It has been more than 10 months since i applied for the card and haven't received the card yet. This has been a very bad customer experience.

Loan account number 9627391 i have a loan in capital first as per their terms after 3 months i should receive an emi card, how ever i have spoke to capital first customer care they said it is been dispatched to my communication address and i haven't received yet again called customer care now they says i wont be receiving an emi card until my loan tenure.

    Hi,

    I took a loan from capital first of 54000 rs for a samsung phone on aug 2017. It was supposed to deduct 5400 rs every month for 10months, starting from oct 2017.

    On 5th oct 2017 5400 rs got deducted as communicated. On 27th oct 2017 again an amount of 118rs was debited from my account.

    I need to know the reason and want my money back. As it was communicated to be interest free loan at time of the purchase of my mobile phone.

      I have purchase televison on emi in capital first and till now paid every emi on time. But in a mean time you ppl send me a msg sayng that didnt paid emi. Later i got a message saying emi is paid. Now when i need to purchase a new mobile through emi card ppl in showroom saying that card is blocked due to their internal policy and takes arnd 90 days. But offer will b closed. Now who is responsible for this

        I had availed a personal loan from capital first with loan account number 2004658.

        Last year i had settled the loan with capital first on 25/07/2016 and had received noc from the company. However i am still receiving messages and court notices from the company for non payment. On talking to the customer care they assured me that the issue will be resolved but they are still continuing to harass me with court notices and sending police to my house every other day. I have sent a mail on the same to capital first and they had replied saying the same would be resolved within 7 working days. However it has been more a month and it has not been resolved. It has also effected my cibil score badly. Kindly help me resolve this issue at the earliest, also please let me know where i can file a police complaint against capital first for harassment.

          I have applied for a personal loan on 13 oct 2017, my document collected on 14 oct 2017 from agent, the name of the agent is almas and his mobile no is [protected].

          On 24 oct 2017 i received a call from mumbai for verification. On next day 25 oct 2017 i received a call from agent almas that "your loan is approved but due to location mismatch which occurs due to some system error or executive wrong entry we have to close your current procedure and maybe need to restart it again so maybe it proceed further or not"

          After this incidence, i have a tray to discuss with an agent and customer care but not received any right answer.

            Hi,
            I have been having issues with the capital first payments and miscommunication between the company and the collection agency. The loan account number 9513401 was over paid because of the collection agency asking me to transfer money and then on the same day ecs also getting passed on the same day. Because since i am salaried and i have had other emergencies this month i was in a tight budget constraints i had reserved the exact money to pay for my loans. Because of the money being paid twice for the same loan account and now the loan being closed capital first is not ready to refund the money unless i pay twice the bounce charges for loan account number 1075558 and the emi money. Because of the budget constraints i was ready to pay the money for account number 1075558 after getting the refund which the company executives nor the managers are ready to understand. After a long struggle the customer care agreed to refund but after 2 days i get an email stating that the refund won't be processed until the payments are done. Everyday i even get calls from the collection agency asking for the money. Very big miscommunication between the agency and the company regarding the payments which is a discomfort for a salaried person like me and having emergencies.

            I haven't received any call or anything from your side except saying my case has been resolved which I don't understand without getting a resolution or response from me or from the company. I get calls from the collection agency who are very rude when nothing was my problem. I am sure you have my contact number and I don't have any alternative number.

              My name is zainab khan.in august 5 i have been asked to pay online, even though the amount was maintained in the account. I paid online on 5:august morning 9:30 am. Then ecs presented in my account, then i got charge for check rejected. Last month on september i have made a complaint, i spoke to prakash he said that you will not get charged anything from bank account, he asked me to pay just rs 500, and he said that he will wave of all the a overdue of august and september,, then why i got a charged from my bank account, and also till now my charges are not waived off for the previous 2 months, as i have kept my emi amount, but 1000 rs deducted from the account because of august ecs present. So i request you people to waive of my previous month's dues and also adjust my check rejection charges with this month of overdue charges. So please update me about the waving off charges.
              I have sent mails many times but no one has replied yet and my charges also not waived off yet. This people just fool us. Every time i call them, they say that you will receive a call, but they don't even response, they give worst service very disgusting.

