therefore i wanted them them to remove my card and delete my account. They have not done it. I would like to make a complaint in consumer forum

          Initially, when i applied for a personal loan, after all, documentation, verification these people were acting like zombies. Then they took 9 blank cheques, all the signature and explained me the emi for 5 years but never explained the interest rate which is going to be 26%. After paying 32 emi's my mom got tumour post suffering she passed away. Meanwhile, i missed 4 emi's due to the high expense of the hospital as i'm the only one earning in-house. Now, they started harassment 50 calls each day, home visit 4 times a week. I requested and explained the whole scenario but they were not ready to listen, for the pending payment of rs 21000, they added penalties and made it rs 53000 in 4 months. They used to debit my bank account 9 times in a month, due to insufficient balance, they have been adding penalties like cheque bounce charges, late fee along with them my bank also started penalizing me. I called customer care, explained the guy, my mom died due to which i missed these emi's, please waive off the penalties, i begged him like anything but it kept reading the policy lines of the agreement.

          Then with the help of my friend, i paid the entire outstanding. Now, these people asking me 18% penalty charges to foreclose the loan and have not been giving noc and ndc.

          My dear friends, please never ever subscribe to capital first as these people aren't the human being but demons in the form of human flesh. They just know to apply fine, penalty charges and have nothing to do even if you are about to die or any extenuating circumstances.

          What would be the benefit of sending an email to social.[protected]@capitalfirst.com
          As usual, I'll receive the autonomous responses with clumsy policy guidelines. I had 2-3 accounts where the payment has already been done in full but you guys never updated it in the CIBIL. Those accounts although show no balance are active in the status. It is certainly a huge mistake I'd say a giant sin to take loans from Capital First. People shall prefer suicide over the subscription with Capital First. Your entire staff isn't the human being and have no human touch offering customer service. They are more like a robot singing and dancing via programmed algorithms.

          This is my humble request to all the Indian Nationals, never ever, think of considering any services from Capital First if in the case you guys don't wanna make your life hell.
          To clear the bounce charges from us and have also send you the images.

              Hello,
              My easy card #c5019618 had been blocked without any intimation. I don't have/had any cheque bounces. All payment are made on time, then why you people block the card. I called customer service, that person was very rude and don't know anything but one word "internal policy", what is the policy, do you people explained about this at time of purchase, no right information provided to customers. This types of issues will not keep up good & loyal customers like me. Kindly unblock my card or tell me how to return back the card, i don't want to use this card if these types of issues will raise to customer later the purchase.

              No Proper tracking system and the customer care center is of no use. Running the customer care for name sake. For earning money they simple says insufficient balance in your account. Waste of money getting consumer product loan using Capital first.

                    My deal was final, due to delay deal has been called off.

                    Apart today is 21/09/2018, still waiting for the sanction letter.

                    He is not picking the call from last 4 days.

                    I need a complete waive of my processing charge. Or

                    I will do police complaint.

                      They promised me that they will be issuing my capital finance card after 6 emi's but after completing my 7th emi i didn't recieved any card totally disappointed with this terms of service i raised a complaint in CUSTOMER CARE but no response !! They said that u will be getting your card with in 15 working days but after 1 month also i didn't recieved yet!!! So this is the service which i get from your side my emis were paid on time with no delay but when it comes to your point your making it 2 months delay better if have choosed bajaj instead of this ###!!!

                        Hi Team,

                        This is the first time I am with capital first. I faced very worst experience with you.

                        I have applied for loan as there is offer for women with interest 10.65, amount 3, 00, 000 with out insurance charges and tenure 24 months.
                        Capital First people process loan for 3, 07578 with insurance charges 6500 and tenure 60 months.

                        Whatever the amount I expected will get benefit through less interest rate, double amount I lost through this insurance charges and tenure long period interest. If I applied to my regular bank itself I might get better benefit than this. I repented to choose this now.

                        Regarding this I have called customer care [protected] multiple times, people are answering but disconnecting without giving any resolution. I spoken with teena, anand, Prashant etc..

                        Raised tickets – 22571574, 22534962, 22533361, 22526480 and 22526453.

                        No idea how many are in progress.. Max tickets are closed with out intimating me and without giving resolution.

                        Very careless and ridiculous response from customer care.

                        Hope to get resolution after sending this mail at least. Otherwise I will search for further process about this.

                        Losing amount and paying more interest is very worst experience with this.

                        Yes i got call from capital first, but they didnt provided any resolution till now. They are saying that it is our mistake with out confirming detail with customer, we blindly believed our executive.
                        Saying sorry cannot fill my loss, do the favour of closing loan with this bank with out any charges. or weave off insurance and reduce tenure...

                        do the needful... hope i will get postive repsonse for this.

