With reference to the above, i had taken a business loan from capital first in november 2016 but due to personal financial conditions i was unable to pay the same for last month and 5 more dues to which there is constant harassment of recovery agents at my place from your end. Recovery agents have started contacting my friends and relatives and asking them to pay. Which is damaging my reputation in the market. Recently my relatives have received calls from your agent number[protected] [protected] and mobile no. +91 [protected] (Miss neha) and asking them to pay for which i have a voice recording also.

    Then we had contacted with branch, if you want to cancel the loan you need to pay about Rs. 20000/- for the total loan amount only for Rs. 400000/- its too worst.

      I am an resident from mumbai and this complaint is on [capital first] an fiancence company from whom bought brand new suzuki access 125 on a loan
      But after bouncing of my 1st emi on 5th march the company has fine me three time for a penalty of rs 400. Though, i had paid the emi on the same day itself.
      Later on[protected] and[protected] by the company. This company is a worst finance company has no work ethics and there employees has no responsibility regarding their customer. And this company has no way to reach out to contact like a professional scammer.
      Worst ever company this company may had scam 100's and 1000's of peoples. By their tricks this complaint is by the side me and all of the regular people got scam by this company name

        I am a regular customer of capital first, through couple of consumer loans and one pl. No. A9883669
        Unfortunately, i need to foreclose the pl, after 13 months, of the 36 months tenure.
        I submitted, the foreclosure amount through cheque, on 12.03.18, it was realized on 14/03/18.
        I needed the updated statement, on emergency, the same has to be submitted for other purpose., that is the reason, had to close the pl in advance.
        But, i am not getting the updated statement, through online, or directly from the hyderabad br. At customer care office.
        More over, very ignorable response from the staff, and there is proper professional treatment for the customers, they behave with neglected manner.
        If loose this opportunity, because of non submission of the updated statement, the capital first shall take, overall loss occured to me.

        I received the mail, from CFL, which is pasted below for your ref., this doesn't serve any purpose, I need the action.
        The same response, I got from your branch office.
        This is really not tolerable, for a non-default, regular customer.
        If, the purpose is not resolved in speculated time, there is no use of your service.

        At the time of convencing to get the loans, your executives bow their heads, to any extent, once we submit all the required documents and confirmed our acceptance, that's all, they never turn to even answers our calls.
        Its not my single, experience, every one who visits at your Br.office at Hyderabad,
        My request send some one authorized as vigilance, to get the feed back from the visiting clients at your Br.at Hyderabad.

        This is very tough experience, ever had, with any professional institution.

        I sincerely, demand, compensation, for frustration and the loss occurred, due the negligence and ignorance of CFL.

            I took a vehicle loan from capital fisrt by applying through online.
            They asked 3 blank checques from my Bank account for ECS. From the first EMI they charged 400 INR for cheques got bounced but I have balance at that time.
            I paid the amount along with the EMI and raised request in the portal to not to use the cheques.
            Also I informed in the portal I will pay through portal going forward.

            But there is no reference number for the requests raised and they are charging cheque bounce charges every month even I am paying my EMI on time thorugh portal.

                Hi team,

                I want to escalate this with you that, i had imposed the processing fee of 1515rs on my recent purchase of consumer loan on 6th march 2018 and there is no bill or acknowledgment provided to me upon my questioning to loan agent, we will share but in finally it ended up no response.

                Asked me to pay in the mode of cash when i refused then he convenience me to swipe my card at tmc store where my loan process was took place and rest amount he took by hand.

                Rs - 1000 swipe
                Rs - 515 cash

                Why a customer is being troubled so much and is there no one who can help?

                If the same continues then i want to file a case on this as i feel am avoided & cross questioning so much by executives.

                Note - even the bill given by tmc store was also incorrect as i had purchased the ac for 41500rs actual rate but the bill generated for 47490rs and mentioned in the bill saying for collect the cash of 515rs remaining which has to pay for loan processing fee and i had taken complete loan of 41500rs from capital first

                I want to add some points here on my concern.

                1.To whom i'm paying my process fee ?
                2.If the processing fee is to process the loan in capital first then why it is not mentioned any where in my agreement as the scheme i chosen is (zero percent interest & zero down-payment) and i had a call with capital first customer care executive as he confirmed that, in this scheme capital first doesn't take any processing fee.
                3.Why am forced to pay the amount by cash and why it was mentioned the bill of TMC store when it is a loan processing fee of capital first.

