Capital first has debited automatically 99 rupees from my iob account without my consent on 29-dec-2017.
I had loan with them which was closed 3 years prior in 2015, and had no current exisisting customer relationship with them.
How are they elgible to access my account without my consent. I immediately need a refund of my money and would not like any further relationship with the company.

I haven't recieved any call from your end anytime in the past few days. I have called your customer care and given my details and requested to clarify my problem and also deactivate whatever card they are mentioning which i never recieved.
Somehow they dont seem to get back on this for so long. How can they be so irresponsible to someones query..??

I definitely need a refund for that so called card which i have never recieved, and for godsake please deactivate it. I would not like to see any further renewal charges from my account

    This is very serious problem as i have not taken any loan from capital first and some one misused my document.

      Sir/mam,
      my loan Num: 11296896, in dec 2017 i have applied a form with cheque and bank details for changing my bank to another bank in R S Puram branch, Coimbatore. In that form they mention from Jan 1, 2018 onwards cheque will be passed in new bank but cheque was passed in old bank thank god i got your msg that pls maintain loan amount in this bank so i transfrred cash to old bank bt in feb i received your msg that loan will be passed to my old bank so i maintained cash in that bank but you have passed checque in my new bank which i given to change in dec. now you have charged me bouce charge of rs.400 how can i pay this was your mistake without information or msg you have passsed loan to that bank i have you msg which says to maintain cash in my old bank account and in you capital first app also shows my old bank details i also mailed this to your email your customer helpline is always busy so i cant reach you via phone pls look into this or i'll make a complaint against your company along with your msg. thank you

        Dear sir,

        My 2 wheeler loan closed more than 2 months ago but still these frauds not provided us noc even no single email regarding closed ac and noc. They are behind us like a dog before taking the loan sending lot of msgs, mails and calls after taken also sending lot of mails, msgs and calls regarding loan repayment remainder at the last after completed and closed loan they are runaway even not providing noc no intimation for closed ac all all dead after closed ac. This fraud financier branch is very far from my place we cant reach their and they have website portal they can easily upload or mail us but they are not interested to provide noc what a frauds. I sent 100 of mails but they are not replied me for single mail see how frauds these peoples these peoples are eating food or what i dont know, really uneducated and unprofessional peoples. And i dont recommend to any one this fraud finace.

            Hello sir/mam,

            My name is dilip kumar sharma registered mobile number is [protected]. I had applied for two consumer durable loan having a/c no 10870488 and 9807426.
            As per my bank statement, i have paid all the emi for both the loans.

            I have been pretty punctual with my timely payments until i was charged twice for the month of june 2017 wherein 2 emi was deducted from my bank account. The extra amount deducted had an adverse effect on my child's education fee for which i had signed a cheque to the school and the same was bounce only because you guys charged me extra without any prior intimation or approval. Post this i had stopped my ecs payments, however, i use to call the loan department in advance for collecting cash and per their suggestion, i paid the rest of my payments via paytm and cash. Records for the same can be presented on request. I would greatly appreciate if you understand my situation being a working-class professional where i can't bear the bounce charges which are not justified from my part as the problem and errors were from the capital first team. Please find twice charged emi pdf below.

            Kindly look into it at the earliest and suggest me the best solution to it. Much thanks!

              My name is thayalini /28.11.1988 and my loan number is (Two wheeler) loan (A/c no.[protected].

              On 5th feb 2018 my first emi suppose to deduct from my sbi account but unfortunately due to low balance it got bounced. So immediately on 7th feb i made online payment via capital first portal and see below confirmation from capital first.

              Now again today 9th feb capital first submitted my cheque again to my bank and again they deducted inr 2300 from my account.

              I had taken loan from Capital First 2 yrs back and was repaid timely. Now they are charging subscription fees annually which is debited from my bank account without my consent. I think this is not correct and should be stopped by the company immediately.

                        DEAR CAPITAL FIRST,
                        MY Capital First Loan Account No 13718913 i have raised so may complaints regarding extra amount charging on my EMI .but you are not at all responding to mails and calls, it shows how much care you take for your valuable customers .
                        I have taken vivo v5s as 17, 990/- as advance i have paid 5400/- including processing fee, taxes etc.., in capital first website its shows my loan amount is 19, 539/- and still my loan amount is pending 14, 653/- . while taking my application there said there is no interest on EMI

                        where my device cost is 17, 990/-
                        advance i have paid is 5, 400/-

                        so, 17, 990-5400 = 12, 590/-

                        I have call to your call Representative (04:42 pm) he can't understanding my problem i have requested him to transfer to manager also but waited me for half an hour and said all are busy, ill call back you within half an hour but still no response from your end . if you are not capable to handle customers please don't provided customer care number for showoff.
                        And please send me recordings where you have send mail like you were calling me i am not responding for that calls, a call ring will be for 30 sec approx but for your customer care people 1-5sec .
                        i need clear explanation from your end. as i am sending my mobile bill including iemi number for your further details. so at-least respond for these if you can't handle then transfer my loan to another company.

                          On 1-2-2018 i received a call from capital first. That lady asked me to pay the february month emi on 1-2-2018 itself even within half an hour from her call, which is payable on 5 of every month. Even without telling me the reason for the prepayment and also asked me to submit a cancelled cheque and ecs form to them. I also asked for a e mail for this document issue but they did not sent that to me. As per the confirmation i paid the emi on 1-2-2018 itself. Then on 2-2-2018 i received a text regarding the emi again so i called the customer care of capital first the then i got to know that they have marked that as the excess amount instead of marking that as the february month emi and when i asked them that i[censored] were going to mark that as excess then why did u guys asked to the emi that same day then they were like that any call u receive regarding the emi u just need to pay it on time only. If this was so then why did they demanded the emi on 1-2-2018, i wanna know the exact reason why did they asked me to pay the emi on 1-2-2018. Also now they are about to deduct the payment by the cheque given to them by me, why so? When i have already paid for it then why should i chase you guys and why should i cordinate with u. You guys are responsible for this # not i. I want a proper answer for this and reason also. Customer care have messaged me a ticket no. 06483092 and my loan no. Is 13442506.

