Hi, I purchased a car on cars 24 Application in Feb 23, I trusted the report which they showed on their Applicaiton that all the car is good, and all the parts are fit, the car is fit to drive till 2023.. till now I have changed the battery … the car once stopped in between of the road I had to tow it down and take it to service centre, I have spent more than 10k on tha car now..
Gave the car to Honda Service centre.. I had a check lamp issue from Day 1, after showing it to Honda service centre, they said that there is issue in 3 parts Catalytic Converter, front and back both shock absorbers.

Now these parts are not covered under warranty as per Cars 24, all this cost around 50k combined, what should I do now? This was supposed to be checked before by cars 24 right? It’s not like the issue has occurred now, I can see the check lamp from Day 1 if buying the car. As a customer who has less knowledge of buying cars who will trust their Application Reports and buy this is like Fraud.. i don’t know what to do.. cars 24 is saying only 1 thing that the parts will not come under warranty.. but this should have been checked before Listing the car on the application, the report that the car is fit until 2030 is fake

    Sold a car at @cars24india on march 18, they told me that they will release an amount of 10k after party peshi. But party peshi was done 1 month ago and Rc Transfer was also done but the holding amount was not yet transferred. No response from the team

      Nightmarish experience with cars 24
      As a professional I expected similar professional and hassle free services from Cars24 for peace of mind
      I sold my car Audi A3 DC1CS6523 on 24/05/2022 with app Id [protected]
      However to my dismay till date -more than a year the RC is not yet transferred and they’re has been vague responses to the mails I have been repeatedly sending
      Moreover I fear that the car is being driven elsewhere on basis of NOC and the process of RC transfer is being delayed.
      Professional, Smooth amd timely RC transfer is the most important part of selling a car
      I request cars 24 senior and responsible officials to look into this on urgent basis

        I have sold my car on 07th May along with the balance amount to close the loan on my car to CARS24, but CARS24 delayed the payment and they have deducted the outstanding penalty amount from my hold amount and my hold amount is not released yet, even after calling multiple times and sending follow up mail. Ticket: 980459 not getting any response.

        It is not correct to penal the customer due to CARS24 delay in DD Process. Kindly do the needful

            I have sold my car to Cars24 and party peshi has been completed at RTO KMM on may 18 and it’s been almost 3 weeks and yet my hold back amount is not deposited into my account. I have to call them everyday and nobody cares.

                I have been repeatedly requesting for the ledger statement for the car purchase done by me as per Invoice # C2C[protected].

                I had purchased a car from your company's Mulund (East), Mumbai hub last year. I wanted details of payments done by me and hence have been repeatedly requesting for the ledger statement to your hub as well as customer care team but none have responded favourably to my request.

                  I had sold my suzuki baleno UP78FX9389 in the month of april 2023, i had handed the car on[protected] and got the part payment in my account. I was told that the loan amount will be pid to HDFC bank directly as CARS24 had got tie up with HDFC bank and i need not to do anything now, i was told that loan amount will be paid through IMPS to HDFC bank.
                  On[protected] i got a message from CARS24 that the loan amount had been paid to my loan account but on[protected] i got a call from CARS24 that the DD had been made and it had to be submitted with the bank, i was out of the town at that time and DD then had gone back to the CARS24 headoffice Gurgaon.
                  Its been more than a month now since i had sold my car but the loan amount had not been paid to HDFC and i am getting frequent calls from HDFC bank for EMI payment for the month of May 2023. I had been charges for bouncing and late charges as well
                  Today i had paid the EMI also despite of the fact that i do not have my car with me.
                  I went to HDFC bank also in kanpur krishna tower but there i had been told that nobody had shown up from CARS24 with the DD which i had been told that executive from CARS24 had visited for submitting the DD.
                  I had borne bouncing charges in my saving account as well due to ECS bouncing.
                  For the last 4 years none of my ECS for car loan had bounced but because of the negligence of CARS24 my emi got bounced in the month of May.
                  Who is responsible for all this??
                  This is the worst and pathetic service shown by cars24 which is not desirable.
                  I want all the extra charges and interest which i had paid to be paid back to me from CARS24 and close the loan ASAP.
                  Mr. Vikram Chopra please see how your company is working