                Please let me know as right for the information and educate me, if am wrong anywhere and i want to take further level, if capital first team if not helping me to resolve this concern.

                  I had taken bike loan from capital first. My first installment was due on march 3rd, 2018. Money got debited in the morning from my account and then evening it was credited back. I am trying to call customer care of capital first from then but not able to reach their numbers [protected]/[protected]. Finally i was able to connect them today after multiple attempts and they are telling that their number was busy due to calls. I don't think so, because whenever i call this number there are multiple options and finally call gets disconnected.

                  Now they are giving the reason saying my cheque signature was not matching so it was bounced. If the signature was not matching then first place how did they grant the loan? Is it done without verification. Now they have put cheque bounce cahrges of rs-400 and they are advising me to pay that too?

                  Am i held responsible for their mistakes?

                    I’ve a two wheeler loan account bearing with account number 7816808 from capital first. For this account, 2 emis are overdue. Today, one of capital first executives came to my home and recovered. They are harassing me to 2 months over due payment and collect bike. Do they have right to recover my bike if 2 months over due is pending? I would like to file a consumer case and also a legal case against them.

                        With reference to the above i had taken two wheeler loan from capital first in march 2017 but due to personal unemployment conditions i am unable to pay the same for the two months due and i agreed to pay on that 2 nd of this march to which there is constant harassment of recovery agents at my place from your end. Recovery agents have started contacting my wife and asking her to pay on the front of my home & street, which is damaging my reputation in the market. They have also threatened me to pay due to achieve month-end closure My loan account no is 9979045.

                          This is my loan number 6847893 and I already paid emi on time and they deducted my amount on time several times including taxs but still it is showing over due amount. I have attached my bank statement for the proof that i have paid on time and i complined several times but they didnt react simply sending me mail saying that your problem is resolved but still they didn't provide me NOC still over due amount is visible and still getting mail to pay bounce charges. Please waveoff my charges and provide me NOC.

                            I Mohd Izhar Mirza have taken a loan from you on 5.4.16 I have been informed than my EMI will be 2687 for 23 months and loan amount was 48500/- which I agred and paid also. Now it has been inform on phone call that it is 35 months EMI. I don't know how a company on two wheeler loan can charge 35% interest instead of 13% which I have been told.

                            I have raised 2 times complain and received the messge as complain resolved but my issue is still pending.

                            Please note I have paid till feb emi 23 emi as per my record I am not going to pay any further EMI and I will put complain in consumer court for heavy interest charge and cheating consumer and also "Maan Hani case" if my CIBIL score get down due to EMI bounce.

                                I am delayed by paying the emi as my finds were stuck somewhere. I took help and paid it later on. Rcovery agent called me named deepak ([protected]) and threatened me. Later on recived the call from varun ([protected]) and harrassed me. These people do nit listen what consumer is saying. I requested him to talk over email or letter mail but he denied and told me that will continue harassment by making calls. What the hell it is...

                                If you think the agent is not following any of the above mentioned rules, you should file a complaint. Raja said, “if a borrower thinks he is being harassed, he should first approach the bank, and if not satisfied by its response, he should get in touch with the banking ombudsman.”

                                After 2 years, I am standing at the same position. Collectors are still calling and threatened me. They processed unnecessary charges and leave me no funds in account . When these all will be stopped . The lady on the phone told me I have eaten their money. If I would say YES, WHAT WILL YOU DO ? YOU WILL PUT ME BEHIND THE BARS . DO IT . IF YOU WNAT ME TO KILL, KILL ME. I AM VEING HARRASSED ENOUGH. I WANT A COMPENSATION FOR ALL THESE HARRASSMENT TO TEACH THE BANK A LESSON. WE HAVE TO FOLLOW AMERICAN CULTURE WHEN FOLLWOING THEIR STRETEGIES. I NEED COMPENSATION.

                                  I am attaching report of same fyr.

                                  This is very serious problem as i have not taken any loan from capital first and someone misused my document and capital first have sanctioned same without checking.

                                    Hi, am a erstwhile customer of capital first, i have ceased to be a customer since march 2016 when i paid my last emi, but recently they have illegally deducted rs.99 from my sb account. They have been annoying me by sending promo emails and sms messages but i have sent many mail to stop sending me those mails as i dont want to have any relationship with them. Since they crossed the line by illegally debiting money from my sb account i have lodged a consumer case against them. Anybody who is facing similar atrocities from capital first please get in touch with me so we can take legal action against them and help other customers from experiencing similar atrocities from capital first.
