I am receiving below messages from capital first company however i do not have any loan with capital first and do not have any idea about this company. I have called their customer care no to enquire about this but they are more interested to collect my personal detail which i m not willing to disclose.

    This is my first loan of bike which bike dealer provided me loan 3993803

    I had purchased unicorn bike from dealer on loan basis he had provide me capital first loan for bike as my loan i had repaid on time and i should get noc from capital first that u bike loan is successfully repaid on time so we should give us clerfication of loan repaid that i not get
    And as i had sale my bike to third person he need noc of loan which i repaid because rto needs noc of loan repaid because if noc they will get then only the person name appear on rto

    As i had contacted my branch for noc they are telling me u had second loan also of rs 150000 so i had told them i had second loan but i had repay first loan successfully then give me noc of it second loan i m paying ontime with principal amount and interest

    This is the second loan number 12921397

    I m just requesting to capital first that my first loan is successfully repaid and i want noc of it of clearance

    And second loan is different which i m repaying on time

    I m attaching u all images of first loan and second loan

    First loan i had smart card

    Second loan i had aggrement paper

    Due to this noc issue i m suffering several illness not getting sleep on time several medicine i had to take due to this tension

      Capital card is blocked without notifying us... Its a big strange to me as i always made my payments on time to capita... Dont find any reason why ull blovked my card... Not happy about it... Please revert me whats happening... Customer service dont find much helpful... Should be trained on communication... Card no is 7330755... Please capita help me out with this...

        Hi iam sai kiran pawar my loan number is c6984557 actually in november my grandpa was passed on 4th so suddenly i went for village and i forgot to deposit emi money in my account so on the day 5th nov morning i remembered suddenly that i forgot to deposit money in account then i some how managed money transferring and paid emi on 5th nov morning but i received text's that i got two cheque bounces i just want to ask i paid emi on same day then how cheque bounces and that too everymonth my emi deduct i too paid on that day only i. E., 5th of every month i didn't received easy buy emi card i want it asap to continue with capital first.

          My loan # is 11695054. I do not have any late payments on my loan. I have also cleared one of the loans already. I am surprised to see that my father's (Bharat Patel)'s card (card# 1073133), has been temporarily blocked for no reason.when I contacted capital one customer care, the customer care Agent, they do not have any answer other than " blocked for internal purposes for 90 days " . I need an answer, I need card activated, I am in need of another consumer product. Kindly help to activate my card As soon as possible. I have no late payments on any loans. I am wondering why is the card blocked.

              My emi due on every month 2nd. You people saying that amount will be auto debited from account. After 3, 4 days you people call and asking me to pay through online. Meanwhile you people charge 400/- for late charges. My question is money will be auto debited or i have to pay through online. Even your customer care executives also doesn't know about this. On may 2nd 2018 money hasn't debited from my account and receiving call from capital first that my check was bounced. I have maintained sufficient balance so there is no chance of check bouncing. I have mailed bank statements to nodal officer but yet no response from them. When i called to customer care she was speaking rudely with me. She even doesn't know how money will be debited and arguing with me. This is how you treat customers. You taught me good lesson not to take loan from you.

                  I have a personal loan account with capital first ltd. With account number 7921585. I have lost my job and hence there have been delays in the emi for the last few months. But i will being in touch with recovery agents and told that iwill pay dues give me some time but however, recovery agents keep harassing us and coming home and using foul language against my mother and threatening her and me of dire consequences. Your agents also have mother & family. When iam not at home also he does this on a daily basis and this has caused a huge mental torture for me and my family. Agents makes my mother cry and spoil our family honour at neighbours. But we do not want to get into the consumer court thing since i have had a very good relationship with capital first. However, if this continues, i will be forced to act against these threatening calls and file an fir against the recovery agent. Agent name :-srinivas

                    I have a personal loan account with capital first ltd. With account number 11494521. I have had a job loss and hence there have been delays in the emi each month for the last few months. However, your recovery agents keep harassing us to the point of even coming home and using foul language against my mother and threatening her and me of dire consequences.                       On 2nd apr 2018 my emi suppose to deduct from my hdfc account but unfortunately due to low balance it got bounced. So immediately on 7th apr i made online payment via hdfc net banking ac no:[protected] - tpt-emi ref id:[protected]a1 paid[protected]+bounce charge 400=2699)

                      Now again 18th apr capital first submitted my cheque again to my bank and again they deducted inr 2299 from my account. Ref (Capital first[protected]

                      When i already made payment online and my payment was already updated then why did capital first deposited cheque and charged me twice.

                      So i want refund urgently of my extra paid amount inr 2299 from capital immediately.

                            I wanted to give a check of amount 5 laclast month but they didnt gave me lod on 5 date of lastmonth so i had to pay my emi of last month to which is because of there carelessness and when i went this months to give the check they were not accepting but when i told them give me that in writting then they took my check now it is been 18 days i am not getting any response and they just telling me will get your papers after 3 days after 4 days i am sick and tired in vadodara branch there is a man name gaurang he is the one who cannot give respect to women fraud hain capital wale
                            From loan of 5 lac i got 4 lacin bank and after 1 year of paying the amount which i have to pay is 495000 which means i was just paying intrest till now they told me of insurance which cost me about 80000 that papers i havent got yet and even 8000 which they have to give me the difference amount check they are saying we have intiated to your bank but i havent recived

                              Successfully I have completed all my 14 months EMI but still I'm yet to receive my emi card. Very bad service and responce.

                                I took a re himalayalan motorcycle via capital finance from royal enfield st. Marys kaloor branch, ernakulam dist., kerala. The lady staff from capital finance in the royal enfield showroom told i have to sign a lot of pages to get the finance amount prosseced.
                                While signing pages i saw a "hdfc life" page in between the form, when i asked the lady told me it is to get your amount (Emi amount) forwarded. Nearly 2 weeks after i got one postal "hdfc life" insurance paid bill\paper.
                                Actually the capial first finance made this without my knowledge.

                                After collecting temp documents for registration from RE showroom, they told i have to get seals from capital first finance's office or from where ever i have got my finance done so i contacted the capital first the lady staff and asked whether i have to go to main office or RE showroom to get the seal, the capital first staff told to come to RE showroom .
                                When i went to showroom the capital first staff did came my mom was waiting with the papers in showroom for 20-30 mins, even after waiting the capital first staff did not came . After sometime the a staff from RE showroom told i do not have to wait & they sealed the pages.
                                " The Staff was over all cheating because even after i contacted and went there the staff told it is OK you can come and she will seal the papers ."

                                  This is mohammad arshad u capital first team can't solve the problems of the customers i have intimated u last 6 months ago means 180 days that my card has been blocked for no reason what is internal policy u team don't no the meaning of internal policy at least u don't respond u say with a simple word saying doesn't match the criteria then y come did u approved for my loan paying the emi in time is my mistake i shud not pay u in time u believe who cheat the people bcoz u team r also cheaters i have 2 loans paying u in time my mobile number is [protected]

                                  Again u have stated me with a simple word saying internal policy card has been blocked it saying to wait for 90 days i alrdy said u that i waited for 180 days means 6months bt it's unblocked i don't need any loan from u i will just clear the remaining amount bajaj finserv serves the man better than urs unblock my card or else i just clear the loan and quit u don't knew the meaning of internal policy blocked ur sitting in front of a computer and saying wat the system gives u u don't xplain k anyhow send my completed loan to cibil higher authority to maintain my cibil score i don't have any cheque bounces understand
