I took a re himalayalan motorcycle via capital finance from royal enfield st. Marys kaloor branch, ernakulam dist., kerala. The lady staff from capital finance in the royal enfield showroom told i have to sign a lot of pages to get the finance amount prosseced.
While signing pages i saw a "hdfc life" page in between the form, when i asked the lady told me it is to get your amount (Emi amount) forwarded. Nearly 2 weeks after i got one postal "hdfc life" insurance paid bill\paper.
Actually the capial first finance made this without my knowledge.

After collecting temp documents for registration from RE showroom, they told i have to get seals from capital first finance's office or from where ever i have got my finance done so i contacted the capital first the lady staff and asked whether i have to go to main office or RE showroom to get the seal, the capital first staff told to come to RE showroom .
When i went to showroom the capital first staff did came my mom was waiting with the papers in showroom for 20-30 mins, even after waiting the capital first staff did not came . After sometime the a staff from RE showroom told i do not have to wait & they sealed the pages.
" The Staff was over all cheating because even after i contacted and went there the staff told it is OK you can come and she will seal the papers ."

    This is mohammad arshad u capital first team can't solve the problems of the customers i have intimated u last 6 months ago means 180 days that my card has been blocked for no reason what is internal policy u team don't no the meaning of internal policy at least u don't respond u say with a simple word saying doesn't match the criteria then y come did u approved for my loan paying the emi in time is my mistake i shud not pay u in time u believe who cheat the people bcoz u team r also cheaters i have 2 loans paying u in time my mobile number is [protected]

    Again u have stated me with a simple word saying internal policy card has been blocked it saying to wait for 90 days i alrdy said u that i waited for 180 days means 6months bt it's unblocked i don't need any loan from u i will just clear the remaining amount bajaj finserv serves the man better than urs unblock my card or else i just clear the loan and quit u don't knew the meaning of internal policy blocked ur sitting in front of a computer and saying wat the system gives u u don't xplain k anyhow send my completed loan to cibil higher authority to maintain my cibil score i don't have any cheque bounces understand

      From november to till date i am continues following my fraud overdue charges and emi fraud case by your collection agency, i ignored all now i have paid all full amount without any settlement and i am continues following with your customers care and nodal officer with mail or on phone number they are giving mee before this and that day time but still i have not got response whether my fully paid loan is clear or not i have not received any noc still,

        This is jharna mukherjee, registrar mobile no - [protected] & dob is[protected].

        Month of february i paid all the emi online as per your customer care executive told me to pay because your system not deduct from my account automatically.

        But on 16th of feb your system charged 400 for bounce where my account had sufficient money on that day.

        I mailed them with my account statements many times but they didn't reply.

          Dear team,

          This is in regards of samsung led fraud loan approved even i denied for that by electrowave, scf 1093, morigate, manimajra - chadigarh.

          Product name: samsung 32"led tv
          Loan account no. 13906717
          Below case already discussed with : mr. Gaurav - [protected] @ capitial first

          Brief history of case: i was given an offer that, i only needs to pay only 2000 in advance and will get samsung 32" led on installments. When i went for taking the delivery at shop they said my loan is not getting approved and i need to pay 2000 more in total : 4000. I said, i only came here because of you promised me that by paying 2000 i can get led.

          I am a labor class person. Could not afford 4000, but some how i managed and arrange 4000 from my friends. I took the delivery of led tv and came back home.

          After few days they said still they didn't get the confirmation of loan approval and for that i need to pay one installment in cash in advance then loan will get approved and now in total it was 2000 + 2000 + 2450 = 6450. (They internally got loan approved their self without my consent)

          I refuse to pay 6450 in total in advance and informed them that i am not going to pay this and just take your led back as i am no more intrusted in loan don't approve it. I returned my led to them and even they ate my 4000 rupees.

          It is so frustrating and mentally harassment, i am very fed-up now and writing this email so that appropriate actions can be taken and some refund out of 4000 can be refunded back to me.

          I hereby requesting you to higher authority to look into this matter and do the needful please.

              I took a consumer loan from just dial. Loan no 12626464. I am paying all the emis on time. The loan is still active. The company raised a complaint in my cibil account and showing a balance. The last date of payment is also wrongly updated. This company has a very bad updation in such accounts. I lodged a complaint earlier also but these people do nothing. They call and ask the issue then promise to solve the same with in two days. After that the complaint is closed but nothing happens. I am complaining third time about the same issue.
              I request to lokk inti the matter strictly.

                Very worst customer service. Need to wait for more than 20 minutes to contact customer service and there is no toll free number also. If connected also they are not resolving the issues. Very very worst customer satisfaction. No update nothing. Rate of interest they are charging for all types of loan are extremely very high. Unknowingly got trapped. Don't know what to do with this worst service and high rate of interest.

