When I purchased a car on loan that time no anyone confirm forcloser charges that time they said sales or loan teams that time confirm no any forcloser charges. But now I want to close loan now cars24 said closer charges is 5%+GST. When I asked him they said now company policies change. And said this is RBI rules.
When I said then I purchase then not have any charges than I am paying that charges .

    Purchase an Amaze cars in cars 24 on last November 22 and requested for loan in cars 24 itself as process is quicker. Even though my existing bank offers lesser interested rate . I insist to go with cars 24 finance itself for the easy processing. Cars 24 finance Shared the emi table, interest rate and pre closure chargers . Everything was handled in online and finance team person collect the loan documents and cars 24 booklet and also in icici bank states both are their partner firm so their will not be any deviation in loan amount or interest rate

    So recently I thought of pre close my loan. I have requested the cars 24 team for preclosure . They ask to contact directly the icici bank, Where the preclosure rate of interest is 5.9%, which is almost 3.9 % higher than the agreed term. Where is signed between the cars 24 and me in 200 Rs stamp paper and also check my emi from the agreed documents which is also in higher side.

    Now cars 23 team informs me to pay the foreclosure amount with the applicable charges mentioned in the foreclosure letter issued by the ICICI bank only.

    I feel cheated for the last one year. This is no way to treat the customer and change the interest rate and foreclosure charges with our customer knowledge.

      Purchase a Amaze car from cars 24 by Nov 22 and requested for cars 24 finance itself. Initially cars 24 team has coordinated and share the emi and interest rate details, pre closure chargers of 2 % after 12 months. The above statement in the written legal documents on 200 Rs stamp paper.

      But cars 24 team has changed my loan documents to their partner loan facility ( ICICI bank) for processing . Currently they are charging 5.9 % for preclosure . Which is entirely not acceptable . When raise this concern to cars 24 team, they said that I need to pay the foreclosure amount with the applicable charges mentioned in the foreclosure letter issued by the ICICI bank only.

      I feel cheated on this issue.

        I decided to sell my car at Cars24 after getting a good deal. However, due to some unforeseen medical issue in the family, I had to cancel the deal after 2 days.
        The company has charged me a penalty of 5000/- along with a token amount of 1000/- given at the time of the deal being locked.

        My complaint is that the penalty charge is 5 times of token amount which is not justified and they don't provide RC without paying the whole penalty.

        Kindly understand my concern and get the penalty either waived off or at least compensate it to the minimum amount of 1000/- or less.

          I purchased a vehicle in July, 2023 through Cars 24. My car sales executive Sampath (Mob: [protected]) has ghosted me and delayed my delivery on the delivery date initially and upon Sales Manager (Bharat Reddy- [protected]) assurance of no further issues, I accepted late delivery of the car. My car RC transfer process was initiated in Aug-22 and I visited the RTA on 16-08-22 to complete the formalities. I have received an EMS no later, but could not track the no online. I asked Mr. Bharat Reddy a few times for my RC and was asked to wait and wait. I finally went to RTA on 30th Dec, 2022 and informed Mr. Bharat Reddy to give the transaction slip so as to follow up with the agent, there has been no real update from him ever since. I raised the issue again with the CARS 24 customer care centre. They are assuring me for a resolution only by 10/01/23. Meanwhile I tried to speak to Mr. Sampath who said he does not care about RC process and he is only responsible for sale of car (the same person who ghosted me on the date of delivery). I chased Mr. Pitambar (RTA person) for 3 times on 03/01/23 just to make him talk to the RTA Agent. I need to sell my car as soon as possible, and have given CARS 24 adequate time (more than 5 working says) to resolve. Due to this entire delay, I will be losing out on my Car Resale Value. Moreover, the irresponsible attitude of all the CARS 24 representatives is causing agony. Please restore faith of common consumers like me in the government for ensuring timely and accountable service from these providers.