                            I have applied loan in the name of jitendra patel ressidence sanwer, indore. I have applied loan at your branch office indore and submitted all the legal documents at my end. The dt. Of 30 jan. I have received the call at your branch & said the submit the stamp duty 7500+1000 cashat branch office indore the call officer surendra yadav said that your loan approved & also the disbursement soon. But today they said that your loan has been cancelled due to property legal issues. Why they are do that i dont understand. Please look into the matter at your end & give me satisfactory reason at your end. After one month they told that the property are not legal its very terrible.

                              Today I got a message from them saying that ur complaint is resolved ... I don't who the he'll resolved that without even having a concern regarding the same .. they did not even tried to resolve it by a call or by asking that what is the issue and they are marking it as resolved .. who the ### do that . What a low class 3rd grade service they are serving to their customers. I did all the things which they asked me to do and it's been more then 1.5 day i did not received evn a single call from their end and they are marking my issue as resolved ... I want a proper reply from u guys by making a CALL TO me ... not like this. Did u guys get that or no.? I have attached the screenshot also of the message which I received today from them.

                                As am the LOAN holder of capitalfirst an the LOAN number is 9794442 and I have paid my every month of EMI on before the date, as my back account is closed so i have paid emi through PAYTM and also paid using capital login id and once I got bounce charges and I paid that 400 bounce charges but still I got a notice from court saying that I didn't paid amount. I want my charges wave off... Every time am getting calls from that them and speaking ### and mentally harrasing me to pay the extra charges. I have submitted my bank statements for the proof and still they didn't solve my problem and I tried to explain the lady who called me from court and she's telling me to shut and keep the call. Their is no fault frm my end then why should I pay extra amount and is that the way she spoke to customers.

                                  I admit that i have missed on my emi since my father in law is suffering from cancer, it does not mean that capital first is my superior. My due date is 5th of every month, due to sudden medical expenses i missed on my emi, i get calls everyday from capital first and it is not once the call comes in difference of every half hour. I swear on my family it is mental harrasment to me. Second thing i have promised to pay the emi on 31st since its my payout day, i am also a student, there was a day i was writing my test and this guys kept on calling me continously. They don't have a track of conversation happened with customer on previous call they ask each question everytime. On sunday i. E 28/01/2018 "farooque" from capital first call me and he was so rude. I am trapped under capital first, i asked farooque to pass on the call to senior or sme and he stated that no one is available, how the monitor the customer queries when there is no senior on floor? Today i received call and i asked what percentage are they charging as penalty, the reply i got is that they cannot disclose that which as per me means that they dont have standard charges. If i am not getting informtion on call, then what are the consumer tax amount i am paying?

                                  The calls are really irritating, i know it is system generated calls but then why they ask same questions and argue. I know that i owe to them, it just makes me realizing that i am facing financial issues. Its a mental harrasment and irritating too. I want help guys come on. I[censored]s citizen can get right then why can't we raise the voice.

                                  I know its my mistake that i missed out on emi, but i got reason too. Every time new advisor call me and asks the same question and when i ask about last converstion they have no idea.

                                  I submited my complaint today amd again I received call stating pay the EMI. Ibonow my outstanding they just keep on telling one same thing and starts arguing and they are not willing to provide any information regarding customer escalation. They dont have any track of customer conversations. I am really stressed and fed up of this calls. "Mueen" from capital first called and stated that precious advisor informed him thatvi am not gonna pay the EMI. Which is wrong or miss guidance. The just keeps on saying one thing.Secondly, the call volumes are so high that I was talking with mueen and I was also getting call from another number from capital first. Its the irritation we pay 17% of consumer tax l. Is that for hearing and irritations from this guys?

                                  They also send SMS explaining the same. Which straightly means that customer is totally trapped.

                                    This is to inform you that, i have purchased a scooty of tvs (Jupiter) on emi from om tvs (
                                    J-1, thokar no. 4, kalindi kunj rd ·[protected] and the financer is capital first (Capital first limited. One indiabulls centre, tower 2a & 2b, 10th floor, senapati bapat marg, lower parel (West), mumbai - 400 013. Boardline : +[protected].

                                    I (Mohammad alam) have already confirmed the details from dealer (Om tvs) regarding date change of due dates of emi. They told me that i will be able to change the date at any point of time. I can change the date of emi to any flexible date according to my financial condition.

                                    Once i got the approval from capital first that loan amount of inr 49000 and the first emi was due to on 5th of feb 2017 and i was not aware of it because i was told from dealer it will be debited between 7th to 10th of every month, so it got bounced and i had to pay bounce charges to bank, capital first along with penalty.

                                    I have tried to contact capital first on the same day however i was not able to do the same after so many emails and unsuccessful calls somehow i managed to connect with them but they have clearly denied to change the date and every month i have to bare the penalty changers of capital first and bank account as well and till now it has been resolved on top of that there are charging and sending messages and emails of due amounts. When i make the payment in advance they still charge from that bank account saying that they will adjust in next emi date.

                                    This is my humble request to you people to help me with this to change the dates of my emi and i have attached few references of email screenshots and posts on facebook and also find the below details of request.

                                    Current details:

                                    Emi start date: 5th feb, 2017
                                    Emi end date: 5th of jan, 2019
