I booked an appointment to sell my car on cars24 Agra adarsh nagar office.I went they did the inspection.In website after filling details it showed good condition 338000/- excellent condition 378000/-.Anyways after inspection they offered 270000 but then the climax started they started calling daily increasing some amount at last I received a call of Rs.315000/- and it took me a day to decide and I call to confirm it of 315000/- but they said your lead has been removed now you again have to go to inspection I again did the whole process but here again twist arise that they cant inspect because it has to be 15 says between first to second inspection.Now, they said we will again make an auction which will take time now its second day I didnt recieved any call.Please do not sell your car in cars 24 they just fool you taking your time and at the end they just give up with the lowest price in the market.They never ever offer you the highest prices its just a phrase which they say which does not have any actualy relation with they do.

      I sold my car - Hyundai VERNA to CARS24 on 23rd December 2021 for which 17500 INR was withheld out of the total cost communicated to me by the buying company.

      The reason for amount block was Party Peshi (10000 INR to be received after signing at RTO for car transfer) & 2 Challans (2000 INR each) - 4000 approx.
      Although the total amount was adds up to 14000 only yet they made some excuse to make it 17500 but promised me to be having the whole amount after party peshi (they promised to give me a notification 15 days before party peshi date)
      Apart from this no other information was shared with me.

      I got a call on 16th of february 2022; just 4/5 days before. It was not possible for me to attend at such a short notice so I requested for another date along with my pending payment.
      I continuously tried to contact them for the pending payment & all the time it was mentioned that they have escalated my complaint internally for the pending payment. No other information was provided by the company representatives.
      Today I got a message that they have transferred the car to another customer without party peshi / my signatures & challan clearance (which they were insisting since start that pending payment can be done only after party peshi). I called the customer care & got to know that no full payment of 10000 will be refunded as I could not go the Party Peshi & only 5000 INR could be refunded. This information was never shared with me in the past by any of the representative.
      They have blocked the pending 5000 INR.

      For challan of 4000 INR, they blocked 7500 INR & informed me that as soon as the challans are paid by me they will refund the amount. I paid the online challan of 2000 INR & another Court challan I promised them to pay by myself yesterday itself on a call with their representative TRISHA.

      Today I got the message that the car has been transferred onto another customer name & I will not be getting the pending amount because I am late to clear the challan & I was supposed to clear the Challans within 10 days. Yesterday on call with the customer care TRISHA, no mention of 10 days policy payment was ever mentioned.

      7000 INR was deposited in my account after yesterday so many complaints & discussions with customer care.

      Even today when I called the representative Rajnish disconnected the call & did not call back.

      10000 INR amount has still not been paid to me.

        I hjave purchased Hundai grand i10 sportz from Cars24 ( Ref Regn No:KA02-MQ-2818) on 6th of March 2022 from Bangalore outlet.
        In Spite of confirmation in Cars24 App as SPARE KEY AVAILABLE AGAINSTÂ CAR KA02-MQ-2818, IÂ have not got the Spare key yet.
        The reason why I have chosen for model within warranty is for company service benefit... - How ever service manual is not being provided yet.
        After several reminders since purchase on 6th of March,
        Yesterday I got a shock that relationship manager Mr.Roshan confirmed
        1. Spare key not available - This has to get arranged from Hundai service
        2. Service Manual no available - I have to spare Rs.7000/- extra on third service

        I NEED COMPENSATION FOR THESE TWO SERVICE DEFICIT FROM CARS24 ENDÂ
        ELSE I PREFER TO SURENDERÂ THE CAR FOR REFUND
        NEED REPLY WITHIN 3PM TODAY
        I Chosen Cars24 with lot of expectation. Above mentioned incident is quite disturbing.
        Hope this will get set right and Cars 24 will maintain its Service quality standards

            Hi, i had put my car for sell, on Dt.05-Mar-22 inspection was done and same day i reced. an offerand had make a Deal with Cars24 they gave me Token amount on same day and it was communicated to me that on Dt.06-Mar-22 our person will come for Document Verification But no one has come, on reminding it to cars24 team it was promised for two consequent day that our person will come for document verification we are sorry for Delay, then on 08-Mar-22 evening i had a word with cars24 executive that after giving token amount why are you Delaying it then finally on09-mar-22 i received a call that for "Re-inspection" we are(cars24) sending our person, i was like re-inspection?? you already given me a token amount afetr inspecting car and delayed document verification by 3 dyas and now you'll do a re-inspection, what sort of services are that??Can you please explain.

                    Faulty car - no return despite rising request in 7 days

                    We had purchased a car from cars24. as the car was faulty raised a repair request within 2 days. this was not done and so raised a return request within 7 days. Despite calling them daily no response not the ticket. the call centre has a taped response "we will get back to you in 24-28 hours" and no action is taken.

