I'm the new dealer to cars24 and partner ship his activated date on 15/11/2021

I have bought car from cars24 auction after verifying all inspection reports

bought car based on fitness report it's shows up to 2026.

But I don't know about delhi government rta policy

The dlehi government is issued orders and circulars 10 years old diesel vehicles and more than 15 years of petrol vehicle not ply on road.

So I now raised some points from my view

1. Why the inspection report was misrepresented ?

2. If the Ten Years Vehicle expires in 2021 And why fitness until 2026 is shown in the inspection report ?

3.Do you know the rules and regulations of Delhi RTA ?

4.Why did you not tell to the dealer the full details RTA regulations ?

5.Now the NOC of that vehicle is not issued to Telangana

6.Why not put Ten Years above in scrap auction ?

7. Who gave you permission to put in live auction above 10 years

8. Actually above said vehicle Life time is expired date on 21/11/2021

9.But you held Vehicle Auction in month of December

10. Who is now responsibility for vehicle transfer ?

11. Who is resposibility if vehicle is involved in illegal activities or any accidents ?

12.Will you show in the TV ad that the hassle free RC transfer (reprented by MS dhoni)

13. I take protection policy when making final payment (shield cover)

14. paying extra charge for shield policy for all unexpected problem

15. you also know all this things and
Intentionally cheated

16. First let me know what is the shield policy in this policy some options are given below

1. Hassle free return
2. Money back
3 repair refund
4 all unexpected problem

In my view raises some questions under this protection policy for money back or rc transfer

It is truly and utterly cheated cars24

Cheating is considered as a criminal offence under the Indian Penal Code

Cheating as an offence can be made punishable under Section 420 of the IPC.

I'm not bought vehicle from road side he his bought from one of the barnd value company and he his under shield protection policy

Cheating is defined under Section 415 of the Indian Penal Code as whoever fraudulently or dishonestly inducing that person to deliver any property to any person or to consent that any person shall retain any property

And also high court is very serious on app based companies and there is no one should be responsible issues it's only smart way time passing like Tiket raise

I want resolution buyback the car under protection shield cover the cover period is 100 days or transfer the RC

You know cars24 is promised to the registered owner also for hassle free rc transfer . if it Rc transfer is not done or vehicle is involved any illegal activities who is responsible ?

Whatever it may be I have raised my claim under shield protection policy insurance you will collect extra charges for this insurance so now give a resolution under this policy

So I will raise grivence in national consumer rights also proceedings with legal

    As i sold my audi A6 and we decided a final price and i agree as mr saiyad said but after hand over my car to car24 they did not answer any of my call and also not given full payment as he said.

    it has been four months till date no one received my call and not getting answer so please guys be aware from them do not trust on them. they all are fraud.

    specially i called then minimum 100 times but they are not listing any more.

    i want my money back so be help full if you can.

      Sir, my husband is a regular buyer of cars from cars24. His I'd is 87496. On 13Jan2022, a swift car stock in his account, when he went Delhi to pick this car, there are various major issues related to car. But the had gave totally wrong information on their app. Regularly, we are calling them and asking for slove are problem, but no response. Now we fed up from them. Our money had blocked in their account. It is their mistake, why they gave us wrong information. It is worst feeling to see my husband in stress. We can't afford this big lose .. please take a serious and fast action on my problem.. thanks

        Wasting people's time, , behaviour of staff is rude.. before evaluation offered 75000 to 96000 price... After evaluation asking my car to 30000.. surprised to hear 30000 rupees.. actually the market value should be in between 70000 to 85000 where it is evaluated by the automobile Engineers personally...

          Cars24 has made me realize that I made a mistake by sharing the mobile number with them.
          I mean, there must be a limit to spamming too guys. !
          It's been around a week and I get atleast 3 to 5 calls a day. I keep blocking every number but that's of no help.

          Till a certain point, it can be called 'Marketing', but when you cross that critical threshold point, you are just creating negative vibes about yourself in the market.

          Do something and add my number to the DND list. And make this DND process easy so that people can stop whenever they want easily.

              I sold my car on 26dec 2020 but still it's penting for transfer . All time your employee pragati Gupta said that you are covered under seller protection policy. I had sold you car to cover mysel[censored]nder seller protection policy. More than one year gone still car is not transferred am not responsible if you dont find still end buyer. Just because of your delay I have loss of 25000. I have to submit transfer noc to maruti to avail exchange bonus of rs 25000 but still it's pending because of your company. I made my life big mistake by selling my car to your company. Your people approach me to come to your place to same car we have quick services of transfer with in 90 days. This is your quick services fraud company fraud staff. I want my car transferred or else you give me compensation of 25000 loss which I have beared just because of your company.

                  I'm writing to enquire about the spare part (catalytic converter) which needs to be replaced.

                  I booked this car on 19th December 2021 and got delivered on 31st, December 2021 and this was agreed at the time of delivery that the part needs to be changed for which order is already placed and will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, i, e: expected by 20th January 2022 than i will get a call from your side and the part will be replaced.

