I have written many emails and done many calls to revert the charges of 400/- which is unnecessary charges as a penalty as my signature is different on the cheque which was returned.

I would like to inform you that I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN THE SIGNATURE DECLARATION FORM WHICH IS CONFIRMED FROM MY BANK MANAGER AS PER YOUR EXECUTIVE REQUEST AT THE TIME OF LOAN DISBURSEMENT.

He only told me to get the signature and seal from the bank for your signature confirmation

He (Mr Ramesh) had sent me an email for that.

When I have given every thing on time and I have maintained the sufficient balance in my account 4 days before the EMI date then how it can be charged.

I have wasted 1 day to get this done to submit the documents, they insisted me to get the document to avoid the penalty charges for difference signature. After given all the documents then why it has been charged?

Whenever I am calling and writing to customer support they always says it take sometime to resolved the query and in a solutions they replied the same its been charged for the signature differ, they are not focusing on the mistake what they did.

The Capital first had taken much charges at the time of sanctioning the loan and the same clarity is not given before disbursing the loan. Whenever we ask for the information they only told that it will be given at the time of sanctioning the loan, they always hide every thing (Rate of Interest, insurance charges, processing fee, franklin charges etc.)

I recommend OTHERS not to take any loan from Capital First, if you take a loan from them then you will face much trouble and will loss much money too.

      On august 10 i visited bajaj electronics kothapet and i purchased 1 oppo phone on emi through capital first after the process. Capital first agent ask me picture of mine i opposed 2 take my picture in the first then the requested me saying that it is a mandatory so i said ok then after showing mobile and taking snap is not at all sounds good for everyone so i would like to consider my this complaint or a request of taking a branding snap, and the person a manager who where taking incharge at store was least bothered about customer. I said him this is not my first product this is the third time i am taking a product if anything as been implemented knew you would have been inform me earlier i said i'm he responded me saying that informing you earlier is none of your business if you are not interested cancel was a response from your person it was great response i ever expected from capital first so i cancelled on that date.

        We have used Capital first card to purchase some electronics product before 1 or more years ago. I have cleared all the installments, all the installments debited properly from my bank account, named as 'DEBIT-ECSDebitTP FUTUREM CAPITAL'. Last EMI debited from my account on 09 May 2017.

        Unexpectedly I saw some debit amount from my account on 29th June 2018 in amount of 500 and 500 two times on same day in two entries and then on 31st July 2018 in amount of 692 and 700 on same day in two entries.

        If I have not purchased anything or not taken loan from Capital first, then why these amount auto debited from my account.

        I need clarification on urgent basis otherwise I going to complain for this to government authorities if capital first don't refund my money including interest of this.

        Hi my EMI for loan A/C got bounced so i got call from capital first to pay online i paid it online i told the representative that i will pay it by ecs only then also he forced me to pay it online and now today again ECS has been deducted from my bank A/C what can be done in this case

          My name is Dr. Soma Biswas. Yesterday I received a sms from Capital First that Rs. 400.00has been deducted from my account as penulty for not paying EMI of loan account no.13406840. I was confused because no product I have bought recently .I called customer care today .They told me that there is a loan for buying a Godrej freeze against my name. I am so surprised and angry. No such prodeuct I have bought. How can the take money from my account without my signed document.can they show any document of buying such product by me.? Is there any provision that money can be deducted by using previous cheque given for buying other product .? Because I have bought many thing by EMI system and I paid the EMI very time to time and all are repaid fully. I have proper document of those payment. But no such Godrej product I never bought. It is a great offence. What should I do ..go for consumer forum ?

              My bro had taken loan for purchasing two wheeler. He was told to pay initially through cheques then rest emi's will be auto debited. However in between he missed a payment which was paid by him. And just wen the loan was about to end prior to 2 months they said due to system issues they r unable to take money frm account and told him to pay the emi in cash, also said that there wont be any extra or bounce charge as its an error frm their end. So in Jan an executive had come to take the money and later in feb another executive had come to take the emi and he confirmed that it was the last EMI. My bro confirmed it by checking on the CF application in feb itself. However in May he received a call saying that his 1 emi is still pending and has to pay bounce charges also which doesn't make any sense. There is something wrong with Capital first. Either the people working there are doing fraud or else the company itself has fraudulent policies. Wen a payment is missed and not paid on due date ull use to call us like crazy till we make the payment. Y is it this time that after paying off the last emi in feb.. We received call in May to pay the emi. . I Just want Capital First to release the NOC to my brother and stop harassing us. Ur agents are also weird 1 says its their way of dealing with customers and also wen field executive comes to take EMI he does not give receipt.. U only get msg on mobile. Wat if phone gets formatted or stolen v r left with no proof.. How can i trust on Capital first. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND CF to ANYONE... INFACT I WILL DEFINITELY SHARE MY BRO'S STORY WITH THEM. TAKING LOAN FROM THEM IS LIKE BOTTOMLESS PIT... U have to keep paying till the time they are satisfied...

