My name is zainab khan.in august 5 i have been asked to pay online, even though the amount was maintained in the account. I paid online on 5:august morning 9:30 am. Then ecs presented in my account, then i got charge for check rejected. Last month on september i have made a complaint, i spoke to prakash he said that you will not get charged anything from bank account, he asked me to pay just rs 500, and he said that he will wave of all the a overdue of august and september,, then why i got a charged from my bank account, and also till now my charges are not waived off for the previous 2 months, as i have kept my emi amount, but 1000 rs deducted from the account because of august ecs present. So i request you people to waive of my previous month's dues and also adjust my check rejection charges with this month of overdue charges. So please update me about the waving off charges.
I have sent mails many times but no one has replied yet and my charges also not waived off yet. This people just fool us. Every time i call them, they say that you will receive a call, but they don't even response, they give worst service very disgusting.
