I am a regular customer of capital first, through couple of consumer loans and one pl. No. A9883669
Unfortunately, i need to foreclose the pl, after 13 months, of the 36 months tenure.
I submitted, the foreclosure amount through cheque, on 12.03.18, it was realized on 14/03/18.
I needed the updated statement, on emergency, the same has to be submitted for other purpose., that is the reason, had to close the pl in advance.
But, i am not getting the updated statement, through online, or directly from the hyderabad br. At customer care office.
More over, very ignorable response from the staff, and there is proper professional treatment for the customers, they behave with neglected manner.
If loose this opportunity, because of non submission of the updated statement, the capital first shall take, overall loss occured to me.

The same response, I got from your branch office.
This is really not tolerable, for a non-default, regular customer.
If, the purpose is not resolved in speculated time, there is no use of your service.
At the time of convencing to get the loans, your executives bow their heads, to any extent, once we submit all the required documents and confirmed our acceptance, that's all, they never turn to even answers our calls.
Its not my single, experience, every one who visits at your Br.office at Hyderabad,
My request send some one authorized as vigilance, to get the feed back from the visiting clients at your Br.at Hyderabad.
This is very tough experience, ever had, with any professional institution.
I sincerely, demand, compensation, for frustration and the loss occurred, due the negligence and ignorance of CFL.