              From past one year I'm paying my EMI on time but For one month delay of my bike EMI. THEY ARE USING ABUSIVE WORDS, THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THE PERSON WHO IS ON OTHER SIDE.                 I have no cheque bounce and i have no late payment fee
                And
                My cibil score is excellent, my loan account details is excellent, my payment history is excellent (100%)
                But
                My card[protected] is temporary blocked from 5 months by capital first with out any reason
                And
                When i am asking why my card is temporary blocked and when it will be activate there is no proper answer from capital first.

                Every time i am getting only one answer from capital first that your card is temporary blocked as it does not fit within the eligibility criteria set by the policies regulating capital first so we are unable to unblocked your card
                And
                In reply when i am asking please tell me what are that eligibility criteria set by the policies regulating capital first in which i and my card does not fit within there is no answer from capital first.

                I am asking once again please atleast tell me now why my card is temporary blocked from 5 months and when it will be activate
                And
                What are that eligibility criteria set by the policies regulating capital first in which i and my card does not fit within.

                If you have any answer to my questions please give me,
                If you have no answer to my questions than please activate my card.

                    I took a Consumer Loan from Capital First on 5/02/2017. My Loan No is 9363014. The total disbursed amount was Rs. 17600. My first EMI was deducted on 5/09/2017 from my SBI account no. [protected] on time. And, rest of the EMIs were paid on time as per the schedule withoud any delay or bounce. The company reported a CIBIL case against me on 31/05/2017. Being a bonafide consumer I paid all payments on time still I am facing such problem. the company also issued an easy buy card which is blocked by them too even I paid the card fee in advance. My easy buy card no is 5664655. The Company has issued the NOC for the same and accepted that no balance is pending. still they have raised my name in my CIBIL score and showing a balance of Rs. 7040. I have made several call to customer care but of no use. My card is also blocked by the company people.

                    Company people called me and assured mee to correct the CIBIL data but nothing is done yet. They always send emails and sms that the complainet is closed as the issue is solved but there is still many problems with my CIBIL data. The date opened and the last date of Payment are not correct. It should be according as per the date opened. I completed my loan as per the terms but instead improving my CIBIL it lowered it down. Executives only call, talk and assure but nothing happens. I took another loan from Capital First bearing loan no. 12626464 and I am facing same problem with this account also. All EMIs are made on time but still the balance and date of last payment is wrongly updated. please look into the matter seriously. Mahinder Singh

                    This issue is not solved yet. These people call and assure that they will be back in a day or two with the solution but nothing happened. Taking loan from Capital First means creating problems for yourself or lowering your CIBIL Score as they always give wrong info in CIBIL. Better not to rturn the money to them after taking the loan.
                    I am helpless and fedup too.
                    Very bad experience with this company.

                        These people are # they made me wait for 15 days first and the amount i needed was urgent. Later their executive collects all the documents with 2 cheques and then they again dont inform about anything later i called them after 4 days then they say your application has been rejected because the name which is feeded in our system being as an old customer has a spelling mistake that is again a mistake done by their executive during a purchase of product through capital first, but the concern is that if there is a spelling mistake then how can be the installments for the product purchased by me last year can be cleared. Majorly it is the worst ever service provided i have never seen such an illiterates together in 1 company... They wil make u run like dogs how u run for some govt work... This is worst then that... And 1ce when i told them that you could have atleast informed me 4 days before as it was very urgent for me to which they said sorry for wasting your time but we cant help you now and nothing can be done from our side

                          I would like to inform you that i b. Srinivasa rao having the loan account in your capital first limited. Loan account no.8102731 for two wheeler loan taken on 05th november 2016. First loan processing time i have submitted my idbi salary bank account cheques for auto debit system after one month i have resigned to my job and my salary was not credited in my account then after i went to capital first limited and requested company representatives for change of bank account. The company representatives is said some process to chance bank then after i went to the bank for processing but the bank persons was said that we unable to approve your document because your home branch in andhra pradesh.

                          Then after january 2017 onwards i am paying my emi every month 1-5th date through capital first limited quick emi pay system. But the company was charged rs.400 every month towards cheque bounce charges.

                          I have given my sbi personal bank cheques for remaining emi’s (12) on 16th september 2017 to avoid cheque bounce and charges furtherly. And i requested to capital first limited persons for deposit my cheques every month i. E. Sep’17 to loan end date) at the time of submission the company persons was said that they will process nov’17 onwards and suggested that pay emi for oct’17 by capital first quick pay and i have paid the same but the capital first limited is sent my cheques for clearance emi for the month of oct’17 and the cheque was returned due to insufficient balance in account and the bank is charged rs.590/- towards cheque return charges. And this problem is which clearly indicates negligence of capital first limited-hyderabad.