                    Your service is third class and your staff is also third class.
                    Recently book my appointment for used car sale.
                    One telecaller is book at my appointment successful and I also receive message on WhatsApp your appointment is booking successfully but after sometime another telecaller call me and say so you want to sell your call I said already booked appointment in cars 24 she say sir no any appointment received please wait I will rebook your appointment. And again ask me for OTP. And I say I am not available after 2:00 p.m. so please your evaluation come before 2:00 after sometime third telecalling girl call me and say same thing...
                    You are evaluation boy come at 4:00 p.m. at my home...
                    There was too much and third class staff in your cars 24 and your services also 3rd class I give rating for your service is (-0)

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had sold my car Xylo UK08AV9003 on[protected] at Cars24, Dehradoon Office and i was told that on the transfer of the vehicle to the new buyer, all the relevant documents like copy of Form 29/30 or Transferred RC will be provided after the final sale and transfer of RC to the new buyer. On[protected] i have a sms that RTO has processed the RC Transfer and transfer proof can be downloaded using a link provided but this link was not working. I called the customer care about provided the transfer proof and i was told that same is available on the website even no such details were available after the login to their site. After following up with them i was asked to send an email to their customer care and now after sending the email and waiting for 2 days, i am told that i can download from M-Parivahan website as Cars24 donot have any detail with them.
                      You are requested to help in resolving the issue.

                          Problem-1- Engine Heating

                          2.Petrol Tank containing Air
                          3-Engine Blocking
                          4.Self start is not working properly
                          5.digi open close is not working properly

                          7.Break sounding
                          8.gas missfiring
                          8.digi sockupser need to change

                          Please Revert all car perched process or resolve all above problem as soon as possible

                              I bought a car from cars24 last year July on loan . The car price was 4.09lacs and I had given around 60 thousand as down payment and my EMI was Rs. 9638 per month which I gave till february 2023. I had lost my job on january 2023 hence couldn't pay my EMI on March. I started getting calls from cars24 loan department to pay the emi but as I couldn't pay the emi on due date which is 7th of every month, an executive from their end started to pressurize me for surrendering the car.
                              After few day I got agitated and agreed on surrendering. When asked what will happen to the loan if I surrender the car, the executive said that I wouldn't have to pay any further money and my account will get closed. They came and took my car on first week of May. Post that received a whatsapp from cars24 customer care that my car valuation is half the price as it was when I bought it. So when they sell my car I have to pay the rest 50%. I took the screenshot and sent it to the loan executive to which he said that this is a standard message and I do not have to pay as my loan is closed. Few days later I again received a mail from suraksha team of cars24 to pay the amount. Then someone from suraksha team called and said the same thing. When I told them about my conversation earlier, they said not to worry they will sort out the matter and asked if they give the car back can I continue the emi to which I said yes as I joined a new job from this month.
                              I have calrd and texted and mailed anywhere I could in cars24 to help me but they are rigid in their place and saying same thing over n over that I have to pay foreclosure amount to get my car or to pay the balance amount after resale of the car.

                              First of all, nobody intimated about the process before surrendering. Nobody mailed that I have to surrendet my car and give the foreclosure or balance amount. After giving the car I am receiving all these messages and mails.
                              This is complete miscommunication and harassment that I am facing.

                              So what is it like? You can ask for any amount of money and the customer has to pay? What policy is this and why wasn't I aware of it before?

                              Requesting you and all the authorities from cars24 on humanitarian grounds to please kindly help me out in this matter.

                                    RC is still in my wife's name even after the car is sold for more than one year. It was sold on 29th Dec 2021

                                      I have sold my car MH 02 CB 1399 (Ford Figo) more than a year back through Cars 24. I am surprised to note that the car is still on my name. Would you please explain this to me.

                                        Please look into our return request urgently.
                                        We are being denied the return saying that a repair has been done during 7 day period.
                                        But actually no repair has been done and your support person has fooled my father by sending an acknowledgment email using my 70 year old father's phone.