                This is Aditya kumar Saini.I have taken loan from your capital first department.
                my loan account no is 12968604.my contact no is [protected].
                Basically i was giving my payment on time but some how i lost my bank accout and phone no and didnt know about that there is bounce charges is applying on me because of the third party person came to my house and he said that we didnt need to submit on account we can give the payment at my home and we dont need to pay in account or online as well.
                But some the prcoedure was running and continuesly the chares being applied everymonth due to agent commitment .
                BUT on 18/08/2018 when the new agent was came to my has and asking for charges for bounce then he saw us that every month charges of bounces are being applied .so i said that previous agent was given the commitment to us .
                i said to the previous agent that we need to pay amount online or through account and i lost my account on that time .
                so they said that no need we can collect all the emi on every month
                so kindly please provide us waiver rearding the amount of bounces
                because it is impacting on my CIBIL score as well

                I purushottam consumer of capital first I have financed a AC consumer no is 15046537. Due to some problem I doesn't had money on due date for that I fined 400 rs, after their pressure I paid on 4th and they debited my account also on that day only. After contacting them they resister my complain, on 6th aug but till today I didn't got my refund.

                  I boufht a ihone x through capital first, I paid rs29000 as down payment and financed by them was rs 64500, and confirmed me that emi would be 3760.but when i checked my loan detail on App, emi ahowing rs 3924.
                  Meanwhile i m getting calls from some Indian health organisation and offering some discount coupons, they claim that i have signed the form at the time of taking loan from capital first. The charge of these coupons is approx rs 2500 .
                  The thing is that niether i signed any form nor i was informed about these coupons.
                  So i want my extra amount refund.

                    Respected sir /madam.
                    I am fahmida azim khan. I want to make a complaint about your customer service agent. For final settlement.in the month of july i talked with your agent for final settlement. She told that if you will pay rs7000/-your account will be clear. She told which data you will clear. Than i told come on 20/07/2018 and bring settlement letter and take amount. Than your agent came on 20/07/2018 and told that this is month end we can't clear your account know pay rs 3000/-pay rs 4000/-on 2nd aug 2018. Than your agent call on your office he speak with madam. Madam told to me that pay rs3000/- rs 4000/-pay on 2nd aug2018. I am waiting from 2nd aug 2018. On 21/08/2018 i call in your office know they are saying that you pay more money. Its not mistake. Why should i pay more. I will not pay a single peni.

                      My name is Rajesh Sadar and the loan account number is 13447977. I did a payment of 1112 on 1st August 2018 for this account through Capital first application but the payment went through a different account (Account number:[protected]. I have called the customer care department and spoke to Shaizad Shaikh for the same and he told me to send email with the proof attached (PFA). Please transfer the amount in the current account number .
                      Its been a while havent heard anything from customer care department. I am continuously getting call from collection department even after informing them about this matter.

                        I was not able to make repayments of my personal loan, which i specified to the bank. I am regularly talking to the bank, still, the bank called my friends and family for my nonpayments. My point is when i am not absconded, nor hiding, whats the point to call others? And from where they get the numbers? Hacking?? Because i'hv not provided. Bank talks abusive, ill-mannered, misbehave and go unethical.

                        Firstly, i need an answer to their ill behavior, humiliation, harassment, threat & so on?

                            One year ago i took a loan for ac. How much capital first team irritate me by taking money from my bank account with in loan active period is another thing.. Now even after closing of my loan they took money from my account.
                            Its my worst experience with capital first. My suggestion would be don't trust capital first. Its my mistake i gave them cancel cheque or any kind of authority to withdraw money from my bank account. It looks they r paying there employees by taking money even from their closed customers bank account unnecessarily.

                              The nuisance is not ended yet as i received call from head constable vinay tyagi (Mob.[protected]) before an hour for looking me to get me summon from tis hazari court, through advocate vikas kumar sharma (Mob.[protected]). I have already told them that case is settled down and have confirmation email from capital first.

                              I already have asked for his email id to send him whole incident and settlement email but haven't got response till this moment of time.

                              This time I can't trust on your email confirmation despite need a NOC/closure letter on my name as am already facing this much unnecessary pressure from your side since 2015 and every year you search the culprit on basis of my name, address location and other faked ID proofs that he has been submitted you.

                              I don't required your letter of apology instead just send me NOC/closure letter on your letter head that I can show it to guys who wakes up every year with legal procedures and non-payment loan cases against me.

                              Every day they want more time, new TAT I have to listen.

                                        I joined capital first on 21st sep 2017 when i bought an led panel for my brother. (Agreement no.[protected]. At the time of getting all the paperwork done, i also opted for capital first's easy buy card. Which costs around 400inr (Am not sure how much did i pay at that time.)

                                        It was all as smooth as i should be. I paid emis on time and also received the easy buy card in november 2017. Which i used again to buy a mobile phone for my brother in december. Again it was all seamless thanks you capital first.

                                        Then one day, 22nd december 2017, i received an sms from cf, that my easy buy card has been deactivated. And i am quoting the sms content i received,

                                        "dear customer,
                                        Your easy buy card no 6207323 limit of inr 171000.00 has been withdrawn basis internal policy. The same will be reinstated after 90 days of regularizing all outstanding payments.

                                        Capital first."

                                        Please note: there were no emi bounces at the time of my card was blocked.

                                        After contacted customer support several times, all they have to say is "please wait for 6 months."

                                        I mean isn't it a fraud by capital first, that sell a customer emi card in 450 rupees then block it, so they have to buy another one.

                                        I have researched on google and there are hundreds of cases. Capital first needs to address this asap.

                                        I have mentioned my 1st agreement and easy buy card numbers, so they can track my details.

                                        Looking forward to hearing back from capital first soon.