            This is related to complaint number 802835 with Cars 24
            Team is not helping out with any response and update on the refund of the amount

            Below is the communication on which we are following up from the dealer, even the RM is not picking the call

            Very unfortunate to write this email again
            once again we have faced issues in the inspection done by Cars 24 and actual state of the vehicle.

            We are really unsure what the process is to authenticate the details provided by cars 24.
            We are regularly in touch with Cars 24 and doing regular business and purchasing cars with advance payments but at the same time facing regular issues with Cars 24.

            Need some quick support in addressing this issue.

            Looking at the latest issue that happened for Appt ID[protected] for Ford Eco spot. we have been mis leaded again

            We checked the vehicle personally with our representative at found that condition of the vehicle is not matching with the description provided

            Car is painted more than what is updated in description. Its really not as per description provided in the attached screenshot.

            If required we can have a joint inspection with Cars 24 team and can result the verdict accordingly

            We have faced such discrepancies earlier as well and its very difficult to get the solution on quick tracks

            Pls help with solution ASAP.

            Note:- In order to get the accurate information and F2F inspection we invested good amount of money and time when description is not correct then we loss the same without compensation
            Suggest how Cars24 helping dealer to reimburse such losses
            This is simply very unprofessional and unethical stuff

            Seeking some quality feedback on this and TAT for the solution

              Very bad that I have taken car from cars 24 and now iam facing a problems from u r finance team which they are forcing to me pay emi immediately . But I have informed to wait one month and i have said that I will pay 2 emi in next month and iam not at all ready to buy back my vechile. U r person mrn bhakshr Rao is forcing to buy back vechile and iam going to compline in consumer court the way u r finance people are behaving with me. And he is suggested to go another finance. Who is. To say me take another finance TS08EG2952 i have repaired it and buyed new 4 wheels. Who will responce for it.

                      I am getting daily SPAM mails from CARS24, sometimes three times a day just like a doctor's orders. They have hired [protected]@connectinboxx.com to do their dirty job.
                      I never subscribed to their mails or newsletter or even visited their website. Can you please take up the matter with his cheap company

                          Cheating,scam on car purchase

                          BIGGEST SCAMMERs:

                          I had purchased my car on 19th Sep'2022 from car24(tied-up with dealer Techno-Justcars 365) with full payment. I though i am purchasing car from Car24 itself.
                          I have the sale invoice where Cars24 has sold the car to the Dealer and
                          Sale recipt from for the dealer to my name(after full payment on the vehicle..

                          The vehicle has no loan, no fines, no dues of any sorts, I have verified...

                          I have sold my car with Cars24 and during the time of sell, I told them that I may not be able to come for Party peshi. Then they told me that it can be done over video call. But now they are asking me to come to Gurgaon RTO office for party peshi, but it's not possible for me. I live in Tamil Nadu which is tooo from Gurgaon.
                          Kindly help me the same. Cars24 has hold my 10000rs. Please look in the matter.

                            So many chat we do ..from Cars 24 side .But no body respond properly ...

                            Please return my car ...and closed my account from Cars-24 side ...

                            And also which Cars24 Agent proved the car..This person left the Job ..

                                  On the 29th day November 2022 we received a message saying we won a bid for a car which we never seen on the cars24 dealers app and never bid for it.
                                  The car we won was a worst car then a scrap car. When we rang up customer representative about the issue the representative was not ready to listen to us on top she started blaming us and started threatening that we take leagal action if we not take this car.
                                  She forcefully made us to cancel this car if we are not happy which cost is 5900 INR for no reason.

                                    I sold my vehicle no MH43BK8014, maruti vittara brezza to cars 24 on october 1st 2022 through their adviser mr, Augustine waghmare for rs 772000 with a written understanding that the amount of rs 8850 service charges will be waived off and although it was deducted at the time of payment but was to be credited back to my account after expiry of one month.after lapse of one month iam following up with mr waghmare and his senior but seems to be dilly dallying over the matter and making false promises. today is 27th day after expiry of one month and payment has not been made yet. please advise the concerned people to act fast on this matter.