                  Due to insufficient balance in my account my emi was bounced on 4th april 2018.
                  Then i got a call from customer care department regarding the same to pay through paytm so i paid the emi amount with the penalty charges through paytm.
                  In the evening i got a message from bank that my emi got deducted. Which i had already paid through paytm.

                    I got a sms few days ago that my capital card has blocked due to some internal reason where as not a single cheque has bounce but i paid excess emi last month for wrong information of capitals executive.

                    She called me to pay emi online on 5th, and assured me that those emi will not charged form bank... But still at night all emi was charged which i paid earlier online.

                    I called many times to their customer care... I send many mails also... Still there is no responce from the capital first. Also they not providing a proper reason that why my card had blocked.

                    Now i have to purchase a product from a store and they told me that my card has blocked
                    But i have to purchase this product very urgently.

                    So please give a solution for this.
                    Am taking loan from capital first that not mean they have do this kind of thing. So pleas give a proper solution through mail at your earlier.

                    one of their executive called me and told that they r unable to activate the card due to their 'INTERNAL' Issue.
                    When i asked them the reason they r repeatedly saying Internal issue.
                    They dont even know the exact reason when I asked them.

                      Every month on 5th my loan gets deducted but this month when i checked at 12pm. It was not deducted so i logged in to your portal and paid the emi amount. I rechecked and everything was clear as i had to pay more 4 emi and next deduction will be on may 5th.

                      But on 6th i got a massage from your end stating that your emi got bounced. I logged in to your portal and checked again but it showed me that it’s paid. I tried calling the customer service and nodal team for clarification but no one responded. I call almost 20 times but no response.

                      Today i got a mail from my bank as my emi got bounced today again. I again tried calling my no one responded. I logged in to your portal and what i see is i have been charged 400rs.

                      Myself Iman Roy having a loan at Capital First with loan no 13353244.

                      Every month on 5th my loan gets deducted but this month when I checked at 12pm. It was not deducted so I logged in to your portal and paid the EMI amount. I rechecked and everything was clear as I had to pay more 4 EMI and next deduction will be on May 5th.

                              IAM KAMLESH MUTHAPPA NADAR Having business loan in capital first. With reference to the above, i had taken a business loan from capital first on 2016. but due to personal financial conditions i was unable to pay the same for last month and 5 more dues to which there is constant harassment of recovery agents at my place from your end. Recovery agents have started contacting my friends and relatives and asking them to pay. Which is damaging my reputation in the market. Recently my neighbours have received calls from your agent number from the mobile no :- [protected] whose the agent name is avantika and asking them to pay for the dues pending as the neighbour was a tenant whose name is wasim but how they got the number of my neighbour the recovery agent told wasim that u are the guranter in the loan we recover from u like that the agent told him he is here as a tenant he complaint my name in society now he is going to complaint police station. as i have talked to the superior officer of capital first that i will settle all ur loan within the months but this type of problems we are facing from the recovery agent of first capital. we will not settle any amount from our side . if the capital first did not aplogize we not pay any amount .iam taken loan but i have said i will settle the amount with watever charges may be but why are u people damaging my reputation i know its more than 6 months over iam trying to pay as soon as possible but why my neighbour should have face this problem.

                              note:- unless or untill if the agent didnt aplogize i will not pay

                                      Due to Fraud Sale of Loan no.13946125 Dated 01/01/2018 of Capital First Limited against Health Insurance Policy of Future Generali (Policy No.H0235784) Finance by Capital First Limited. I have not accepted any policy documents & Canceled this Health insurance policy by following complaints to IRDA. But till date Capital First was not refunded of First EMI Rs.1688/- was debited from my SBI account dated 05/02/2018. I am following up for last 3 months for cancellation of my loan & health insurance policy but there was not getting proper satisfaction from Capital First & also harrassed last 3 months. Sir, please solve my problem.

                                        I took two consumer loans as loan no. 9363014 and 12626464 respectively. The first loan was completed on time without any bounce. The second loan is still active and all installments are paid on committed time. No payment is ever delayed. Still, the company people have registered a cibil dispute which is affecting my cibil score. I have called the custumer cares several times but they don't do anything. My question is that why these people register false cases. Have they appointed unexperienced executives who are unable to enter correct data. The worst thing is after my repeated warnings and requests nothing is being done till yet. There are other companies who never do such mistakes. I took a loan from home credit and as soon as my loan was over the score was updated properly without any delay and mistake.
                                        I request to take the needful action otherwise i will file a writ in the honorable high court for compensation.
