I used instacred for Flipkart voucher of 16999 rupees. I applied morning 14 July 2019. now my problem is that I have not got the gift cards in time when I need it. Flipkart is having mobile sale these days upto 18 July . but I called customer care of capital first they said 5 days for voucher to update. hence i told them I don't need its too late.then he replied to mail on [protected]@flexmoney.in but no update from mail too. I want to cancel because it's too late to buy . please help

    I've cleared my capital first loan in august 2016 and for the same i've received no due certificate from capital first.

    However, on 29th december capital first deducted 99 rs without any intimation. As i don't have any intimation from capital first and my balance was low in my saving account, ecs got bounce and bank charged me 2 times for ecs return.

    This is totally fraud. How can capital first deduct amount from customer's account? I've attached my bank statement to your reference.

    I want my money refund.

      I am ashish and i took a loan from capital first for two wheeler and i paid my first emi on dec 5. On 27 dec i got a message that 118 rs has been deducted from my account, which was completely horrible, after checking my transaction with the bank i tried to get in touch with capital first via call, as they didn't respond my email. Again they are telling that i will get call back in 7-8 working days.

        Capital first has now started fradaulent activities by submitting the ecs after issuing noc against the paid loan.
        This has to be taken to the higher authority and ombudsman so that they can stop doing this. It's also very strange the customer care number is not responding and getting disconnected every times. Head's and nodal's mail id's has been wiped off from the websites.
        It's very painful and bad experience i had felt when capital first has submitted ecs and deducted amount from my bank account directly after being all the loan amount has been repaid 7 months earlier and issued noc.
        Now it's very scary moment that i myself has no control and capital first can submit any value to my account and deduct. I m not finding any solution rather than to deactivate my saving bank account.

          Hi team,

          My loan # is 12412387 & 12417925. I do not have any late payments on my loan. I have also cleared 4 payments of your loan. Today i am surprised to see that my card (Card# 4977198), has been temporarily blocked for no reason. When i contacted capital one customer care, the customer care agent and the supervisor spoke very rudely, they do not have any answer other than "blocked for internal purposes for 90 days". I need an answer, i need my card activated, i am in need of another consumer product. Kindly help to activate my card asap. As you have noticed i have no late payments on my loans. Im wondering why is my card blocked

            Hello,

            I got a call on 21st december, 2017 at 5:25 pm from [protected] number regarding the overdue amount of my loan account number 12281763. The person name was praful and i had a verbal dispute with him. He was an ill-mannered person and don't know how to talk with the customers. Your collection team calls us thrice a day asking about the same thing about the installment which i had already cleared to one of them that i will be paying the installment the next month but still these people are calling us again and again.

            Regarding that man praful, i want an action should be taken against that person as he tortured me mentally, harassed me and frustrated me. He firstly called my mother and keeping my mother in conference and than called me. Is this the way to treat the customer? This is how your agency deals with the customer.

            I called your customer support team and talked with sarvesh, he filed a complaint against him and he assured me that i will be getting a revert back from your company with the action against that person praful and your collection team won't be calling us again from the next day but till now they are calling us thrice a day and even on sunday. I visited your office today (27th december, 2017) and saw that your team haven't even processed my complaint yet.

            I got a call today (31st december, 2017 sunday) from at. On sunday you call the customers. I filed one more complaint on customer. [protected]@capitalfirst.com email address and till now i haven't got any response from your company. I haven't seen such a bad company, support, service of any company. Nobody knows solution for the query. Worst loan agency i have seen in my life. You should close your company as you don't know what professionalism is.

            Now let me clear you my points:

            Firstly these calls should be stopped from your end and won't happen this thing again in the future and secondly if you won't be taking any action against that person praful, i'll be going to the consumer court for this bad behaviour & mental torture from your agency.

            I want a revert back from you on my phone number - [protected] asap.

              The loan ac no was 3380546 which i have cleared all the loan. Please go through the noc attached in the mail. Now my complaint is that why rs. 99 was deducted from my bank account. I have also attached my bank statement.

              As you mentioned in Consumer complaint site that your team want to contact with me in my no [protected] but your are not able to reach in this no.

