Dear Sir,
I am very sorry to inform you that the final price offered by your staff MR SAHID to me on[protected] was Rs- 7, 35, 000/ & I also accepted the price & confirmed the final deal of my car to be sold at the offer price of Rs- 7, 35, 000.00 but entire day I waited for his response but he did not responded to me nether he attended my calls.
When I raised my issue with CUSTOMER CARE then they referred my case to your other staff RA MR DANISH. When I raised my concern to MR DANISH He asked to send the Mobile call recording of the conversation I had with MR SAHID on the MOB. NO.- [protected]. I have sent it to MR DANISH on his mobile but now he is also not responding to my calls.
Now please look into the matter & do the needful so that my problem can be resolved & I can get the price of my car.

I am writing this note to inform you the abusive and rude behavior of ms Deepa Nagar, she wrote these messages on my WhatsApp and then tried deleting them . None of your staff was stick to the promises of car price and various visits. They will show up or call as per their own convenience . Despite telling ms Deepa my travel schedule after finishing all the required formalities with cars 24, she would call unnecessarily and being very rude . Car pickup executives called three times but didn’t show up in time .( mr rajesh — I waited for him more than 1 he . ) deepa nagar after writing those nasty messages she blocked me on WhatsApp her phone no is +[protected]. I wold like to escalate this complain to the CEO/ FOUNDER Mr Mehul Agarwal or Mr Vikram Chopra. Kindly provide the contact details for the same .