                  I get in touch with my sales advisor and he informed that the part is already delivered but till date i have not received any call or update from you on it.

                  I already escalated this issue on chat and to customer service as well but no action has been taken yet.

                  Could you please get this sorted out as soon as possible.

                    I sold my car UP15AF0076 to cars 24 in 2019, that is resold to someone via a dealer but RC was never transferred.

                    I already went to RTO for party peshi and completed all the formalities but it is not transferred yet.

                    Somwone still driving this car on my name, very irresponsible behavior from company and no one listens when calling to customer care.

                      Car Name : Maruthi Suzuki Swift

                      In the month of December 2021 I decided to sell my Car so I informed my friends circle and additionally to Cars24. Finally one of my known person offered me 3.40 lakhs and immediately from Cars 24 I got an offer for Rs.3.45 lakhs (after 1st inspection) . So, I thought Cars24 is the good amount offer what I got and therefore I turned down my friend offer who was ready to buy for 3.40lakhs.

                      After that for couple of days my RELATIONSHIP MANAGER NAMED MR.RAGHAVENDRA +91-[protected] who was in contact with me since the beginning didn't turn up... I waited n waited and called him up 5 times, 10 times, 20 times No response at all to my call & message... After that I visited Malleswaram, Bangalore branch to know the status... There I got to know that he won't sit in Malleswaram branch... (Earlier he had clearly said that he sits in Malleshwaram branch) . On Jan 5th he came back over the call and calmly he said that 'He was on a Holiday on tje occassion of Christmas and New Year' that is why he was not able to contact me... HERE THE YEAR HAS BEEN PASSED FROM 2021 TO 2022 AND PRICE CAME DOWN TO 3.40LAKHS. I still agreed to it and asked him to proceed... From next day to till today he is not responding to my call...

                      Part 2 : I was frustrated and collected Mr. Praveen's number +91-[protected] who assured me that he'll help me in closing the case... He came back and offered me 3.15lakhs.. When I told him the history directly he said 'I am sorry for what happened, but this is what I can do for u'
                      Why should I bare this loss now? Whose Mistake of getting delayed?? Hence, I wrote an email to customer care and my case was passed to Mrs. Shashikala +91-[protected] itseems who is also Manager for Mr.Raghavendra... From then on she's in contact with me without taking any responsibilities by getting all the documents from me... I religiously followed everything whatever she said and submitted... Now she sent for 2nd inspection of my car there they have found many problems which was not found in the first inspection... So she is offering me 2.90lakhs...
                      Interesting part is that I live in Apartments and I have my own parking space & car is also not moved even an inch after first inspection... Car odometer is the solid Proof... Now they r giving me these kind of lame reasons each and every single day being a managers of reputed organisation called Cars24.

                      Now tell me, the days have passed, year has been changed, they are giving me wrong assurance and avoiding calls because of these I have lost a genuine buyer in my friend circle and from 3.45 lakhs to 2.90 lakhs they have come down... Whose fault is that ? Why should me being a customer should face this?

                      I am facing Harrassment + Financial Loss each n everyday... Even today they aren't calling me proactively... I have to be like a beggar and ask for M update & they respond to my call based on their mindset and mood swings... I need a justice to the issue what I am facing because of this irresponsible 'So called Managers' not even 0.000001% of Humanity towards their customers . There Robotic reply is just "BUYER BACKED OUT AT THE LAST MOMENT, WHAT CAN I DO? U HAVE TO WAIT TILL I FIND ANOTHER BUYER FOR UR CAR" This is the standard reply what they give and relax themselves... It is my own hard earned money... Giving up 55000 is not a joke at all... When Managers itself behave like this whom should I go and approach please advise??? I need a justice to this case... Please someone help me on this case.. Ask someone to come out of their lavish comfort zone and work for their customers atleast once in a while and be true to the salary what they take every month from the organisation... Hope I get my resolution here...

                          Hi my self Domnic Varghese
                          I had purchased an ertiga vxi cng from Vashi cars 24 office on 30th sept 2021. As it was informed that suspension was broken at the time of purchase still I purchased and repaired it at my own cost. Since I serviced my vehicle changed all the oils and also changed the suspension as the Maruthi service centre are not giving me separate bills for the suspension i am following up with maruti service centre as well as cars 24 office since October it's been 4 months now. Nobody is helping in this matter. I have already mentioned several times that only give me my suspension amount rest all i ll bear.Following up since 4 months cars 24 vashi office not helpful at all. They are repeating the same thing again and again that we need seperate bill for suspension, how can i give separate bill if Maruthi service centre is not providing me with the same. Kindly look into the matter and provide me the suspension amount. Vashi cars 24 manager not at all helpful.

                            I have requested to sell my can on 26th Dec 2021 & scheduled an appointment for home visit inspection.

                            Today is 14 Jan and no body has visited till now . however I daily gets a call for rescheduling the visit for next day, I have attended almost 30 calls and have more than 20 rescheduling messages on whatsapp. can share the screen shots also.
                            Most pathetic and worst service level on any organization ever seen. I have also paid Rs 49 on the very first day. I need my money back and don't want to be associated with Cars 24 anymore. Also note copy of this complaint will be kept for further proceeding on other social media platforms.

