I wanted to sale my VW Vento on Cars24 at Jaipur. I booked online car inspection for 31 Aug 2022 (Appointment ID: [protected]) inspection was done as per plan. When the bid closed I got a call from Representative from Cars24 and he asked me to share the code so that he can tell me the price. Initial offer amount was ₹3, 13, 000/- which I refused. He told me that he will negotiate with buyer and update me. Subsequently next day he called me and offered me price of ₹3, 50, 000/- on which I still negotiated. I also booked inspection for Chevrolet Beat Car of my father. After two days I received call from another Representative of Cars24 named Mr Ansari. The offer price for Chevy Beat after two negotiations was agreed upon and I said that I will sale both of my cars together so give me a good price for Vento as well. Mr Ansari offered me price of ₹3, 80, 000/- for Vento for which I negotiated for ₹4, 00, 000/- in account. He told me in next call that ₹4, 00, 000/- price is finalised but ₹6, 732/- will be deducted. I insisted for ₹4, 00, 000/- in account. He told me that I have to sell the beat first then only he will give me the desired deal for Vento. When I refused to sell Beat he started misbehaving me and told me that I am just doing time pass and I don’t want to sell my car in a very harsh and demeaning tone. I told him to behave properly but he didn’t stop. I told him that I will raise the level of this matter, to which he told me that his senior is standing next to him and I can speak to him. When I spoke to this gentleman, he told me that he will try to get me a good price and he will call subsequently. After an hour or so he called me back and told me that after all negotiations final max price for Vento will be ₹3, 63, 000/- (in account) to which I agreed as I wanted to sell the car due to financial reasons. He said that Mr Ansari will call me and finalise the deal. Mr Ansari called me and asked for documents and time for car collection. I sent him the documents on his WhatsApp number [protected]. He told me that tomorrow mang he will send someone to complete the formalities and close the deal.
Next day, on 06 Sep 22 no one came to pickup that car. There was no response for my Watsapp messages by Mr Aslam Ansari on his Watsapp number and when I called back on Cars24 landline number the call was disconnected as I asked about my car deal. (This happened at least 4-5 times).

This kind o[censored]nprofessional and misbehaviour by Cars24 and it’s representative is not acceptable. Due to the false promises by Cars24, I was not able to sell my car on time which lead to a financial and mental harassment to me. Now even after 4-5 call to customer care of Cars24 the issue is not been resolved. I urge you to resolve this issue and take a strict action against unprofessional employees like Mr Ansari. I hope the matter will get resolved in next 24 hrs else I will be forced to take the matter legally in court of law as well as will inform the people of the country about this incident and not to rely on Cars24 through social media platforms.

Cars24 held back ₹4795 for challan amount which was irrelevant, its almost 1 year
Still now it is showing ‘VAHAN BACKGROUND CHECK PENDING’

Vehicle taken physical delivery will all transfer paper signed and negative amt of 33000 was paid by me on spot, but were not able to give delivery money for 3 days, after submitting loan closer and noc from bank even after 7 days every day I am getting only commitment of final payment release...

These people are branded brokers not trust worthy

My Inspection appointment was schedule in the morning. I have made several calls
but no response from cars24. I came from hisar to zirakpur just to sell my car but they haven't responed me properly I was waiting for 2.5 hours from 9:00 to 11:30. I called at customer care several times they were also cutting my calls in between conversation.
kindly take legal action as they have wasted my time and money as well.

Pathetic and horrible experience.

I sold the cars and Rs. 10, 000/- held by Cars24, Indirapuram, Shakti Khand Branch ( i.e 21%) against RC transfer. Now, cars24 team, call centres quoted that call has not been attended by me to force cars24 to forfeit this amount. Can't understand how the cars 24 deal with their customers. will never suggest anyone to visit and have faith in Cars24.
I don't know how to get money back.
Let this feedback go to founder of cars24 how their staff is ruiming brand name of Cara 24

Every day I receive calls from this company. They spam me and harass me. They refuse to put my number on DND. I'm not even owning a car. Do not use their services.

I raised a query (Ticket ID: 682202) today 29th August 2022 morning and requested for a call back which came at 9am. I was to get a call from the diagnosis or guarantee team in 3-4 hours to discuss regarding my vehicle issue which i am facing since the last 4 days. I did not receive any call, i reached out again to the customer care at 2.20 pm they said they will raise it as concern and expedite it and i will get the call at the earliest. its been 2 hours since then yet no call or any response.

