Several time i have enquired about the date change of EMI which is debited my SBI Account every month of the 5 through ECS.

Recently i Changed My Job and cant bear to maintain advance money to my bank account .

i am still thinking if it would be possible to do me then why am i had applied to loan .

i think there is no any clause that in future i could not change my emi date.

Very Bad Experience of Capital First. I mean what is this, you are trying to make any fraud or what?
My Problems are listed below:

1) I am damm sure that Capital First found the way to earn extra income from customers AKA FRAUD.
Explaination :- First you tell your customers like you have only two dates for auto debit (ECS) the EMI. 2nd and 5th of every month. i got 5th of every month, then why are you check the sufficient money for EMI on 4th night 12:01 o'clock? i mean you think you are international bank or what?
and more on this is, if EMI is not debited on 4th night then you are free to talk on 5th that "we are going to take fine of 400/- rs AKA Penalty".
Congratulations ! You make wonderful fraud.

2) If your EMI is bounced as per above point (Point no 1) then any of your executive will call on next day and tell the customers to make Online Payment (Manual Payment).
**NOTE** :- NEVER TOLD that another attempt of ECS (Auto debit) will going to happen from 6 -12 of every month (SMART MOVE TO MAKE ANOTHER FRAUD).
Okay then if any user will make manual payment then ECS will also debit same amount of money twice.
So technically one customer is paying double EMI for same month.

Surely, poor and innocent customers will going to ask for refund of one EMI amount to Capital First, then SMART and INTELLIGENT executive will tell that you have to wait appox 13 days.

so my simple and direct question to you that

If you take 400 penalty from customers in case of late payment of EMI, the you are also responsible to pay the 13 days penalty for your fault.

at last i am glad to inform you that i am going to take Legal Steps.
coz i am tired to ask for help from Capital First.

    I have been trying to reach or rather get in touch with mahindra service cencterto give my xuv 500 w10 for servicing and all the numbers mentioned on this website are incorrect.. We are not able to reach the operator only.

    Can you please help us get one for thane area in mumbai.

    It is sad that such a big company doesn't even have a proper website to address the complain.

      Sub: Cheated on interest rate with false commitment.

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      As my loan agreement no is. 15533882. Dated 29-May-2018. Car no. PB 10 CC 0058. I have applied for used Car loan through your agent Mr. Gaurav Behl Phone no.[protected] & Mr. Harmeet Singh Virk Phone no. [protected]. In our meeting he has committed me interest rate of 11.5%. When I have received Welcome letter I was shocked to find that I have been cheated with false commitment. I have checked the interest rate charged is
      14 %. Due to false commitment of agent I have to bear heavy loss. If I would have known such a high rate of interest I would have never applied for Ioan.

      Kindly take necessary action so that they can never cheat the customers again.

Mandate charge rs 295 and rs 295 has been deducted total 590 i. E on 29th and 30th june 2018. Please refund my money. Already a bounch charge has been deducted in mrcah i.           Hi.
          Respected sir as i am mohammed kouser ulla being a customer of capital first since more than 2yrs. Last week i visited to reliance digital cunningham road branch to purchase tv with capital first card while processing the product the capital first executive told me that they have blocked my card that was very radiculas. I am requesting you to please let me no the valid reason from capital first. As my last emi of rs 1874 was cleared in the month of may 2018. And till date there's no late payment and there's no bounce charge as well. I was very disappointed and my registered mobile number with capital first is [protected].             I called to customer care no. Regarding my bike loan it was on the name of my brother mr himanshu mehndiratta who is expired in road accident in november 2017 regarding that i had called to customer care but your agent mr faizal has no sense how to talk to customers he has not given me any informaton nither the branch adress when i asked to transfer the call to your superwiser he has denied that also call was going on 18 mins then again i called from another no. Then one agent ms heena attended my call and given me the proper information after the verification process & resolved my all the quries. Then i asked to heena also about faisal then faisal disconnected my call after 18 mins. So please give me the revert what u are doing about faisal now?

              regarding remarks of post written off settled since feb 2017

              My loan acct no is 1196387.
              Loan acct was in written off status, but in jan 2017 i had paid all dues with penalties overdues charges etc. Capital first maintained my cibil acct in post written off "settled" since feb 2017. After 1 year 6 month passed. They are in mood of removing this remarks in cibil report.
              How bad experience with capital first.
              Even i have not left 1 rupee of dues....

              Hello i had a consumer loan from capital first and i used to pay my emi on time but on jan 2018 my emi got bounced on 5/1/2018. Capital first redeposited it and the emi of 3100 got debited on 9/1/2018.in feb also the emi got bounced i paid it through paytm on 25/02/2018. At this time my due bounce charge was 1200. But they represented my emi on 27/02/2018 and 3100 again got debited. I. E. Two times i paid emi in feb.
              I kept 3100 in my account because of march emi and march emi was my last emi.

