I was informed that 10, 000 rs can be refunded back to me and there is no issue by Mr Faraz from Cars 24([protected]). There will not be any requirements for physical visit at Party peshi. Now I am in Germany for work and will not be able to fly to India. Also I am not able to call on toll free number of coustomer care.

I sold my car VW to Cars 24 on 30/06/21 An amount of Rs.10000/-was held back, to be released after RTP Peshi which was to be held at siliguri according to cars 24 on 18th oct 2021, i got a call on 17th to land in silliguri ( WEST BENGAL)from maharashtra and due to covid i refused the same AND WAS TOLD WILL BE GIVEN 2 MORE ATTMEPTS IN FUTURE FOR THE SAME

I sold my Hyundai Fludic Verna 1.6L car to Cars24, Chennai - Nolambur branch on 18th May'2019. More than 3 years over, still RC transfer is pending.
I have send more than 100 mails. Even escalated to owner of the company, but still no response came. Fed up with continous follow up.
Need to take legal action of false claiming and mental hindarance....

I gave my car on 13 june to repair under cars24 warranty. They said they will do repair under warranty cover only. But today July 1st it means 18days still my car was not delivered. When i reached their CUSTOMER care they are not solving just saying to 24 to 48 hours. Bloody shameless and moral less robots are working in this company. My car is my INCOME source no reply to mails, not solving through phone and whatsapp chat. Waste fellows...

I sold my bike to cars 24 on 15/02/2022 however the RC is not transferred to the new owner yet. I have raised a ticket with the customer service however whenever I call then what I get is concerned department will contact you. This needs to be resolved asap as I don't know who is using the bike on my name and few challans were also issued against my bike....
