    I had a loan with capital first which i foreclosed and paid the whole amount. I received the foreclosure letter and the receipt of the payment from the company agent 'shankar lal choudhary'. When i asked for the noc he said it will be processed and i will receve it soon. Now its been a year and i am circling around the capital first branch in man upasana tower, c-scheme, jaipur, rajasthan with no solution to my problem. Mr. Hitesh ji (Two wheeler loan manager) is asking me for money to process my noc. I should and i will file a lawsuit against this company as i think this matter is now out of my hand. I request you sir to please follow my request as this mail is my last hope or now on i will send a legal notice to the company.

      I took a loan from capital first of 32249rs for a hp laptop on dec 2017. It was suppose to deduct 2688rs every month for 12months, starting from 5th jan 2018.

      On 16th jan 2018 again some charges was debited from my account.

      Capitalfl_mndtvrfchgs_jan-16 118.00

      I need to know the reason and want my money back.
      As it was communicated to be interest free loan on the purchase of the laptop.

      Once resolved this should not happen
      Again in future.

        My loan was approved on 10th Jan 2018. loan Num is[protected] but till not anybody not come to home for documents. i already tried lots of times but does not getting satisfy ans form them side.

        i also tried with contact to them office but does not give me good manner ans from them office.

        i[censored] r not give me loan then just say only NO but dnt make to us fool. daily 5 times connect to helpline num but they are not resolved to my complains.

          My loan (#4843916, #5694480) i do not have any late payments on my loan.Today i am see that my card (Card# 2908186), has been temporarily blocked . When i contacted capital one customer care, the customer care agent and the supervisor spoke very rudely, they do not have any answer other than "blocked for internal purposes for 90 days" but this time is left . I need an answer, i need my card activated, i am in need of another consumer product. Kindly help to activate my card asap. As you have noticed i have no late payments on my loans. Im wondering why is my card blocked.

            With reference of trail mail, I would like to inform you that, I had already raised complaints 3 times to your call center for the purpose of no communication done at your end (i.e. executive shall come to pick my documents).

            But still date no any person contacting via email, phone or etc. and customer care executive always given surety for prompt pick up services.

            so do the needful step or action for that purpose, due to so poor service.

              This is regarding loan emi payment for home credit.
              On 3/11/2017, i was suppose to send
              Rs 1, 656/- to home credit (Loan# 4469929). But by mistake i had made a payment to capital first. On further investigation i was confirmed by capital first team that the payment has been credited successfully with loan# 4469929 and not ready to reverse the payment made.

                Hi, i have taken finance support for two split ac's but got delivered
                By only one hence i informed the concern team (Store & finance executive)
                To cancel for one ac but later i realized that i have been charged for two ac's.
                After several remainder and mail escalation there was no any support and call back regarding this issues,
                Since future capital was switch over as capital first hence my case was taken by the collection team
                To pay & close the loan account. After i explained all the things still
                None of them intervene in this case to close. But past 8 months i used to be ennumber of calls also visite dthe office too.
                Also myself start follow up with your collection team often and visited the office couple of time but no one was given a clear picture of the case and not ready to resolve too.
                Even though had con-call with collection team & recovery legal team no further conclusion to close the case.

                I already got penalized by holding these loans case now i need to take it up the higher level peoples intervention to resolve on top priority. Please do the needful and help / suggest to close it at the earliest.

                  Capital first — misused my documents and taken loan for other against my name

                  Hi,

                  This is very serious issue. Recently, i have applied home loan. From bank verification, one two wheeler loan is taken against my name with my proof on january 2014. The loan taken for other person using my documents.

                  I got surprised when bank was doing inquiring about this. I found this issue through cibil report.

                  Now, i am legally filing this case with proper approval.

                    I have taken personal loan of 200000 from capital first for 20% rate of interest and i got principal amount only 193000 and again they told i have taken 209137 rs i dono y and on jan 2018 i paid my first emi 9295 and now they saying 3473 is loan amount and 5875 is interest per month wherein it has to 5875 a loan amount and interest should be 3473 and per month interest i have to pay only 42000 now they are asking me to pay 73000 o think we should inform to media then we should give a complaint against this fraud company...

