I have never taken any loan from capital first but still they are sending me reminders, this is irritating.
This needs to be stopped.

    My card limit was 50420 and the card was unblock I had change my mobile number every where it was time to change in capital first unfortunately i was success in changing it but after changing my number my card limit came down to 0 had called customer care no proper response wrote more the 10mails no response. Is the kind of service you give to your customers.?

      My loan account no 11655316 is paid already last dues and bounce charges and verify costomar care person no any extra charges paid next. So dated 27/05/18 Rs 400 debit my account without my permission. So many time call to costomar care person but do not any complent received and do not satisfy my answer. So refund my amount immediately otherwise I raise the complaint consumer court.

          Iam santosh chavan(pre vilage customer) of Capital First ltd & My PL.ID [protected].I got a call frm, your company for saction of loan Amt on minimum doc, your exe mr Vinod yadav m.no-[protected] .collect documents fr me, by signing loan agreement before any surety & also take a blank cheque, on Capital first ltd from me, after that they gave me a fake reason, of ROI, for not to issue . My question is that, if you sactioned & assured, & YOUR LOAN IS APPROVED . then why is the 2nd reason for reject the loan & why u r took documents from us, if you r not sure for loan, its a cheating .Make it clear &confirm for loan &then pic documents . (by signing blank cheque from us, in future its used for any mis used so who will be responsible for this .

            This is regarding my loan account number: 15479929.

            I have an issue with my interest rate, first i got message from capital first you have selected one pre-approved loan offer with 13% interest rate after processed the all primary things i credited loan amount with interest rate 19.5%.

            I raised lot complaints and called to capital first customer care but no one properly guide to me. every time they are speaking same thing no one help to me. it is almost 13 days ago still no one response to my complaint.

              Hi,
              I had got a personal loan for INR 1, 058, 480/- dated 18th May 2018. This loan involved take over of my existing loan from Citibank and foreclose the Citibank loan.
              I received a cheque from Capital one to Citibank with no proper loan account no mentioned on the cheque. it was mentioned as Citibank NA A/C LXX-STX-731X603. This was completely wrong and they did not even bother to have the correct loan A/C no mentioned.
              The cheque was returned back to captial first and requested for the corrected cheque. Till date i did not get it for the past two weeks.
              Now i am paying EMI to Captial first for the amount i have not received and also continue to pay Citibank.
              i have knocked on every door in capital first but no updates till date. I would like to request the consumer forum to help me out on this fraud case from Captial one.

                Today i got a call from unknown number of [protected] and she not even told her name and said u have pending emi i said what should i do she suddenly started shouting at me and said pay money and get lost when i immediately called her back she is avoiding my calls continuously and at last answered i asked her to give her manager the mobile or else i will go to police station she suddenly started shouting and said are you scaring me do whatever you want and get lost so iam expecting apology from same person from same phone number and also please take action if any as i received a call from unauthorized phone number or personal number not from the company

                  This is sunil kumar singh from noida, i'm suffering lots of problem from your side. I think capital first it's fraud company because i have done 6463 amount (Ref no nsp[protected]) 06/05/2018 by online manual payment on capital first website and second amount deducted from my account 6463 amount 07/05/2018.

                  I contact to customer care and i informed all details about my refund payment which on deducted from my account. You executive told me within a week amount will be refunded but still, i didn't get that amount so team kindly refund my money as soon as possible and the bank statement and manual payment invoice.

                  If you can't solve my problem i'll take legal action sure so plz minded.

                        I had financed consumer durable loan from capital first, wherein due to some medical issue in my family i am unable to make payment of current month emi and i promised them i will make payment of 2months emi in a june'18 with all late payment charges and bounce charges.

                        But these stupid people are ruining my life as well as of my family. Comming at him and creating fought in flat for just rs 1890/-.

                        Please do not finance any commodity from capital first because these people are not a customer-centric just they are ruin people if you fail to make payment in your bad times.

                        I get calls from number[protected] daily morning, afternoon and night for the payment and then we have loads of pressure of work to collect money and they will say "awkad nai he to loan kyu liya". They will use abusing words in front of family.

                        Grievance team please look into same and give us time to make payment till 7th of june with all lpc charges will do the needful. If not possible then to inform so that consumer forum will take on same.

                          Collection agents are very bad in behaviour and two agent whose name is Divya and Sara from Chakala Branch they talk to customer like they are the owner of the company and they have given loan from their pocket and treat customer like poor class and the wasy of talking is very pathetic.I do have audio recording for their behaviour and will surely go to consumer court.Is this the way how to treat your customer capital first and government as not given you any rights to talk in pathetic manner with customer.

                            This is to bring to you notice that i have received the following message yesterday -

                            An amt of rs.1600 is overdue on your loan account 287474 towards penal charges. Debit for rs.1600 will happen on 30th may18 from your bank account-capitalfirst

                            I would like to inform you that i have never taken a loan from your company and infact this is the first time im hearing about your company!
                            I have not authorised any payments to anyone so kindly look into this and apprehend the fraud person (S) who are doing this as i have seen posts from other consumers regarding this same issue and it seems like you guys have not taken any action so far!

                              Hi,

                              I had taken loan rs. 36500/- in july 2015 for eight month emi.
                              All my emi deduct same date of every month. All emi had been completed successfully. But yesterday i got message that "bounce charges overdue of rs. 800". I had taken loan in 2015 and now i got message in 2018.

                              All emi completed successfully. I don't understand how it is possible. It is completely fraud. When i call customer care, customer care department told me you had deposit the cash amount rs. 3042 in 20th october 2015 whenever your cheque had bounced.

                              I am mention all detail regarding this complain. Please take action against capital first.

                                I (Jagdish lakhani) have received a message from capital first on dated 24/05/2018 against a/c no. 2172011 that an amount of rs. 2800 has to be paid from my side, but there is nothing pending from my side and cce asked me that its pending from 2014 and there was not any pendency of any amount from my side, neither i got any message from there, kindly take necessary action and let us know, waiting for positive response from your side.

                                  An amt of Rs.400 is overdue on your Loan account 3713676 towards penal charges.Debit for Rs.400 will happen on 30th May18 from your bank account-CapitalFirst"
                                  This message came today on my phone. As i have no current loan and no due left so i would like the immediate authority to look into this matter.
                                  In latest i have bought a hp laptop by capital first finance at emi of Rs2500 amd that has been completed in 2016. Now this messege by Capital first puts me into worry.
                                  Please look into this matter and try to solve within 30th of may.

                                    This is to bring your kind notice that an amount of Rs. 3.94 Lakhs showing as written-off against personal loan a/c no. 182366 as JOINT HOLDER from Capital First in my CIBIL report.

                                    I was not availed any personal loan and I had never received any loan amount from Capital First and also received any communications on this.

                                    When I enquired with that bank, I came to know that I was an secondary applicant and primary applicant was Mr. Mekha Hari Krishna.
                                    We both are not having any blood relation to having secondary applicant for the above loan from Capital First.

                                    I am not responsible for outstanding amount of Rs. 3.94 as i was not received any amount from your Bank.

                                    I am suffering badly for not getting any loans from other banks with this wrong reporting in my CIBIL.

                                    Could you kindly investigate and remove the loan outstanding particulars in my CIBIL report.

                                        i am facing issue regarding this loan status.
                                        hi, dint recieve any call. but still wait for, please do the needful to resolve the issue on urjent basis.

                                        beacuase of this i am unable to process any other facilities from bank.