                          Hence i request capital first limited to repay/credit overdue charges and cheque return charges of rs.590/- to my account. This excludes mental trauma created to me.

                              I paid for closer for my three loan account num 6732347, 10673233, 10673354 on 30 aug2017. Two account is closed but one loan emi is hit in my account on 5sep2017. I spoke to customer care four time regarding this but all of executive is very rude. Spicily mr. Laxman and mr. Ashish even they dont know how to talk with customer. Today is 6oct but till now no solutions for my problem.

                                For example if emi is 1500/- for late payment, this great finance will charge like
                                3 bounce charges by immediate ecs presentation and late payment for even one month also they grill life of an ordinary family i. E 400+400+400+300+300+300
                                = 1200+900= 2100
                                Finally emi of 1500+2100= 3600/-
                                My humble request for any ordinary person, if you take any loan from capitalfirst they will charge 100/- interest.
                                If you don't have money kindly borrow from others even for 5/- not a problem.

                                If you take any consumer or personal or two wheeler loan, of you face any problem during emi then their charges definitely show your graveyard.
                                For 1500/- emi per month they will charge 3100/- which is more than rs 100/- interest. Imagine if you really get problem for 3 months, you have to suicide.
                                Even an illegal financiers can charge at most 20/- interest but capitalfirst 100/- (In reality more than 150/-)
                                I am wondering how rbi supporting this great cheater (Sorry looter) for rs 100/- interest.
                                If you want to suicide then happily take consumer loan from capitalfirst

                                      In month of may i financed a phone through capital first. Every thing was going good but in last month they charged me 800 late fine charge saying that i delayed the payment for few hours. When i contacted customer support they promised me to give reversal and i got that one. But the fact is they me charged late fine for the amounts that they already took from my account. At that time i was not aware about the ac balance so i made payment from paytm. But later when i checked my account balance i found that they took payment already from my account and my online payment too. Then i contacted customer support and they asked me file a compliant about this but they will give reversal after 15 day. But at that moment my upcoming emi date will be on my head. I asked them to adjust that amount in my upcoming emi. But they refused to do that and asked me to that they will adjust that amount in last emi. Everything is acceptable but the condition is that they should stand with customer not against the customer. Because if a man is financing a phone that means he is not a reach man. I want to file complaint against them for not informing me about the extra amount they are holding and not adjusting in upcoming month. Even they didnt tried to inform about the extra amount paid my me. They are really fooling their customers. They cheating with them. It was my good luck that checked my account other then they had a full proof plan to digest that amount.

                                        I took a two wheeler loan from capital first. I issued a cancelled check and a cheque of rs. 3732 for the first emi. My first emi was debited perfectly from my sbi account. My emi date is 5th of every month. On second emi, which was on 5th feb, 2017, it didn't hit my account in spite of having adequate fund in my account. I made complaints several times. I got only one excuse every time that you need to contact your branch. I asked my bank and they saw nothing wrong with the bank and blamed capital first. I believe my bank because i already had an emi with them and it was completed with no problem. I complained again to capital first saying that my bank has clearly stated that it is not our problem. Then someone from cap first called me and told me to change the emi account and provide another bank details. That means the revision of the whole process. I was already showing overdue for no reason (Though these # have many reason to show — idiots u know). However, i clearly told them that its not possible at all that i go to your office and revise the process again. I cannot afford much time. So they told me to complete pay my emis in advance through online. It was easy for me because i am very much comfortable with this. However, i did the same for 2-3 months. But every time on 5th, i got a message stating emi have been failed and my bank charged 250 for each failure, also the company (Idiot) capital first charged mt penalty. Now tell me who will take the responsibility? I am getting charged every month for not paying the overdue penalty and this is effecting my credit score. I need serious help or i will revenge. Even if i have to attack their office. My brain is not working. I will do anything. I want these son of b# killed.

                                        I was told that to pay 400 and the wrong Overdue Charges will be waived. I paid accordingly. But now after 5 days I get emaiil saying that now you have to py the overdue charges. What the heck is this? Nobody trust Capital First guys. They are Son of B######. They are the race of Slums, terrorist, they only know to thug people.