                        I had initiated a request for a loan on capital first's app. It said they will get back to me shortly after some approvals. Its been around 2 weeks but theres no reply from them.

                          An amount of rs.99- has been drawn out of my sb account with hdfc bank, r t nager branch, bengaluru under reference.
                          Capital first[protected] 29 dec 2017.
                          The above debit is unauthorized and illegal as i have presently no customer relation ship whatsoever with capital first.in the consumer complaints forum i see similar complaints from several members. So the irregularity seems wide spread. I seek immediate refund. I wonder how they were able to electronically initiate a debit transaction in my account!!

                            Hi team,

                            I would like to get this to your notice that i have requested for a foreclosure letter and they send the loan track statement on that basis i have submitted the dd for rs. 187870/- and plus and cheque for rs. 15000/- some change. I bounced the cheque is bcoz as per the statement i gave the dd as they asked me pay extra i did a stop cheque.

                            Today after 2 months they have gone ahead and debited my emi for rs. 7086/-. But when i call the customer service number[protected] wherein i spoke to sunny sharma he said they have a excess amount of approx 160000/- and when i have asked them to refund the amount he said i will send the foreclosure letter to you but when i said no to it, he disconnected the call. After that i spoke to rashid shaikh and spoke to floor manager sunil pillai also spoke to sunil’s manager he said that they can't refund the amount and it will be there on the account and emi will go automatically every month but when need him understand that i'm ready to pay the emi every month and transfer the excess amount back to my icici account they dening to do so.

                            I have taken a loan amount of rs. 250000/- and as per the loan track statement rs. 178924.34/- for 05/10/2017 is the amount so that means as mentioned above i gave a dd for 187870/- which means it's a excess amount i paid.

                            I want you as a team to either get a refund of the excess amount or adjust the amount with my remaining balance bcoz as the customer service i was told that without the foreclosure letter noone from the bank should accept the dd.

                            Need the amount back in my account asap.

                                  My issue is still not resolved by capital first team and just i received a call from capital first and the person told he will check and revert back but after that no one called me up and am getting mail showing that my issue has been resolved. Kindly look to my case which has mention earlier also and disburse my remaining rs 2000 and i even provided proofs in earlier mail's for my difference amount.. Hopefully i am expecting it will resolved this time.

                                    Capital first has now started fradaulent activities by submitting the ecs after issuing noc against the paid loan.
                                    This has to be taken to the higher authority and ombudsman so that they can stop doing this. It's also very strange the customer care number is not responding and getting disconnected every times. Head's and nodal's mail id's has been wiped off from the websites.
                                    It's very painful and bad experience i had felt when capital first has submitted ecs and deducted amount from my bank account directly after being all the loan amount has been repaid 2 years earlier and issued noc.
                                    Now it's very scary moment that i myself has no control and capital first can submit any value to my account and deduct. I m not finding any solution rather than to deactivate my saving bank account.

                                      Capital first has worst customer service in bangalore. No proper response for the customer and they dont reveal the exact information to customers regarding the loans.

                                      They have deducted excess emi from my account even after closing the loan. There is no response from nodal office too. Totally not satisfied with their service.

                                      Response to customers in person is not at all good in kormangala branch, bangalore location. They had failed to provide the exact information regarding the closure of loan.

                                      They are in intention for extending the interest payments from customers.

                                        My name is Venugopal CN my agreement number is 5510419 which i had purchased a samsung led tv and due to demonetisation problems icant able to deposit money into my account one month then it becomes a due and on the 3rd day of due i remitted it in the bank then you charged rs.800 as penalty i also did that through my bank. Now my loan has been finished about 6 months now but still my easy buy card is blocked when i contacted customer care they said internal policy i got the no due certificate from you which the deal was closed successfully whithout any dues they said 90 days will be taken but now days crosses help me to resolve my probelm to continue service with you