              But I got an text message from capital ft that the deducted amount will credited in my bank ac within one working days. Now my concern is why you deducted my money from my saving A/C after clearing all the loan amount almost 8 months ago?
              I hope this will not happen again as I have no new pending loan or any terms with you and also I have NOC paper after the cleared loan. I shall be highly obliged if you are take this necessary action regarding this mistake.

                With reference to the above i had taken business loan from capital first in july 2016 but due to poor market conditions i am unable to pay the same for last three months due to which there is constant harrasment of recovery agents at my place from your end. Recovery agents have started contacting my friends and relatives and asking them to pay for which i have voice recording also, which is damaging my reputation in the market. Recently my relatives have received call from your call centre number[protected] and asking them to pay for which i have voice recording also.                   My self keetham kiran. I am grateful that capital first has sanctioned me loan on my urgent requirement. But i received net disbursed amount of rs 292965/- instead of receiving rs 294965/- difference of rs 2000/- as they charged insurance amount rs 6900 where as it showing clearing in records it's is rs 4900

                  Kindly look in to this and please do the need ful by crediting remaining rs 2000 in to my account asap.

                      My capital first card is blocked due to bounce of one month's emi on november but this month's emi was paid on time. My card is still blocked when i paid my current emi on time and customer care told me to wait for 90 days to get my card unblocked.                           I bought mobile and television from capital first finance. And its emmy the 5th of the month is debited from the bank. But no debit in december 2017. While there was balance in my bank account. And capital first does mess me up. Your amy has bounced. And charges me 400 + 400 + 400 + 400 = 1600.
                          And by emailing it, bounce charges which i have imposed to me, make the app reverse.

                          So capital first tells me after 8 days. This is because of the bank's hawks,

                            I have applied for foreclosure statement on 8 th december 2017 and till date i didn't get any statement for the same. I put mail on 8 th december 2017 because if i mail them before 8 th of any month their fix answer is sir system is not yet updated. Yesterday also i had words with capital first customer care that time they said you will get statement in next 15 days but i asked them that when i am genuinely paying your money back why you are delaying me. Answer was air it's our company policy. It means they will give me statement by 29 th or odd... And again they will charge next months emi also.. It's a trap. They are purposely not providing me foreclosure letter. Kindly help me out to resolve this matter. Such companies are really crap. I also have total voice recording of incident as a proof. Even they said that they didn't get any mail from me. I am attaching mail copies of mine and there reply too.

                              Dear sir

                              I have loan account no[protected] and mobile no - [protected] has deposited in my account before my emi due on 5th december 2017..

                              But on 5th december till noon 11:35am my emi was not banked by you from my account no - [protected]..

                              So i paid mannually in your website on that date.. Ref no - l[protected]

                              Because of bear any bounce charge..

                              But today i recieved a message in mobile from you, my emi is bounced and deposited full amount with bounce charge 400.. And again another charge of 400.. Total 800.

                              Please help me,, i can't pay any bounce charge, where as i already paid the amount on that date..

                              Please waive me from this charge..

                              I also attached the proof of my bank account statement and emi paid reference no

                                  My card number is 4064888 has been temperiorly blocked without any reason.when I call the customer care they telling that wait for a 1 month your card automatically activate. I m waiting a 2 months but my card is not active.what is the reason pls ask him. No late payment no bounce. Pls activate my card I hope capital first trusted company.

                                    I have applied for the loan in capital first, after dialing to there customer care number they are not responding and disconnected call.

                                    My concern is to change payment mode from ecs to online payment because it's a very genuine problem. My everyone salary gets credit 7th of every month soi am ready to pay delay charges but i wanted to change payment mode or else ecs should be presented on 7th. Please help consumer forum team because i belong to a middle-class family and i cant effort late payment charges and the bounce charges. Please help help..

                                      I took consumer durable loan in the month of April 2017, emi was deducting 5th of every month.
                                      This is the first time facing such problem with capital fest, though i have sufficient balance in my account, the emi is not deducted. to day i received a SMS that lone amount is bounced. there is no overdue. And i am not ready to pay any kind of additional charges...

                                        emi card received even without applying for card

                                        I received a emi card from capital first by courier. I did not apply for any card still the company has sent me the card. After that, they deducted rs590 from my bank account. How can they deduct without any intimation approval? What the hell they are doing and harassing people by this. I want my deducted money back and i do not want any card as such. How can they send the card and how they got my details....