                    I am certified partner of Cars24 more than a year, In one of the bids, I own Volkswagen Jetta car in the month of January 2022 from Pune parking. When I did the car inspection within 24 hrs of delivery, I submitted the report with multiple errors and issues in car to handed over the car to parking at Mulund Mumbai . I had taken approval from the Pune site Cars24 representative to inform Mulund parking authorities to allow handover the car.
                    Post which due to their internal issues they denied the car parking at Mulund branch since it was bought from Pune parking. Now since couple of months my booking advance payment more than One lakh rupees are went on hold with Cars24 which I paid before delivery and further payment on LOAN through Unnati Finance.
                    I have been trying follow up but nobody is responding and there is no resolution. Kindly help how this will be resolved. where to reach and whom to speak with now

So I feel customer coming to cars24 should think twice. Your channel partners are not trustworthy, they back out at the end time.

                              Buy a Innova Crystal Car from cars 24 on 17 Feb., executive convince me to buy the car and suggest if I don't like the cars, they have 7 day full returned policy, so I make full payment on amount 18.22 lakh and get delivery and then I check and do drive, as per mention description on cars 24 app is totally wrong, I make a request on 18 Feb. for returned, but on 22 Feb. no body take back the car, even I received call for negotiation. for price, when I denied and do pressure, my car returned after 4 days, till today is 26 no payment link and other is received and I m helpless no body have answer about when my payment refund.

                              its do scam and I m not recommended to buy any cars on cars 24.

                                Totally disturbed by the exploits of cars 24 and their employees, it is clear that the ownership of this vehicle is mine, I didn't received my committed amount in my account, at the time of deal it was also cleared that the ownership will be changed within 6 months from the date of deal and rest money will be credited after the change of ownership . my car was damaged in an accident . I have enclosed the photographs for the same. please clear my below mention points, is it in the policy of cars 24.

                                1. whether Cars24 deal with customer without consent of first owner.
                                2 Whether Cars24 Buy accidental vehicle .
                                3. Whether payment is made to a third party without any signature of the first owner prior to visiting or making a deal.
                                4. How your inspection report is all correct of a huge accidental car.
                                5. Do you cheat the customers like this?
                                6. Is this a violation of consumer protection act ?
                                7. On what accountability Cars24 taken custody of my car.

                                  Respected team cars24 mai dinesh dhingra Abohar punjab se hoo sir maine 27aug ko ek tuv300 purchase ki thi.delivery ke time hi car me problem thi.lekin company employee ne mere ko bola ke 7 day ki return policy hai aap gaadi check karwa leejiye ga.mai car le aaya to 3/4 din baad mere ko emergency me CMC hissar me jaana pada.aur 2 September ko maine return ki request raise Kar di.to mere ko company se calls aani shuru ho gyi jab baat nahi bani to company walo ne mere ko kayi baar phone karke ye bola ke hum gaadi lene aa rahe hai lekin koi bhi nahi aaya. Aur mai bhi jaa nahi sakta tha kyoki mere bhanje ka oprate hue the apendex aur baad me lungs me paani bhar gya tha.hospital me hi humme 20-21 din lag gaye par gaadi lene koi nahi aaya.baad me jab maine baat ki to meri baat ko taal matol karte rahe aur 15/20 din aur nikaal diye gye. Fir October me mr.gourav (company employee) ne mere ko oct se nov 15 tak baar phone karke ye bola ke sir aap gaadi pasand karke laaye the aap wapis mat kariye g m gaadi ko repair karwa dete hai.maine haa bol diya to usne bola ke gaadi ki problem bataiye maine bataya to us ne bola hum aapki gaadi pick karwate hai.humari team aapko contact kar le gi.nov se December aa gya par team nahi aayi.fir maine contact Kiya to mere ko bola gya ke aapke pincode se gaadi pick nahi ki jaa sakti.jyada kehne par mere ko yahi kaha gya ke hum higher authority me baat karenge aapko 24 se 48 hours me call aa jayegi.kam se kam 15/20 calls maine ki par gaadi pick nahi ki gayi tab maine khud January ke first week me gaadi Ludhiana (cars24 delivery office)me bheji apne kharch par aur full insurance bhi karwaya.ab 2 mahine hone ko aaye hai naa to meri gaadi repair karke di jaa rahi hai or naa return ki jaa rahi hai.mere ko ye bola jaa raha hai ke warranty me car repair nahi ho sakti.
                                  Mere ko ye bataiye ke jab gaadi me first day se hi problem thi toh warranty ka kya issue mai toh gaadi return kar raha tha.mere saath company galat kar rahi hai.mai 3/4 din reply ka wait karoonga.nahi to mujhe kuch na kuch karna padega kyoki mai bhi pareshani me hoo.
