MY Capital First Loan Account No 13718913 i have raised so may complaints regarding extra amount charging on my EMI .but you are not at all responding to mails and calls, it shows how much care you take for your valuable customers .
I have taken vivo v5s as 17, 990/- as advance i have paid 5400/- including processing fee, taxes etc.., in capital first website its shows my loan amount is 19, 539/- and still my loan amount is pending 14, 653/- . while taking my application there said there is no interest on EMI
where my device cost is 17, 990/-
advance i have paid is 5, 400/-
so, 17, 990-5400 = 12, 590/-
I have call to your call Representative (04:42 pm) he can't understanding my problem i have requested him to transfer to manager also but waited me for half an hour and said all are busy, ill call back you within half an hour but still no response from your end . if you are not capable to handle customers please don't provided customer care number for showoff.
And please send me recordings where you have send mail like you were calling me i am not responding for that calls, a call ring will be for 30 sec approx but for your customer care people 1-5sec .
i need clear explanation from your end. as i am sending my mobile bill including iemi number for your further details. so at-least respond for these if you can't handle then transfer my loan to another company.
WHEN I RAISED A COMPLAINT MR. Karthik Iyer (Nodal Desk) PERSON SEND ME DETAILS AND MAILS LIKE BELOW ATTACHMENTS THEY WAITED ME TILL MY FIRST EMI PAYMENT HE SAID IN CALL ILL PERSONALLY REQUESTED TO CONSULT TEAM AND THEY SAID REFUND THE AMOUNT OF INSURANCE BUT NOW NO ONE ARE RESPONDING TO CALLS AND MESSAGES
Why you are wasting my time, and why are you not responding to calls and mails it's all ready completed 1month still how much time you needed. You just say whether it's possible from your side or not after that I know what I should do. you people will not accept your mistakes, you will not respond to customers mails and calls. Last time also I have intaemated you its from you agent mistake. I'll see for one day afterthat also you are not responding or you don't have a capable of handling customers in correct way. please return my loan amount what I paid to you till today. If you are not sending it's up to you from next time you will be not receiving any loan amount from my side &