There is no consideration for customers at Cars24 at all. There is no client servicing they focus on. to get a representative to come and visit my place regarding a vehicle issue takes it 2-3 days. Its not even 1 month since i bought the vehicle.

This is utter disappointment.

Please share me reason why bounce charges are dedicated with any emi bounced

And i am not receiving any call back from cars 24 regarding my Complaint and they just call again again and asking that do i have to purchase or sale a car

Every 2 weeks one of your illiterate callers call me on my number asking for me to sell a car that I am NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING. This has been made clear. The number is also on a FULL DND List and here is the kicker - they are calling me in Chennai where they do not even have the service!

I got a call from heena, and i asked for waiver if possible any of interest charged on outstamding amount because i was suffering from cancer and even submitted all documents regarding my chemo therapy but even though she said that i am makinh false assumptions of cancer and said that “tu mar ja hmhe, bheek mangta hai banko se camcer keh kr bahane se”this kind of language she used is this is humanity even though i am agreed to pay all loan settled amount in one way.
I never defaulted any payment, i delayed but i always make payment every month
Now i want to make compalint regading heena else if i took any wrong step against my will she and car 24will be responsible for this.
A person is always leave his/her life for thier self respect and if it hurts thats not good for that person life.

Very bed experience at rajkot car 24 with tusharbhai & Belimbhai

first tusharbhai told me that my car price is 380000
then belimbhai told me 310000.
How is this possible?
belimbhai told me to complain to costumer care.
and then costumer care told me that talk with your RM.

My mbl no. [protected]. My appointment was fixed for test drive yesterday between 4 to 5pm. Not only no body turned up but no call or message!!
This gives me impression that this is non reliable company. We wanted time till 6.30. General 1800 number also could not get through

I am writing you this mail out of desperation & having no positive /progressive response from Cars24 company representative.

In Short:
I sold my car to 'Lado Sarai' Cars24 center on 7th Feb 2021 Car no# HR26AH1897.

It's been nineteen months but my RC has not been transferred. Initially they kept saying that it is covered under 'Seller Protection Policy' which I can understand & waited for more than a year.

But it seems due to some kind of delay & glitch your team has initiated a legal action against the erring Channel Partner who is suppose to transfer my RC. Also the concerning part is that I am not able to see if my car is in their warehouse or if it has been sold to someone, which is very concerning. 19 months is a long time for a car to be in their warehouse.
And the story remains that your team is not able to push the RC transfer via your channel partner.

I urge you to please assist me...I have come as a last resort to you.

I have sold my car AP29AY3999 to Cars 24 in Telangana. Cars 24 have sold the same to a person located in Andhra Pradesh and RC got transferred on their name. But in Telangana RTO website, still it is showing on my name. I have explained the same to CARS 24 team, but they are not responding. Please help us in deleting my name in Telangana website

I purchased a Tata Tiago from Cars24 on May 11th. I am based in Gurgaon, but the car was UP-registered. The salesperson, Mr Ravi Taluja, promised a seamless RC transfer process and assured me that he will handle it on his end.

More than 90 days have passed now and I have not received a satisfactory response from Cars24 - they keep asking for more and more time and the customer care executives are unable to provide me with any solution. They keep telling me that the "care-off peshi" is pending, but Mr Ravi Taluja had assured me that he will handle the care-off peshi himself and put in some address in Ghaziabad. He has now stopped picking my calls.

Apart from the frustration, it is also highly risky to drive a car with another RC, as the insurance transfer is also pending for the same reason.

As per the claim before the purchase Vehicle Hyundai ELITE Asta was mentioned
not under Hypothecation and Bonnet was not mentioned painted
During inspection we found Bonnet is painted and Vehicle is also under loan.
Such misleading updates waste time, energy and cost, Dealer get the lost by
paying to transporter (carrier) and found the vehicle not in the condition

Hi,
I have sold my car in January, My RC is not yet transferred. Whenever I call customer care people are saying we are trying our best to sell the vehicle. I am really worried about this, and cars24 people are not doing anything to resolve this. And the complaints are close with out resolving it.

A deal was finalised for selling my old Hyundai i 10 car @Rs. 124000
On the basis of finalisation of deal i got my car loan closed from my own funds. Cars 24 people also taken all the car ownership transfer related papers and affidavits in original duly signed by me. All the papers were collected by their patna office.
However, the deal was cancelled on flimsy grounds. Now, cars 24 people are bit returning my originally signed papers. They may sell my car by forgery. Cars 24 will have to pay me a compensation for getting my car loan closed and then cancelling the deal.
