I (Jagdish lakhani) have received a message from capital first on dated 24/05/2018 against a/c no. 2172011 that an amount of rs. 2800 has to be paid from my side, but there is nothing pending from my side and cce asked me that its pending from 2014 and there was not any pendency of any amount from my side, neither i got any message from there, kindly take necessary action and let us know, waiting for positive response from your side.

      We both are not having any blood relation to having secondary applicant for the above loan from Capital First.

      I am not responsible for outstanding amount of Rs. 3.94 as i was not received any amount from your Bank.

      I am suffering badly for not getting any loans from other banks with this wrong reporting in my CIBIL.

      Could you kindly investigate and remove the loan outstanding particulars in my CIBIL report.

          i am facing issue regarding this loan status.
          hi, dint recieve any call. but still wait for, please do the needful to resolve the issue on urjent basis.

          beacuase of this i am unable to process any other facilities from bank.

              I m just requesting to capital first that my first loan is successfully repaid and i want noc of it of clearance

              And second loan is different which i m repaying on time

              Due to this noc issue i m suffering several illness not getting sleep on time several medicine i had to take due to this tension

                  Hi iam sai kiran pawar my loan number is c6984557 actually in november my grandpa was passed on 4th so suddenly i went for village and i forgot to deposit emi money in my account so on the day 5th nov morning i remembered suddenly that i forgot to deposit money in account then i some how managed money transferring and paid emi on 5th nov morning but i received text's that i got two cheque bounces i just want to ask i paid emi on same day then how cheque bounces and that too everymonth my emi deduct i too paid on that day only i.                             My emi due on every month 2nd. You people saying that amount will be auto debited from account. After 3, 4 days you people call and asking me to pay through online. Meanwhile you people charge 400/- for late charges. My question is money will be auto debited or i have to pay through online. Even your customer care executives also doesn't know about this. On may 2nd 2018 money hasn't debited from my account and receiving call from capital first that my check was bounced. I have maintained sufficient balance so there is no chance of check bouncing. I have mailed bank statements to nodal officer but yet no response from them. When i called to customer care she was speaking rudely with me. She even doesn't know how money will be debited and arguing with me. This is how you treat customers. You taught me good lesson not to take loan from you.
