Initially, when i applied for a personal loan, after all, documentation, verification these people were acting like zombies. Then they took 9 blank cheques, all the signature and explained me the emi for 5 years but never explained the interest rate which is going to be 26%. After paying 32 emi's my mom got tumour post suffering she passed away. Meanwhile, i missed 4 emi's due to the high expense of the hospital as i'm the only one earning in-house. Now, they started harassment 50 calls each day, home visit 4 times a week. I requested and explained the whole scenario but they were not ready to listen, for the pending payment of rs 21000, they added penalties and made it rs 53000 in 4 months. They used to debit my bank account 9 times in a month, due to insufficient balance, they have been adding penalties like cheque bounce charges, late fee along with them my bank also started penalizing me. I called customer care, explained the guy, my mom died due to which i missed these emi's, please waive off the penalties, i begged him like anything but it kept reading the policy lines of the agreement.
Then with the help of my friend, i paid the entire outstanding. Now, these people asking me 18% penalty charges to foreclose the loan and have not been giving noc and ndc.
My dear friends, please never ever subscribe to capital first as these people aren't the human being but demons in the form of human flesh. They just know to apply fine, penalty charges and have nothing to do even if you are about to die or any extenuating circumstances.