                              I contacted cars24 thane, manpada office to sale my Honda city zx gxi in November 2021. The car is a 2008 Honda city zx gxi which was purchased from Gurgaon in 2015. The car was inspected in front of me in the last week of Nov 2021 and I was told that the sale process has been initiated, but the sales people from Cars24 said that a proper pricing wasn't received. I kept following up about the deal closure but didn't receive any proactive price quote. Later, couple of sales personnel called me after few weeks but the follow up process was very unorganized and unprofessional as they didn't close the deal inspite of providing all necessary information and paperwork from my end. I produced all the paper and shared them on whatsapp number provided by the sales people, claiming that they were calling from the head office. Post document sharing, when I didn't receive any closure on this matter, I called the first person named Nitesh Shukla from Manpada Cars24 office, who claimed to be the manager of the branch. He played innocent and said that he will look into the matter. The interesting thing was every time I spoke with him, he had a standard response that he will get back with a resolution, but it never happened. At last a female personnel named Nutan called and said that the delay was due to non receipt of a reasonable pricing, but this time, they will do it again. I was given a quote of 60 K the next day although the pricing of the car was more than one lac as I checked with multiple sources but due to some emergency, I had to sale the car and hence agreed to the given price. I was told that there will be another car inspection at my place and then key handover will happen. I wasn't present during the 2nd inspection being in another city, one of my relations was present. After the 2nd inspection, I was told after a rigorous follow up that the car is non-functional due to some minor issue and the deal is cancelled wherein, as I mentioned earlier, that the first engineer who inspected my car earlier just few weeks back, gave the report which confirmed that the car is in good condition. Post the 2nd inspection, there was no communication inspite of multiple follow ups with Cars24 and nothing happened and the sale was claimed to have been cancelled. I am extremely dissatisfied with Cars24 the way my car selling matter is dealt with and will never recommend them to anyone. They are manipulators who try to lower the car pricing by posting wrong reasons for the vehicle. I am complaining about this issue to highlight how cars24 manipulate people and try to lower car pricing for their own benefit.

                                Hi,

                                I purchased a WagonR on 04 October 2021 from Cars24, Gurgaon and registration number is HR12AA8869. Till now Cars24 has not submitted the RC transfer file to concerned RTO. They are making excuses and after more than 90 days status is still same. Although they claim the transfer activity done with in 30 Days. I wrote so many mail & Calls but no feedback. Kindly intervene to get the topic resolved.

                                  On February 22, 2021, I purchased a used car from a Car Vendor showroom (KA 19 MA 8586) with a commitment from them that they will process a used car loan and RC transfer will be done from CARS24 in my name.

                                  So Cars24 asked me for huge documentation and processing, I agreed and shared all the required details immediately. So within less than a week my Car loan was approved by ICICI Bank and disbursed. But RC transfer was in progress and they promised that it would be done in 45days.

                                  After 45days over there was no update. I was following up with the Executive he was telling me will be done in 15days but the days passed and meanwhile my car insurance expired(Sep '2021).
                                  The car transfer process got worse as they were not sure what to do with the further process due to insurance expiry.
                                  After a lot of discussion and debate, they agreed that due to their delay/negligence in transfer processing, car insurance expired & so they made new insurance for my car from Digit.
                                  Even after 6months of my car purchase nothing was done in terms of RC Transfer. They were just buying time, giving me some nonsense reasons and nothing progressed even though they have deducted RC transfer charges from my car loan amount as well.

                                  Right now we are sitting on 12th Jan 2022 and still, they haven't done the needful. No update received from them.

                                  I am chasing them on the phone, constantly in touch with the CARS24 Executive Prudvi-(p.[protected]@cars24.com) who is very irresponsible, not professional, and always tells some stories. The only answer I get from him gives us 15days time and nothing happens after 15days.

                                  CARS24 do resolve this issue on priority.

                                    At the time of purchasing I was told that broken doors will be fixed after some time, thats why I kept some amount on hold, but its been 2.5 months dealer isnt getting the doors fixed and not handing order the RC, when I told him that I will get the dorrs fixed myself and deduct the money i will spend and of course I will provide the bills as well, he said for me its only for rs 2000 so you can deduct rs2000 and give me rest of money to take the RC from me.

                                    I gave him enough time already he is still giving me dates every time. I know when I get the doors fixed myself it will cost more as I dont have such contacts a dealer has.

                                    I can apply for duplicate RC and get the problem resolved in less money I owe.

                                      I purchased a car on 11 Oct 2021 baheno delta. When car delivered to me that time an engine error light showing, that time concern agent told car 24 will repair, I send car for repeating two times via car24, but my car not repaired by car 24. I had many time request to customer care about this but they politily talk 24 hours to 48 hours will give you response. But I have not received any response about this. Pls any senior authority person talk with me or give me any office address near me I vist there. Please response to me properly about this & repair my car.