              So as per calculation
              I paid all the emi. As in feb it got debited twice. Only 1200 bounce charge was due but they sent debit request of 3100. So my emi got bounced again. Vaious collection guy came and told me to pay 3100+ bounce againwhich i denied to pay. At last they made some adjustments and told me to pay 2300. But in june 2018 they again sent debit request in bank for 3100 rupees without letting me know. It got bounced twice. They send me legal notice and on 22/06/2018 ta 3100 was debited from my account.

                My money of rs, 500, 27, 67, 34 was gettingdebited by bank account called up the bank to check they asked to call the finance company which is capital finance. Further called capital finance and ask them why the money was deducted from my account here is the answer from them please send us an email such a stupid customer care agent dont they understand the pain as to why the money was deducted from the account.

                Such a unprofessional rep dont know what they are talking me to send out an email. Further told them that i would complaint then they checked and told me it was deducted further no clue as to why and hung up the call and then they are sending me a message that the issue is resolve for which i called such a uneducated they dont understand the pain. Simple what if they money is getting deducted without any knowledge. Regretting to deal with this agency please have this sorted out or need to raise this issue on a higher authority and also my cibil score is low and even after paying on time. Please take action on this...

                Now the money is been deducted from my account and also it shows under customer active loan. Please have this sorted out asap and below is my details.

                    I have purchased a refrigerator from tirupathi electronics panjagutta hyderabad and registered with capital first emi service.

                    So, i got one year insurance on refrigerator from samsung company but capital first took 1299/- from me, saying that they will provide extra one year insurance.

                    Now my refrigerator is not working i went to the showroom and met capital first guys, now they are saying it is not showing in our system records, anyways i have asked for insurance copy from capital first by logging in online. I received a mail saying you have not registered with capital first insurance service.

                    Now that guy from whom i was insured is also not available i remember his name is naresh. I dont know what manipulation is happening there.

                    But i need my money back if it is not insured.

                    My product is samsung double door refrigerator

                      As my loan agreement no is. 15533882. Dated 29-May-2018. Car no. PB 10 CC 0058. I have applied for used Car loan through agent Mr. Gaurav Behl Phone no.[protected] & Mr. Harmeet Singh Virk Phone no. [protected]. In our meeting he has committed me interest rate of 11.5%. When I have received Welcome letter I was shocked to find that I have been cheated with false commitment. I have checked the interest rate charged is
                      14 %. Due to false commitment of agent I have to bear heavy loss. If I would have known such a high rate of interest I would have never applied for Ioan.

                      Kindly take necessary action so that they can never cheat the customers again.

                        Loan No.[protected] Was for used car the DSA told that RC transfer will be done by Capital First and asked for Rs. 25000 for the process then told some complications asked for another Rs 5000 and now after 8 months he is asking for more Rs 15000 to complete the process. Rs.30000 has been paid in cash to him. RC is still not transferred. Complained about the issue to the Nodal Desk and Customer care, but not getting any response from Capital First.
                        Not sure what to do now.

U can go through my track status and cbill score know your people have declined easily know i got wrong impression on my cbill i called on thursday they issued a statement but till now no response i told them to do re verfication but they did not done so please take concern for this. Mr.Kartik Tripathy called me at 1 pm and asked for the location and I explained regarding the location. We are waiting for him for 3 hr but he didn’t came. At 4 pm I called him and asked him why you not came for verification he confirmed has no time for it. He already submitted the report.

                                  How you accepted this. Now I got massage from you your representative didn’t find the location. The same address is on my Adhar card and passport but your representative not find.

                                    Capital first incorrectly charged bounce charges on my account though i paid the emi.
                                    They are not responding and helping me in removing the charges.
                                    Worst customer service they have. I have called multiple times and wrote email as well still there is no response from them.

                                      I had taken one consumer loan from capfirst in OCT 2014 unfortunately i missed one EMI as per capfirst but got to know after 18 months when i inquired that EMI of 1667 was then mounted to 14687 (Including all bounce and penal charges) i was promised that after paying all the dues it will be closed and noc will be issued and will be reported to CIBIL as closed. i had paid 14687 (not sure about the exact amount) in DEC 2017. When i generated CIBIL Report that loan was mentioned as POST (WO)SETTLED creating a negative impact on my account. now i have requested several times through various channels but all in vain.

                                      Please let me know what can be done i will have to raise this issue in various platforms so there should be awareness regarding this i am going to request on other social platforms as well. Please guide me as Now i am feeling cheated in my span of 5 years i have not missed a single EMI and being a genuine customer this is realy embarrasing to come across as now i am feeling cheated.