                        Got call from capital first again with false commitment
                        1) force closure without any charges just what is the amount credited to ur account.
                        2) we will check to do best for you...

                        Again sent forceclosure statement for 328650 for loan amount 307875.

                        Without using your loan amount i have to lose around 30000 just for choosing capital first. This force closure charges + processing fee + insurance + admin fee...

                        is this way to resolve customer issue ???

                          I have availed a two wheeler loan from m/s. Capital first ltd during december 2016 and the instalment falls due on 5th of every month. For the past 6 to 9 months the instalment is being paid after the due date but before the month end. This month the instalment is not paid yet. The collection staff mr. Raghu is contacting my guarantor and is speaking in an unethical manner and is torturing him during night time and holidays.

                            My name is danish i bought a access 125 scooter without disk brake cost of which was rs. 63990/- in which i paid 20000 cash and the remaining amount was financed by capital first my loan amount should be 43990/- but the letter i received from you showing my loan amount as 47000/-

                              I took a loan from capital first. They just called me that i haven't paid my loan. My salary was in my account on 5th september but they are saying their was insufficient fund in my account. They are taking illegal charges from me for their own fault. On 12th september they told me to pay this month instalment and when i paid it, they also deducted through my bank account. They double cross me. After their payment, i am also getting call from their side that i still haven't submitted my balance payment. I want my extra money back.

                                  Greetings!!!

                                  This is rahul dharia, consumer of capital first having loan account number 13854805. I bought the loan scheme in december 2017 with subsidy facility. My loan was approved in january and i started paying emi by fabruary itself.

                                  At that moment of approval, i filled and handed over the subsidy form to your company employees ‘raj dubey’ & ‘ravi’. I was in continous touch with them and customer care. They assured me that subsidy will start refunding to my account within three months. But i received nothing. I was told by customer care that my form was not submitted yet.

                                  I received some documents regarding the loan meanwhile. I took my complaint to devender farswan-rm ([protected]), and kept in touch from may to june. After following up regularly, mr devender told me that my subsidy form was not submitted.
                                  Then in 6th july, 2018, i submitted my subsidy form to devender farswan by hand. He told me that my form will be submitted to the headoffice within one week. After two weeks, i contacted the customer care for the confirmation & they told that my form is still not yet submitted.

                                  I was terribly frustated withing this time. I contacted mr devender farswan regularly to ask why my form is not submitted but he always come up with the same answer that he will check today, but never gave me a solid reply. I have to call him at regular basis but i receive same reply always.

                                  Plus i have also paid your company 12000/- for life insurance and 13353/- for home insurance. I have not received any insurance documents till yet. I raised the complaint to same person devender farswan, but all went in vain.

                                  I am completely frustated and losing my faith in capital first. My quastion is that i am not receiving the subsidy benefits, so will bear the loss i am facing? Its almost 2000rs approx every month loss for me. Why i have to face your irresponsible employees?? Is that how you treat your consumers?? I am facing problems since i am using your services.

                                  I am mentally harrsed by giving you my hard earned money and really had a very bad experience.

                                  Therefore, i want capital first to look into the mater as soon as possible. Otherwise i will be more than happy to go for consumer court & legel complaint.

                                      I have made the payment of my first Emi which was due on 2nd September through UPI on 31st August at around 6.18pm. My account got debited for the emi amount that is for Rs.4180/- and iam having the reference no for the same.
                                      But on 3rd of Septmeber u people have submitted my cheque for the payment which i have already made on 31st of August itslelf even after paying the Emi. And yesterday when i checked the capital first app there was a Bounce charges of Rs.400/- and u people have added the same amount to my loan amount. This is really ridiculous and i dont know even after paying the emi 2 days before due date why have u people presented my cheque to the bank and why have u added Rs 400/- extra as bouncing charges for the loan amount. And after u had presented i got a call from my bank that they have recieved the cheque form capital first for the debit of Rs.4180/-, and i informed the bank not to honor the cheque because i have already payed the emi.
                                      I dont know why you people are very merciless and why u people make a free money by simply placing the bounce charges for the emi which was already payed 2 days before the due date and stealing our hard earned money.
                                      Hence i request to change the amount and take of the bouncing charges which is added unnecessarily.

                                        I borrowed 181000 but charge interest on 1, 91, 955/- which is not justifiedand now i want to repay my complete amount this month then they are changing this month of interest also. I request them so many times to reverse this month interest as i am paying complete payment then they refuse and again increase amount of interest of this month and also i was not told about this interest of current month when i talk with customer care
                                        Please help me i want to pay full amount exept this month interest. And also why should i pay interest if i am returning complete amount they already charge precloser interest of 5%and + 18% Gst and other charges. They are mentally harasing me so i could not close my Loan
